My husband and I came here this morning to have a screw taken out of our tire THANKFULLY this place was open on a Sunday! Even more so a holiday weekend. I got a nail in my tire and coul hear the air escaping. Went to Pep Boys because the were a couple of blocks away but they were too busy. They called another but it would be at least an hour before they got to it. The guy suggested another place but that was supposed to be open on Sunday but was closed. I used Google find the closest place and that was Pacific Tires. I pulled up no waiting I told them my problem and the guy just handled it. No muss or fuss. Just got my alignment done here and wow what a deal. Front and Back alignment for only 60 bucks. A lot cheaper then everywhere called and asked. Ask for Gabriel. He is a really friendly guy and knows what hes doing. Only thing bad about this place is that its really small and there is only one car lift so you might have to wait or come back if there is a line of cars read more

I have to agree with the other reviews. I really did get the best deal here for tires after calling other tire shops (maybe it was my womanly voice that made the price go up). I even looked at tire sale ads within a 30 mile radius of where I live, still expensive verses the price Pacific Tire quoted me. I got 2 spankin brand new tires and alignment for a great price and the car was off the blocks within 30 minutes of being brought in. Who could ask for more from the tire gods? They were super busy when I got there Sunday afternoon but not so busy that they couldn't get what I needed done efficiently and again AT A GREAT PRICE. I will definitively be going back...oh and the person that help me was a nice lady that knew her tires and was super friendly. In my 20 years experience dealing with car repairs and maintenance, its always good to encounter women working at a mechanics shop. This shop was no exception, so thank you lady behind the counter! Came in for some tires, I had a question and was told to speak with Carlos, the manager, he came out i asked my question in regards to the tires. Then Carlos mead answer looks away and continues his conversation, apparently he didn't bother to get off the phone, via Bluetooth. He then turns and tells me to ask the guy already changing my tires. I don't consider myself very picky, but that is rude. Definitely not coming back here. read more

Terrible all around I came here cause was told it was $15 to change the tires on my car so I asked when I arrived the boy and father I believe completely ignored me and started working on the car and the funny part was that they had my car tilting back and forth and hit my rotor on the floor (this will come in later) but they change my tires okay cool than he tells me I have to change the rotor he just broke and try's to convince me to have him do the job I said no thanks and told him his unsafe way of lifting the car and tilting it for it to hit the ground like that caused the damage he ignored me completely than proceeds to tell the wife to charge me $100 in my head I was like Jesus fucking Christ to change idk if my math is off or if $15 a tire turned into $25 a tire I'm not sure so I told the lady she was like we can redo our work and give you back your old tires and I asked how much would that be cause she said they would charge me for it and this bitch tells me $60 so not only did they mis inform me over the phone they didn't want to tell me and went and did the work without my consent and not only that they took my tire caps that aren't fucking cheap and than they said they balanced my wheels and turned out they were improperly balanced and to top it off now I need a new rotor so they are crooks and Im warning everyone to not go here and go elsewhere let this location go out of business read more

I went here on Christmas Eve with an object puncturing my tire. I was worried we'd have difficulty getting service anywhere on Christmas Eve.... Immediately after we pulled in to Pacific Tire, someone approached to help us. In probably less than 10 minutes, they took off the tire, patched it, and put it back on. I think it was about $15. It's now been over 3 months and the patch is holding up just fine, despite long highway commutes. I would definitely recommend Pacific Tire. read more

Wouldnt trust them pretty shady and rude to customers went in for an alignment and install my camber bolts i asked for -2 camber all around he didnt do it, on one side he used one camber bolt and one stock bolt wheres my other camber bolt? He also took my stem caps from all 4 tires, car pulls to the right now when i let go of the steering wheel now i have to buy another set of camber bolts and pay someone else again to fix his mistakes read more

Woke up with a flat tire when I had to be at work at 8 AM. I soon found out that most tire shops aren't open on Sundays. Waited an hour to go to Pep Boys where they were extremely rude. Found Pacific tires on White Avenue and when I called they were super nice. They were much busier than Pep Boys but seemed to care about my situation and helped me out within minutes. Juan was Nice, quick, and had such a great attitude. I had no cash on me to tip him so I ended up giving him a ticket to go to the movies as well as a $10 gift card for The movies because that's all I had in my car. Instead of being annoyed that I didn't have cash, he was super grateful and even gave me a hug. I will definitely be coming here for any help I need in the future. And by the way, I found out they opened at 8 AM on Sunday. Wish I would've known that earlier. Thanks Pacific for helping me get to work in the ER to take care of all the patients! read more

