The one and only hydrangea on my long list that Scott didn't have brought on a concise explanation of why he did not have it. Who knew some new hybrids are under patent. Sort of. It's complicated. The price tag is not the only place to find value. When I get these hydrangeas planted, not one has been root-bound. I have purchased approximately 35 hydrangeas from PLN and every last one is thriving. Lastly, Scott doesn't mind having his formidable brain picked for growing and fertilization advice. (Yes, it is possible to overdo it with MiracleGro on hydrangeas - they can get too tall too fast and flop over.)
