I've been coming to Carlos for over 10 years now and they always do a great job here at his shop this is by far the most cleanest shop I've ever been to in my entire life they always mopping the floors and making sure the shop is always clean that's pretty rare for a shop. If your looking for a good mechanic I highly recommend them. They're not the cheapest but also they're not the most expensive they're pretty fair and what I like about them is that whatever they do to your vehicle they always show you the old part and they show you the new part or whatever they replaced in your vehicle whether it's on the bottom of the car or visible, they'll make sure they'll put it up in the hoist raise up your vehicle so that they could show you that they did what they told you they were gonna do that way you don't get charged for something that they did not do to your vehicle read more

Wire punctured my tire on a Sunday and found Ramses. Great workers, ended up buying 2 tires since it was time. Drove home and my car was squealing. Went back the next day and the owner said i definitely needed new brakes, but little did he know i researched the issue online and read it might be the dust plate that got bent and it's touching the rotor. I told the worker and upon inspection he agreed it was bent so he straightened it out and put my tire back on. The owner stopped me when backing out and insisted i get my brakes done. I told him not today and he got so upset. Again, great workers there but too bad the owner is rude and seems shady. read more

This place will try to scam you or up-charge for simplest things. All I asked him to do tighten by bolt cause it's loose cause I did tire patch at home and I don't have drill and my car old so hard to tighten without gun. It was making loud noises like flat tire but it was just bolt lose. He said let me drive around then he came back and parked said I need new brakes in the back. I was like no I need to get to work just the bolts tighten charged me 20 bucks. Americas tire would've done for free I bet. I also got bad treatment last time I came this isn't the first time. Hands down one of the worst tire shops I've ever been to. I pulled up just to fix a flat, the young dude working there tells me $50 for a used tire. Cool, whatever. Then he comes back acting like he's doing me a favor and says "actually it's $60, it's the last one." Bro... what!? When I asked again just to be clear, he caught an attitude and said, "you already said yes, I told you it was 50 or more," then kept running his mouth like I was the problem. I was literally just trying to understand why the price changed. The way he talked to me was beyond disrespectful , straight up rude for no reason. The whole place is a disaster dirty, sketchy, unprofessional as hell. Nobody there seems to know what they're doing or how to treat people. This place is five stars. My Range Rover stopped working. I called Triple A and was having car sent to my over priced European mechanic which was outside the free tow coverage area, so the tow truck driver referred me to a Triple AAA approved mechanic right in my neighborhood. Carlos the mechanic at Ramses was excellent. The price he quoted was 75% cheaper than my regular European auto mechanic and the customer services was stellar. Had my car back in less than 24 hours. I was recommended this shop by my in-laws due to their inexpensive prices. However, sometimes what is cheap ends up being more expensive in due time, I arrived to this shop at around 09:00AM with OEM brake pads for my vehicle. I was told the job would take about 2-3 hours, It ended up taking about 6 hours. As they disassembled my tires, 5 of my slugs and nuts were broken, I was skeptical as to the reasoning. I gave the okay for them to break off the slugs as there was no way of removing the tires without removing the slug. In retrospect, I believe they may have been using crappy tools or the mechanic did not know how to properly use them, I inquired as to the mechanic's experience, and said he was approximating 2 years of experience. While I was waiting for my car, the owner put on a soccer game in the waiting area. While I was waiting, I am not kidding when I tell you that the owner was drinking beer in the lobby area watching a soccer game. He cracked open about 4-5 beers while I was there within one hour. I don't know how he can supervise a business when alcohol affects your actions and one's ability to make decisions. Anyhow, once my car was ready, I paid and drove off. I began to hear metal on metal clacking sounds coming from my rear right tire I brought it back immediately, and a friendly guy (not the one who installed the brakes), diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle. The guy who originally worked on my brakes did not screw on the caliper, I am glad I did not put music on my car and was attentive to any noises before I hoped on the freeway. No one apologized to me for the inconvenience. The guys who originally did the work hid in the back. The friendly guy asked for help from them, but they said "We are on our break." They screwed on my caliper with a crappy aftermarket screw they found laying around. For my safety, I took the car for inspection to another mechanic, and they informed me that the brake pads in the front were installed backwards. In conclusion, I am not returing to this location for my safety. You have been warned. read more

***RUN!!!!!!*** Not happy with the customer or the service of my cars there. I've been there a few times for oil changes. I guess they did it. They don't have set prices. They give different prices to different people. They never give you a receipt of service unless you ask. Then they act like they're doing you the favor. The manager there, Carlos, is always clueless as to what is happening. He mumbled when he talks and talks way too fast even for me. I recently took my car to them again for a detailed car wash with interior shampooing. So I assumed. When I picked up my car several hours later, there were many dirty spots inside and outside. The seats didn't look shampooed to me. When I kindly addressed the issue. The carwash man came with a spray can of some chemical that he said he used to clean the seats. It was not shampoo. I shampooed my other car and did a much better job then they did. I was not happy. Especially, since they were charging me $200 for that job. They told me that it was for interior cleaning, cleaning of seats, and a basic car wash. That is not what they had told me at first. I had already paid them cash. Carlos was so annoyed that he mumbled he would give me $100 back so I would never return. Then Claudia I think, their other front desk person, who always has an annoyed face, she never smiles, said they were only giving me $50 back. So I still paid $150 for basic car wash, seats sprayed to make it look like it was "cleaned", and a horrible wipe job on the inside. I don't even think they even wiped it down. I gave them many chances. I'll never be back. They also inflate their prices on service that is not worth what they actually do. Horrible customer service. Horrible work. read more

I came in to get my tire repaired. it had a puncture hole in it this morning. I was there for a total of 20 minute from start to finish and cost me a whopping $10 Super great deal. Fast and easy. Didn't even make an appointment just came here right after work and was seen immediately. I can tell they get a lot of business here so they are moving pretty fast to get you in and out.
