I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop. The customer service was extremely poor and terrible!!!! and I was treated unfairly as a woman. I was initially given one price, but the price was later increased, which made me feel uncomfortable and misled because they told me over and over what price it was gonna be and that was fine but then change it like what makes no sense. The way they speak to customers very disrespectful and unprofessional . This was especially disappointing because the person who was supposedly the owner spoke to me like that, in a way that I felt that was completely inappropriate. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, regardless of whether they are men or women. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tire shop. Terrible service people do not go there. Don't waste your gas and your time. If it was up to me, I'll put zero star, but I guess I have to put one. But it's a big 0!! I had a horrible experience here. I called before hand and asked how much the used tires were, and one of the workers told me all used tires were $45. When I got there, the owner saw that I was a woman and suddenly the price was $50. I asked why the price changed when I was told $45 over the phone. Instead of explaining or handling the situation professionally, he told me "take it or get the fuck out." The way I was treated was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. It's not about the extra $5--it's about the way they treated me as a customer and changed the price after I specifically called to ask beforehand. DON'T GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP! Take your business somewhere else where customers are actually treated with respect !!! I'm going to respond to this because I will not allow you to call me a liar or falsely accuse me of threatening your workers. I called your shop beforehand and was told by your employee that the used tires were $45 each. I came to the shop based on the information I was given, and my experience there was completely different. The owner's attitude toward me was rude and disrespectful, which is why I left the review. At no point did I threaten anyone. Expressing frustration and standing up for myself when I felt I was being treated unfairly is not the same thing as threatening your employees. If you disagree with my experience, you are free to explain your side, but calling me a liar and making false accusations about me is unacceptable. I've been coming to Carlos for over 10 years now and they always do a great job here at his shop this is by far the most cleanest shop I've ever been to in my entire life they always mopping the floors and making sure the shop is always clean that's pretty rare for a shop. If your looking for a good mechanic I highly recommend them. They're not the cheapest but also they're not the most expensive they're pretty fair and what I like about them is that whatever they do to your vehicle they always show you the old part and they show you the new part or whatever they replaced in your vehicle whether it's on the bottom of the car or visible, they'll make sure they'll put it up in the hoist raise up your vehicle so that they could show you that they did what they told you they were gonna do that way you don't get charged for something that they did not do to your vehicle read more

Wire punctured my tire on a Sunday and found Ramses. Great workers, ended up buying 2 tires since it was time. Drove home and my car was squealing. Went back the next day and the owner said i definitely needed new brakes, but little did he know i researched the issue online and read it might be the dust plate that got bent and it's touching the rotor. I told the worker and upon inspection he agreed it was bent so he straightened it out and put my tire back on. The owner stopped me when backing out and insisted i get my brakes done. This place will try to scam you or up-charge for simplest things. All I asked him to do tighten by bolt cause it's loose cause I did tire patch at home and I don't have drill and my car old so hard to tighten without gun. It was making loud noises like flat tire but it was just bolt lose. He said let me drive around then he came back and parked said I need new brakes in the back. Then he comes back acting like he's doing me a favor and says "actually it's $60, it's the last one." Bro... what!? When I asked again just to be clear, he caught an attitude and said, "you already said yes, I told you it was 50 or more," then kept running his mouth like I was the problem. I called Triple A and was having car sent to my over priced European mechanic which was outside the free tow coverage area, so the tow truck driver referred me to a Triple AAA approved mechanic right in my neighborhood. Carlos the mechanic at Ramses was excellent. The price he quoted was 75% cheaper than my regular European auto mechanic and the customer services was stellar. Had my car back in less than 24 hours. I was recommended this shop by my in-laws due to their inexpensive prices. However, sometimes what is cheap ends up being more expensive in due time, I arrived to this shop at around 09:00AM with OEM brake pads for my vehicle. I was told the job would take about 2-3 hours, It ended up taking about 6 hours. As they disassembled my tires, 5 of my slugs and nuts were broken, I was skeptical as to the reasoning. I gave the okay for them to break off the slugs as there was no way of removing the tires without removing the slug. In retrospect, I believe they may have been using crappy tools or the mechanic did not know how to properly use them, I inquired as to the mechanic's experience, and said he was approximating 2 years of experience. While I was waiting for my car, the owner put on a soccer game in the waiting area. While I was waiting, I am not kidding when I tell you that the owner was drinking beer in the lobby area watching a soccer game. He cracked open about 4-5 beers while I was there within one hour. I don't know how he can supervise a business when alcohol affects your actions and one's ability to make decisions. Anyhow, once my car was ready, I paid and drove off. I began to hear metal on metal clacking sounds coming from my rear right tire I brought it back immediately, and a friendly guy (not the one who installed the brakes), diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle. The guy who originally worked on my brakes did not screw on the caliper, I am glad I did not put music on my car and was attentive to any noises before I hoped on the freeway. No one apologized to me for the inconvenience. The guys who originally did the work hid in the back. The friendly guy asked for help from them, but they said "We are on our break." They screwed on my caliper with a crappy aftermarket screw they found laying around. For my safety, I took the car for inspection to another mechanic, and they informed me that the brake pads in the front were installed backwards. In conclusion, I am not returing to this location for my safety. You have been warned. read more
