Going on one year since this initial issue. Bought $5,520 worth of appliances here. Had them delivered into my newly renovated home. Delivery team scratched my floors & cabinets. I put an insurance claim into Pacific Sales and was directed to there insurance claim company Sedgwick. Pacific sales/Sedgwick purposely drag out the claim process so they don't need to fix the damage they have caused. I have called the local saleswoman Anouk, her management, pacific sales, and the insurance company hundreds of times (literally). The calls go unanswered or my issues go unresolved. I'm a year into this process. What happened to trustworthy companies that stand by their work.... Oh.. Forgot to mention. I had to have my microwave installed/uninstalled and a new one installed in its place because it had a dent on the face. My oven had a 1/2" gap behind it because the initial delivery team jammed the power cord between the wall & the oven. Had to have that fixed. Unfortunately don't have pictures of those. I am reviewing the GE Washer and dryer purchase thru Pacific Sales - installed October 31st , 2024. Beautiful sapphire blue. Breakdown Before GE Warranty expired.. . and with a full load of wash in the washer, the door lock malfunctioned in Mid - October 2024. I called GE Warranty - they arranged for a Company to come look and at it. I don't fault The Appliance Repair Co who evidently has contract to do this. work! short story. They could not open locked washer door.New Mother Board and New Door lock ordered. Took forever to Arrive. Company came out over a week ago..2 guys .. Could not fix or open door. A new User Interface board ordered because electronics not communicating. Still waiting for part to arrive. i have not had a functioning washer for over 2 months now -olus inside is a load of towels that have been inside since Mid-October and today is Dec 20, 2024. How angry and fed up do to you think I am? Buy Maytag or a Speed Queen if you can afford it. i paid a good buck for a faulty Washer and Dryer. Thank God dryer still drys clothes I wash by hand ...when pushed. I don't fault Pacific Sales but. GE is a bad purchase. And talking to GE Warranty is like talking into the abyss .. read more

We built a custom home and purchased over 15 appliances from Dan at Pacific Sales Temecula a year in advance. We benefitted from the Good Friday Sales, 10% Best Buy Cash back and a mix of high and mid level appliances. Dan was a great salesperson and provided pro's and con's of each appliance and overall value. We ended up with a mix of high end (eg Wolf Gas Range Top) and mid level Samsung. We came in well under budget and all the products were delivered and installed perfectly within their Tech package. I waited until we moved in to ensure all the appliances are working as expected and we couldn't be happier with the outcomes. Dan was very pragmatic and shared maintenance costs and where the extra money was warranted versus not warranted. Our home was delayed and Dan was great with rescheduling delivery and installation. I will re-state that their sales people are 5-Star in terms of friendliness, knowledge, and ordering. Now that we are on the other side of the project, I am disappointed to report that they don't offer much help if the product is late arriving or is defective. I've had to deal with the manufacturers myself, and that has not been a satisfying experience. I don't know if anyone offers that kind of service anymore, but I wish they did. Appliances may be delivered 6 months late. And just don't buy black Hansgrohe faucets. Even with the tenderest of care, the black flakes off and exposes the silver finish underneath. read more

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. This was the best, easiest, glitch-less appliance purchase of my life - and extra granite even had to be cut to make this happen. It was entirely glitch-free. It's many months later, and we are still DELIGHTED with our purchase. It was off to a great start when we walked in and asked the floor rep about stovetops with under-vents -- a bit obscure-- but our rep answered every question off the top of his head WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK UP ANYTHING. Wow! People who know their stuff; impressive. Refreshing. The unit arrived on time, the granite-cutting crew were great, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our stovetop. If all business transactions went like this, what a happy world we'd have. Side note: we later went to look at oven/microwave oven combo units, and due to supply chain issues, it was impossible to predict an arrival date. For us, no worries; we aren't in a hurry and they explained everything extremely thoroughly. Most impressive, the floor reps were busy when we arrived that day, so I asked a guy sitting at a back desk to help us, and he took a lot of time to go over everything...then it turns out he was a driver or something. Hey there! Today my husband and I visited the store in Temecula looking to replace our Convection/Microwave oven which suddenly died in us. Once again, we had the best experience which is why we continue to patronize this business. Anouk and Mary took care of us, first, finding the exact item and second, approving the 24-month no-interest credit. In less than half an hour business was taken care of. First, I hate buying appliances. But thanks to John Hedge, his expertise and knowledge of our tastes and decor made the process a bit simpler. Using the existing appliances previously bought, he was able to give us a new microwave that matched the existing fridge. We also bought a new washer/dryer that was more energy and water efficient. He was able to give us some options via email that made the buying decision a lot easier.
