Decided to give this location of Pizza Hut a try so did an order for delivery. Wanted to try the Detroit style of pizza. Got a combination and a veggie. Out of the two, the combination had a bit more flavor. Not too salty. Just about right. The veggie was a bit light in toppings, but, still edible. I will say that the crust of both pizza's were a lil underdone and quite bready. I don't know. Is Detroit style supposed to be bready? Would I get again? I really wish I could give lower then just one star. I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in forever so I decided to try them out to see if they've changed. I went with the two medium pizza combo special. What I didn't know about the special is that you have to stick with they're regular crust. Which is greasy and oily to say the least. It's obvious they put way to much garlic butter on the crust to the point to where it soaks into the pizza. They said the pizzas was going to take 20 minutes to make but I'm pretty sure they had my pizza already pre made long before because when I finally saw it the pie was all dried out. The pizza was very thin, there was hardly and sauce or cheese and the pepperoni was flavorless and dry as well. This was sad and I'm for sure not going to eat there again. read more

Pizza hut just isn't what it used to be. The pizza is flat, and they skimp you on the sauce, even when you request extra sauce. The breadsticks are amazing on the other hand. Both the cheese and cinnamon. The pizza also had no seasonings and no flavor very bland to say the least. It tasted frozen and reheated. Wow! A Pizza Hut driver just almost hit me with their vehicle. She cut me off as I was exiting the KFC in Madera. She saw me and headed straight for me in order to cut across the parking lot. She was driving a beat up white SUV, and driving about 35-45 mph in a parking lot, she was Caucasian and wore glasses. She has the Pizza Hut roof light device indicated she was on duty. She had a face mask slightly off. I tried calling the manager at the store but all my calls were directed to a call service in Central America. I asked the rep to direct me to the local store but she refused. I asked to speak to her manager, but the CSR reported they do not have managers or supervisors and she could not help me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered off the app, which is always very easy. After completing the order it said it would take 29-39 minutes which I thought was very reasonable considering it was 8pm. It took almost an hour just for them to get my food out for delivery. I just figured it was really busy so I didn't really bother When i got my order the pizza looked like it was a messed up ordered that they heated up and put it in a delivery bag. Absolutely horrible! It came luke warm and was disgusting. I called to complain, manager wasn't in so he called me back. The manager was very rude about it and was trying to make it seem like I was just trying to get extra food as he said that I would need to give the rest of the pizza back. Also, when he said he would make me a new pizza he told me it would take 45-1 hr! How is that?! It was a mistake they made and it was gonna take a hour to fix?? More often than not the food is burnt. Their delivery drivers are wonderful, but the cooks do a poor job. Unless you order extra cheese on the pizza it arrives flat, hard and dried out. The only thing on their menu that is constantly of good quality are their wings. read more

Last time I ate there the pizza was burned. Wasn't edible at all, but I decided to give it another go since last year. The pizza quality did improve but their customer service was awful. They were rude and curt on the phone. They sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was a bother.
