Dispatcher named Shannon was the most rude and downright AWFUL human being I've ever dealt with. Her drivers could not find the address I gave to her, and I don't get service out there - so when an hour had passed and they still hadn't arrived, I walked a mile out to get cell service and called them back. She immediately began attacking me. Said my request was cancelled and that the address I gave to her doesn't exist, that she tried calling me several times, and that she doesn't have time to "play games" -- before hanging up on me, without even giving me a chance to re-iterate that again, I HAD NO SERVICE! I had given them the real and correct address, so how was I supposed to know GPS wouldn't be able to find it? I called back and was able to talk to someone else, who happened to know someone who LIVES at the address I was broken down at, so it worked out, but had it not been for that, I would have been stranded and S.O.L. As a paying premium AAA customer, I expect much better service / support than I received. I will never be using Pacific Towing again (although the driver was awesome-- 10/10 no complaints, just praise for the driver). Shannon's behavior is truly vile and she needs to do better or she will be the downfall of this company, which needs to be investigated since it appears I'm just one of MANY who have had negative experiences with Shannon. Even a mother was left stranded with children because of her. Absolutely appalling. So in the end, I got my tow (a service in which I am entitled and paying for). but never got an apology from Shannon. Why choose to hold a position of assisting those in need if you obviously hate people and have no capacity for patience, compassion, or empathy? My advice: Turn your position over to someone who cares for the business and who respects the sole PURPOSE of the business in the first place: to help people. And you Shannon, consider becoming an insurance appraiser... or a deep-sea diver. Respectable careers that work with your anti-social personality! read more

My car was at honest engine and they closed down before they could fix my car. So I needed to have my car towed to another shop. I called pacific and they were very friendly and on point. I paid for the service and they were gonna tow the car the next day. They were there first thing in the morning but no one was at honest engine so I called them around 1045 am and they said they were there and pacific could come tow the car. Pacific was completely understanding of the situation and are getting the car. Thank you for the great service! read more

Brian went above and beyond the call of duty, I was stuck out in the sand off of Samoa where no tow truck could reach me. As the sun went down, Brian helped me dig, shift, and even LIFT my car out of the sand till I was able to get back to the road. Brian was fast, professional, and quick with a joke. 10/10 experience for my first tow!! read more

This Susan S is a lier. You can't tow a vehicle to a body shop on a Sunday when shop is closed. And for second she didn't pay for it the other party insurance payed the bill because they were at fault. So Susan needs to check herself and quit saying shit that isn't true. Pacific towing should be renamed to pacific highway robbery. They charged 400 dollars to tow my car 2 miles claiming that it was required by the EPD for any car in an accident. I checked and that is bullshit. These guys are liars and thieves. Don't use them! read more

Driver showed up 15 min early (around 7am) to winch me out of a sandy pullout. Dug out the axle for 15 min. Courteous and professional. Would definitely use their services again! Highly recommended! read more
