Well heck I forgot to take a pic of our pie after a long day of yard sale duty . Pacifica is our go to for our pie we go with the 1/2 pepperoni and combination style. We usually have it delivered but opted to pick it up this time their delivery service is usually good and the pie is hot when we get it. The ambiance well let's say non existent just a delivery or pick up option. Next time I promise to take some pics before I chow down. Give the place a try the crust is very good and the ingredients are plentiful. read more

Called in a pick up order. Cashier ringing me up was not the most friendly but wasn't rude. Got home and the pizza was delicious as always not to mention a great deal. I got both cheese pizzas but you can get more toppings for the same price. read more

Called in an attempt to make an order for delivery at approximately 8:20pm today, Lizette answered and was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed, she said there was no delivery available I was surprised, out of curiosity I asked why? She proceeded to hang up on me. I called again to place an order for carry out she continued to be rude and unprofessional. I decided not to order anything. Zero Stars There were two long black hairs baked into our pizza, when I called back before 8:30 I received no answer and no way to leave a message. Left a good tip and paid over $60 for our order. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times. Years ago it was very good service used to be great. Now the servers are rude, they hang up in your face without ending the conversation or knowing if you were finished ordering. They have young people working there who don't seem to have any type of manners some of the times. I myself have never acted in such way even as a young person working. It doesn't seem like management is present, if so they do not care due to the common traffic within Madera. I called to ask if I have to be present if paying with card for delivery. Server stated "you would have to be present" and call ended. I will no longer support this business, this is not the first time. read more

So my last experience was un happy cause they didn't do delivery on Sunday. But!! Today I got an order delivered with the time being off by 25 minutes! But glad to see it! Until we got sat down to eat it! Wrong pizza!! So I instantly called back ! They agreed that they had messed up! An as soon as they could made a new one an redelivered it! The pizza was good. Called in, the girl that answered was rude, didn't ask for payment and hung up on me three times. I felt bad for the delivery guy, had no receipt. This place is not like it use to be. Pacifica Pizza's customer's service is no good. Some young people are not qualified to work with the public. I understand we have to learn, but why isn't anyone teaching them? It's my favorite pizza place, but customer service is everything. read more

The food is a 10/10 but their customer service is terrible. I walked in and the place was fairly empty although im sure they had multiple orders to work on. The young lady working the register had her back towards the front of the room and continued to talk and talk to her coworkers while texting on her phone. Although her coworkers let her know that I was there she still proceeded to use her phone and just stand there until she was done texting. Each time we order the breadsticks and the combination pizza it's great. Hot and fresh. I give the food 4 stars because it kept me coming back. Prices are good. However the restaurant was so filthy dirty the last time I went in that I walked out without ordering. It had been years since I had been inside. We usually order delivery. I was really grossed out that I have been eating food handled by employees that didn't seem concerned with how dirty the place was. Even the employees themselves had unkept hair and beards. I saw an employee wipe their hands across their jeans then keep handling the food. Flour was all over place and even had dead flies in it. read more

The pizza is fantastic! Honestly I was surprised how good the dough is, the ratio of toppings and cheese. Although they don't have gluten free options their dough sits well with my family who have gluten sensitivities and can't easily handle pizza dough. The shop itself can use a deep clean but the pizza is great sooo... 5 stars it is. read more

Hadn't ordered from here in Years but my daughters and nieces wanted pizza and this is were they chose which was shocking. Pizza was good hot and fresh, really no complaints. Only thing is it was really hard to hear the person on the phone it was a Friday and they had a lot of workers working so guess that might of had something to do with it. But like I said pizza was fresh and hot, with no mess ups she said 20 mins and it was ready in 20 mins. I will order from here again if my daughters want it and ask for it. Plus the large 9.99 unlimited toppings deal they have is a pretty good deal. read more

I usually ONLY get my wings from Pacifica i always recommended them to friends and family cause of how big and juicy and filling they always are!! But tonight was completely 180 turn!! They very very VERY small!! I put a PENNY! in the pic for size comparison and its literally the same size!! Sorry Pacifica but you let me and my whole family down tonight. Pacifica Pizza has really good pizza, that is why they get 3 stars. However, the young ladies that answer the phone are rude to say the least. Bad attitudes when speaking to customers. I order from here often and you ladies are angry birds . Seriously what's with the bad attitude!!! I know you are bombarded with calls and tons of rude customers but when you have a good customer on other line would it kill you to be decent. Management and or owner need to speak to these ladies so they are not so jaded. If you hate your job do yourselves a favor and get a job you actually like. read more

Oooooo the cheese bread, yummm.. Pacifica pizza is one of several pizza locations here in Madera. No dine in here, only take out or delivery. The menu has pizza, salad's and appetizer's. The prices are great. The pizza is decent- my two issues would be for the crust to be a little better tasting and cooked just a little bit more- wood fired would be great too but who am I kidding there is no wood fired pizza in Madera. The salad's I have ordered were fresh so no complaint's there. The ranch dressing is good. Staff are friendly and the delivery times have been average.
