It's been an hour since the order they said it'd be ready in 45 min. Small place so we have to wait out in the cold. Also some employees working are wearing masks but are wearing it down below their chin making it useless. Also has 12 employees in a small place that are not 6 feet apart. Used to be our favorite, but the past year or so things have just gotten worse and worse. The phone service is the worst I've ever encountered. I can't remember the last time we ordered and the order was correct. The girls who take orders act like you're bothering them and that's even after they put you on hold for 5 to 10mins when they answer and click over without listening to see if it's ok to put you on hold or not. Pacifica Pizza is a great option when you want a step above the other Madera offerings such as Pizza Hut or Dominos. Their breadsticks and ranch are among the best I've had. The Pizza, salad, & wings were great, but the driver dropped our order outside in the hotel parking lot. When we opened the bag with the dressing, it spilled all over my pants. The lids were knocked off. We found our other missing dressing spilled just outside the exit of the Hampton Inn. Hadn't been here in a minute because the LAST time(despite the pizza tasting good) the customer service was horrible at pickup. Been a while so I decided to give them another shot. Bad idea!! My wife ordered 3 XL pizzas for pickup. After hanging up we all realized she never told her name or even gave the phone number. So I called back just to make sure they had the order so we didn't get there a d maybe they didn't make it cuz there was no name. Well...BERTHA (who just so happened to be the same rude employee from last time).....Bertha could not have been any more rude if she spit in our food. She didn't even get the irder right. We ordered 3XL and she only put in for 2. She has the worst attitude for CS and tried to tell me she DID ask for a name and number when there were 5 of us sitting there and knew she didn't. So then she asks "well what do you wanna do?! You want 2 or 3 or 3 or 2 or what?!" Typing her attitude does NOT even paint a picture of how rude she was. So I asked to speak to a manager. Viken was very apologetic and assured me that BERTHA is normally "very pleasant". Then he tells me that 2 pizzas are almost done and the 3rd will be put in and be ready soon. Now nevermind the fact that he should have offered SOME kind of discount, but why would I drive across town and pay for 1 fresh pizza and 2 cold ones? I told him I was just gonna cancel the order.
