I hope this is the correct Pacific Towing. We called AAA and they dispatched Taylor. He showed up after us spending two hours being stuck at a gas station broke down, 500 miles from home and on vacation. By this point my bag of patience was empty and we were both tired and exhausted. Taylor made my husband and I feel comfortable, safe and he was exactly what we needed. I cannot thank you enough. I would recommend Pacific Towing to anyone in the Lodi, Tracy or Stockton area. They steal from your car. Had $160 on the drivers side door panel and forgot to take it out. When I arrived to grab my things out of the car, it was gone. IT looked like my car had my ransacked. THEY went through it, tossing around everything inside. I'm guessing they thought there might have been more money. read more

I just had my first racist lack of customer tow truck driver show up to my home to attempt to tow my vehicle . Pacific Tow of Lodi California is very racist and stupid because once the driver contacted me he was disrespectful with hanging up in my face, yelling in my face and swearing . All I asked him was why he didn't offer an alternative to pushing the vehicle out of my garage. Alternatives like asking if we can jump start the vehicle !!! I was at the Lodi street fair tonight parked by the parking garage. I was walking back to my car and saw a police officer on the corner. There was a blue Toyota Prius on the side of the road that had been hit on the side. As I approached my car a tow truck pulled up and parked blocking my car . When the driver got out of the car I said excuse me can you move your truck so I can pull my car out? The driver turned and glared at me and said I'll just tell the officer to wait. He glared at me as he walked back to his truck. He backed it up just enough for me to squeeze out. When he got out of the truck the second time he turned his head towards me and glared at me as he walked toward the officer. He was extremely rude. There was no reason for him to behave like that. No one was injured and there were no cars blocking the road. I would never use this company with people like him working . read more

Went here to pick up a vehicle and the customer service was horrible. After reading a couple of reviews I can relate to a lot of these reviewers. It's sad that they treat customers like crap and care for your money more then being professional and treating customers nicely. Would not recommend this place for somebody who use them for triple AAA. I will be staying away from this towing company and it's employees. Fees are outrages and the customer service is unbelievable. They don't even earn my one star. Management should train employees to treat customers better if not a lot at least a little better. I had the WORST encounter with Jorge, he was EXTREAMLY unprofessional. First he towed my moms car from a NO TOW ZONE! We almost thought the car had been stolen. Once we figured out where it was and talked to Pacific Towing about picking it up we went straight there. No one was there when we got there even after we gave notice that we were on the way to get the car. Jorge was very rude when he did finally arrive and had a attitude with us the entire time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Most tow truck companies are BULLIES just out to make a quick buck at other peoples expense. I got a flat. My insurance carrier's roadside repair gave me a 1.5 hour window despite my pleadings I had only 30 minutes because I had to get to the airport and will miss my flight. In desperation, I called Pacific Towing explained my utter desperation. They arrived in 15 minutes, changed my flat, and sent me on my way. Do I recommend them, hell yes!!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. My tow which was supposed to cost $190 which is high but I was desperate. Them when I got to my location the tow truck drive told me it was $380!! and when I contested he said to go in and talk to the boss. So when I went in the "boss" was stubborn and rude throwing every BS excuse he could think of for my price. It ended with him refusing to listen to my valid points and went on to throw me out. My car was stolen and Pacific towing was called in by L.P.D. when it was found. I work late so I couldn't get there within the hours of operation, so I had to go in on a Saturday and wait for a driver to show up before I would get in to see my car. There was a $95 gate fee I wasn't happy about at all. When the driver got there he walked me in we filled out the short form before going to the car. It was completely stripped and wouldn't even start the only thing left were some shop rags and my daughters car seat. John allowed me to take the car seat and waive the gate fee. Thanks to John he made this bad situation a bit easier to handle, though I did not get the car I really appreciated him for that. Towing prices can be a bit on the high side but that fact that they could have charged me and did not is what's make me appreciate the customer service of Pacific towing. I recommend them. read more

I brought my car in to have 3 concerns of mine checked out. I left my car there and an hour and a half later I got a call from the owner telling me everything checked out fine. He said he didn't want to charge me since there was nothing for them to fix but suggested I get new tires. I knew I needed tires badly but wanted to wait and see how much everything else was going to cost. He made a call and had the tires brought to his place and installed them. I found him to be very trustworthy and will be the only place I bring my car from now on. read more

WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER! I had an accident and REQUESTED CHP call AAA to tow my vehicle so I could be seen in ER because I am pregnant and had a spin out on the freeway with multiple impacts. I call AAA and THEY refer me to this company once I was released from the hospital the next day and they tell me I have to pay storage and towing so I say, no way I have AAA I should only have to pay for storage. The girl places me on hold forever and then comes to the phone and says no, he says it doesn't matter, you have to pay. I then say let me speak to your manager. The supervisor Jose gets on the phone...mad because "they called me multiple times," and refuses to help me. He threatens to hang up because I demand he resolve the situation so I can pick up my vehicle. He tells me to call back on Monday and I say no way, I am not paying you another day for storage. Then tells me he basically doesn't care and refuses to help. I have had AAA for over 10 years and have NEVER had a bad experience with the companies they contract with. I will be filing complaints with BBB and AAA. What a disgrace the way people behave. read more

I live in an area where everyone has a designated parking spot and you are not allowed to park anywhere else but your parking spot , everyday there is people parked in the red zone and I have called pacific towing multiple times to come tow these cars away and not once have they ever came , they always say they will be there within the hour but they never show up , shame ....is all have I to say for this company read more

The AAA tow truck was dispatched from this company to tow our car which had been disabled when it was rear ended by a negligent driver. Afterward, we drove to their yard to retrieve personal items from the car. The gate was wide open with NO signage stating no trespassing, do not enter, etc.(they said it fell down, our fault?) Drove back to the car, got out and one of the employees came out of the back of the building screaming, waving his hands like a mad man. I went to the office to let them know why we were there and out came a female employee, equally verbally abusive. The only one we encountered from this company that had a thread of customer service tact was the driver, Jorge, he was great. I suggest their employees learn to communicate in a civil and non-threatening manner. Must have watched too much Lizard Lick Towing on TV. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Yesterday my husband got stranded at my sons school because his 1990 Ford F-150 wouldn't start. We checked all the basics and concluded it was probably the starter as it was the only part we had not replaced in the last few years. At that point we decided to use our AAA and have it towed home to work on further there. John from Pacific Towing was dispatched to us. We were told a tow truck would show up in an hour and he was there in 15 mins. Once he got there he asked if he could take a look at it to see if he could help with the problem, we of course said yes and I am so happy we did. He figured it out in a matter of seconds and my husbands truck started right up! He then contacted dispatch and had them completely cancel out the AAA call so it wouldn't show on our AAA account that we used a tow (as they are limited). He was so funny and nice dealing with our whole situation and my husband learned a few new things about his truck. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future and refer them to any our friends! read more

wow looks like im not the only person that has had a bad experience with pacific tow. Best advice DONT CALL THEM! They have landed a contract with AAA and I was told by their rude driver who refused to tow our vehicle, and i quote, he said I DONT CARE IF WE TOW YOU OR NOT, SO I AM NOT TOWING YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE WE GET PAID BY AAA REGARDLESS! PACIFIC TOW ARE RUDE , DISREPECTFUL , BELIGERANT POS!!! I am going to continue to file complaints with AAA , as we are a large account with AAA and hopefully they will drop Pacific Tow from their list as they have no right to treat AAA customers or anyone else for that matter the way they do. This tow company was called to my daughters house after she accidentally hit her own garage while moving her dads truck which she borrowed to move some things. Well the horn was going off and she couldn't stop it so she ran down to her friends to ask the husband for help. When they got back, the car was being towed. The tow driver put a big dent in the bed of the truck using their equipment, went through personal items including a backpack and emptied the contents on the seat and floor. They said the car would cost $315 to get out of yard but when we got there, the posted prices didn't match the $365 charge. When I asked why they were charging more than their posted fees, the rude woman at counter said, "oh, the driver spent 90 mins getting the truck" so? Your fees don't say anything about extra charges for time!? She said I don't know what to tell you, that's the charge! Then I argued that they should never have towed the vehicle from her own yard and could have simply unhooked the battery which she replied that we should contact the county to ask for reimbursement. Total BS outfit! There was an item in the center console that was stolen too. we know the tow yard took it but they denied it along with wrecking the bed.
