Pizza Factory has officially become one of my favorite pizza spots! It's located in a shopping center where it's competing with the big chains, but after eating here several times, I'd choose Pizza Factory over Domino's every single time. The quality is on another level. I recently moved from the Bay Area, and one of my missions has been finding the best local restaurants. I've already been here 4 times in just the last few days, and that should tell you everything you need to know! Everything is made fresh to order, and you can actually taste the difference. The pizza comes out piping hot with an amazing cheese pull , and the crust is one of the best I've had--crispy on the outside while staying incredibly soft, light, and fluffy on the inside, almost like a cloud. I honestly think the secret might just be in their dough! This visit, my 4-year-old ordered the Ham & Pineapple pizza, and I had the Chicken Jalapeño pizza. Both were delicious! Now let's talk about the garlic bread... It's topped with Parmesan cheese , served hot, buttery, and loaded with garlic. Honestly, if I were on a tight budget, I'd be perfectly happy ordering just the garlic bread because it's that good! The breadsticks come with homemade ranch, and it's excellent too! It's fresh, incredibly creamy, and doesn't have that overly vinegary or overly salty, preservative-like taste that so many bottled ranch dressings or chain restaurants have. It's simply rich, smooth, and delicious. I actually love pairing the ranch with my pizza. My son and I couldn't stop dipping our garlic sticks into the marinara sauce! It tastes bright and fresh--not canned--and my son literally asked for seconds of the marinara. Little details like that really show they care about quality. The restaurant has been clean every time we've visited , the staff has always been friendly , and we love eating there because everything comes out fresh from the oven. ‍‍ Family tip: Bring a few quarters! They have a few small vending/prize machines that my son always gets excited about. Whether you're craving pizza, garlic bread, or just a hot, fresh meal with the family, this location has been consistently excellent. As you walk up, you know that you're in for a delightful meal! Everyone is cordial and inviting. There's limited seating. So, you might need to take it to go. The place is immaculate, trendy, and festive. I absolutely love it! I've been to many pizza factories over the years. And, this one is by far the cleanest! We ordered a large pizza golden brown with ham and pineapple. It was pure perfection! They have deals for everyday of the week. So, make sure to ask about them. Ham and Pineapple Pizza- I ordered it golden brown. Because, I love crispy pizza. The pizza was the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. If you don't like a saucy pizza. Make sure to ask for light sauce. But, I love sauce. The crust was airy, fluffy, and light on the inside and crackly, crispy, and crunchy on the outside. The pizza had the perfect amount of Maillard browning all around. The cheese was perfectly caramelized, the ham was moist, yet, crisp on the edges. The pineapple was soft, refreshing, and warm. It was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. I enjoyed every last crumb. If you're looking for a new pizza place. Come here! You won't regret it. read more

I really loved the home town vibe this place had. The staff were so friendly and jovial... it was refreshing! We actually stopped in for lunch and I ordered a turkey sandwich and a salad. It really didn't disappoint! The bread was fresh, Turkey was tasty, and it was made perfectly. I love that they didn't skimp on turkey or cheese. Also, my salad was super fresh! It was my first time at this location and my fiancé's first time trying the pizza. The environment of the restaurant was calm and so clean. The service was great, and fast. The employees were very polite. The pizza was very good, I ordered a salad and it was good size portion, the fountain machine had a variety of drinks, and they also had aguas Frescas! Picked up a XL pizza which was delicious and the Greek salad which was absolutely amazing. The freshness and amount of vegetables included is well worth adding this to your order next time. We went and they had a Special for any large pizza, breadsticks, and wings. We also had sodas. We ordered boneless wings with garlic parm. The wings came out and they were hot and tasty. The breadsticks never came out and then the combo pizza came out. It is hot and crispy straight out of the oven. Fantastic first 2 slices and then as it cools down the crust loses that delicious crispiness. We had eaten some pizza when we had to ask for our breadsticks. It seemed like they weren't sure we ordered breadsticks. Then they brought the breadsticks out in a to go box and it was missing 1 of the 2 sauces. I had to ask for the sauce. They did bring me 2 marinara after that. We didn't get to try the breadsticks after getting the pizza first. The pizza was great. The pizza was good the next day. The wings were tasty. The restaurant was busy and many families were dining in. The dining room is medium sized but they fit a lot of tables in. They serve pitchers of beer and that was popular at many tables. I would love to try their butter chicken pizza next or a sandwich. The staff forgot part of our order and I think they just delivered our breadsticks to another table and that threw them off. Very bad their service was bad they took way to long to get the order ready I ordered it a 3:00 and it was supposed to be ready at 4:15 it ended up being until 4:50 and as they were getting the food ready they dropped my wings so I had to get a refund because I wasn't gonna wait 20 minutes for something that is their fault.The workers there are very nasty I saw one worker wash his hands for 2 seconds and then I saw him wipe away his snot as he was preparing the food it also smelled like curry in there which is very suspicious because it's a pizzeria. The five employees you have are very disgusting and nasty they do not have proper sanitary cleanliness as their beards are very long and uncovered I will not be returning to this location ever I prefer going to the one in the ranchos. read more