I was referred to this place by a stranger in the town who claimed they had a friend who worked here. This place has been my go-to ever since. The staff is so friendly. My last visit went great. One of the workers Aaron (hope that's how you spell it), put air on my tires. He also made me aware and showed that one of my back tires was low on grip and the wire was sticking out already and replaced my tire on the spot. He even went above and beyond and aligned my rear bumper that was out of place from my recent accident. I will continue being a customer here. read more

Small place - looks sketch but ,,, I drove in on my way to lunch asked if they could fit me in and do my brakes. Said maybe an hour. Well went to eat came back in an hour and they were finishing up. No more squealing when I put my foot on the brake pedal and they did the work at a fair price. When I dropped it off i said I didn't know if I needed front or back and if I need both go ahead. When I picked up the car he said I needed the front so he did those and the back will need to be done in 2 to 3 months . Could have just done them and I'd never have known. They treat customers bad behind their back. Their tires are overpriced. You can literally go to americas tires for probably the same price except you get a bunch of benifits that come with it. Or even the tire shop in resevoir and philadelphia is way more honest and cheaper. Capitalism will eventually hit this business like a train if it isn't so already. Avoid this place while you can. You were smart to read the reviews and while you havent given up your money dont do it. They also like to blame "defects" or "misplacement" on the hand of the customers. This includes stuff like stripping your lug nut and concluding it defective which thus you will have to pay for. Or valve caps "disappearing." Basically their mistake your pocket. Theres no honesty or integrity. Why would you want to go here? And by the looks of an alignment. Goodluck. You're better off hitting a curb and hoping it fixes itself and alignes rather than going here. In the end save yourself your time and money. Don't do it!! Thank you. read more

Pretty much a bunch of idiots. I bought 4 tires from them and they didn't care to balance them. After a while I noticed the workers were all drunk. One guy had a dolly in one hand and a 40ounce of Old English 800 in the other hand. Seriously someone should inspect this place. read more

This place is super shady and not professional at all. I went in at 4pm on a monday to get a quote for new tires. They told me the size i needed would come out to 75$ each. I went to the bank and came back around 6pm but when it was time to pay they claim they had told me 85$. After a few minutes of all the employees runing around and blaming each other they said 85$ was the final price. At this point i dint have a choice because all the other shops were closed. On top of that, they took over 40 minutes just to change two tires and i was the only one there! When i walked back into their little office i noticed all the employees were drinking beers in which explains everything! read more

I had an emergency with my wife's car...i got towed into this place based on father in law's recommendation. One of our tires was no longer holding air, and came off the rim. It was a Sunday...Pepboys was talking about $600 bucks for two tires...Pacific put two Lemans brand tires (not the best, but defintely not the worst) tires on the car for $220 bucks. We got towed to this place...we were between a rock and a hardplace..I was afraid they would pull some BS and chrage us more because they knew we had no other options (other than call another tow truck), but no, they honored the price they quoted over the phone. The place won't win any architectural digest or better homes and gardens awards, but who cares...when you buy tires from a big chain, YOU are paying for all the nice decor. I've been coming to this place for a very long time. Well over 10 years. Never in my entire life have my husband and I been treated with such disrespect. About 7 months ago, I bought "BRAND NEW" tires. Paid about $600-700 on them. Within that time frame, 3 tires either had bubbles, or got a flat. I've never even experienced that with their used tires. We didn't ask for our money back, or new tires. We simple wanted decent used tires, just because of what we paid for them, we deserved at least that. I got a flat tire on Thanksgiving Day, in the rain, with my kids in the car. The young guy who worked at the tire shop DEMANDED there must be a nail in it. And when he checked the tire, NOT ONE NAIL WAS FOUND! All I would have appreciated was good customer service and decent used tires so that I can keep my kids safe on the road in this weather. I don't know if it's under new ownership or management, but it's not what it used to be. A previous yelp had a very similar experience in being blamed for faulty tires (or previous work). As they replaced some of tires, they had my kids and husband waiting for HOURS! ON A RAINY DAY! This place will never have my business again. By the way, please teach your young technician some manners, and customer service. That alone, will negatively impact your business. read more

I was trying to get one of the tires on my car patched. It was a Sunday afternoon. I went to Firestone and was told that it would take 2-3 hours for them to pull the nail out of my tire and patch it. There were 4 technicians in the garrage with only 1 car on a rack. While they went to look at the tire, I started searching for another shop. I found Pacific Tire online and called. They told me it usually takes 15 minutes to patch a tire. I left Firestone and went to Pacific Tire. They patched the tire, took off the donut, replaced the tire and filled it with air, then put the donut away in my trunk.. in about 10 minutes. The charge was only $15. It is not a facy shop, but they know what they are courteous and efficient. I will definitely be back when I replace my tires! read more
