I talked to Laura who was beyond helpful with my situation and questions! i didn't have the opportunity to spend much time here since they were so fast to fix my problems with my car! but the time i did spend was the first time i felt like i wasn't getting taken advantage of from a car service! i had gotten my two tires slashed and wanted to find a good deal before i got paid so i could still use my car, and i didn't have enough to cover the total, and laura told me about the Snap Finance program which allowed me and my husband to get our car back on the road for free at the time! i returned for an oil change a few days after because they made me feel so very welcomed! please keep up the great work and customer service! you guys are amazing here. read more

Had a screw in a tire, stopped by early Saturday morning and two young men greeted me, asked what i needed and began to take off the wheel. It was quiet, so they were done patching the tire in a few minutes. They added a complimentary tire pressure check for the other three tires as well. Very happy with this tire shop. In February 2024 and early in the morning. I was trying to get down to San Diego for a conference when I discovered one of my tires was completely flat. I frantically searched Yelp and discovered Pacific Tire Company was about to open at 7am and right down the street from me. I pumped up my tire and got straight over there. I was the first one there. They are primarily Spanish speaking with some English and really helpful. They quoted me a new tire and installation for $125. (It was not a brand name tire but I've been running on it for months now without a problem.) I agreed and it was done. From pulling up to pulling out, they took care of me in twenty minutes! Pacific Tire in Gardena is a family owned business. I have been here twice and they have great customer service and prices!! I had my TPMS sensors replaced and my front brakes replaced. Service was quick and they had good prices. I was given quotes on tires and the back brakes and the gave me an estimate on roughly how much time I had left on them so I could budget for them. They also encouraged me to come back in 3 months so they could check them again. There is indoor seating and also outdoor seating. They offered me water and coffee at both visits. Came in for 4 tires they gave me the best price around the area. Very friendly staff and got me on my way in less than a hour. I also really liked that they did an inspection on my car and advised me my front brake pads were low and my check engine light was on for engine misfire. My tire size is unusual I called all the tire shops in Hawthorne Lawndale surrounding areas could not find my tire size. Luckily people at Pacific tire called their different locations and found the tires that I needed and gave me a call back and by the time my truck got there it was already after hours and they did me the favor and stayed there waited waited for me everyone was very pleasant offering me water. I went to this shop a couple of days ago to buy a new set of tires. The guy in charge took my car in and installed the new tires but damaged the rims of my car really bad. And instead of telling me he just sprayed the damage with spray paint so I would not notice. That was very unprofessional and dishonest they do not deserve the businesses. read more

Okay i usually dont do reviews unless its really warranted. Let me tell you this place deserves it. My tire ripped on freeway and i got off by them. Called to see if I should drive car to shop (since nearby and not flat) the manager got on phone, insisted i wait there while he came to see my tire wherever I was at. I am not aware of a place that takes care of people like that. He escorted me back to shop. There they offer my son water while we waited. Not only gave me a great price on a used tire but also checked my other tire and noticed it was bad as well. Thank you jesus he noticed that and i wasnt on freeway with my child. He proceeded to give me a great estimate on new tires for all 4 and for when Im ready to buy and within 30 mins I was on mu way. The cashier girl is friendly as well. I took my truck because my tire pressure was low. They checked it and said it wasn't the tire it was the stem. They replaced it and that was it! I met 3 guys and they were all nice. I asked one of them to look at my tires and see if it's time for more and he said no "you're good." He could have taken advantage of me like a LOT of people do when they see a woman by herself. Fast, efficient and great service! My bf's tire has been deflating for several weeks / month now and I finally found a place to get his tires looked at. I was tired of always stopping by the gas station to fill the tire up with air whenever we would go on the freeway. So glad Pacific Tire was opened on a Sunday, love to get errands done early in the morning on the weekends! Upon arrival, we were greeted with 2 cold bottle waters. The guy / owner told us to have a seat (next to parrots that bite) but were pretty entertaining and we noticed how quickly he worked and found a HUGE screw in one of the tires. He removed the screw, double patched the tires and put the tire back on the car. He also brushed cleaned the tires, looked great! Very affordable price, $15!! After the realization that I had a nail stuck in my tire, I had to get my tire patched. Being that I work in "Car-Dena" Compton-Carson-Gardena adjacent, this was a place I was referred to by a co-worker. This place is in between Broadway and Figueroa on the southern side of Alondra Blvd. The easiest way to enter the shop is by heading eastbound on Alondra from Figueroa St., otherwise, you will have to have to make a u-turn. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from the look of the place, but they were honest and charged me 10 dollars for the tire patch. I was in and out within 15 minutes or less and continued on with my day. Simply Amazing! I have seen the growth of this place from when it opened up a few years ago. I only stumbled upon them since they were close to where I lived at the time. I have been in the automotive industry for over 15+ years and have seen it all, this place is definitely one of a kind! What really sells me is the customer service, they really CARE about you and your business. As soon as I get in the door, someone hands you a cool drink to sip on while you talk shop. You will see how major that is on a hot day and you've just dealt with swapping out a spare tire on the side of the highway. They never try to pressure you into what you don't really need or can't afford. To me it seems like they understand all price ranges and budgets and cater to you accordingly. From used tires to custom wheel/tire packages, Pacific Tire can handle it. I use them more often for tire repair since they are able to repair items that other shops can't handle! I believe they can also do alignments and other light suspension/brake work now too. Family owned and probably ran, they work hard for your dollar! I have sent many people here for various items and they always report back positively. Today I visited after getting a nail in my brand new tire, I was worried that other shops might try to pressure me, I drove out of my way (20+ miles) to visit the fine folks at Pacific. While one member of the crew had my tire off and started the repairs, another member walked over to my car and cleaned the other tires/wheels & verified the air pressures. By the time he was done, my newly repaired tire was already being mounted back on. It was like a precision pit crew! I also noticed a few technical items that showed me they knew what they were doing and reassured me that they follow proper techniques. All of this for a price that other shops charge for a few valve stems! Hats off to the hard working folks here! read more
