This pizza is excellent. We ordered it for our daughters birthday this summer at rankin park (they deliver!). I called a few days ahead of time to place the order as it was fairly large, and they not only confirmed it with me the day of but also gave us a discount because we ordered like 7 pizzas. Went out to find something to eat found this place on yelp. Staff were really friendly and helpful, they have a great deal on Mondays and Tuesdays a Large pizza will unlimited topping for 14.95. Ordered the meat lover's pizza and had it delivered to our home. The delivery took an hour and 20 minutes, the driver did apologize and gave us $5 off. He was very polite and apologetic. The pizza was cold and we had to reheat in the oven... very difficult when you have three children who have been waiting to eat. read more

I ordered a pepperoni & pineapple pizza as I do at most pizza places. The pizza was really tasty, but unfortunately the pizza crust was completely burnt and harder than a rock! I will try this place out again, but if I get burnt pizza then it will be a wrap. read more

Very good pizza. Been looking for a local place that makes a decent pie. I tried Round Table, Mingles, Melo's and Mountain Mike's. They were ranging rom bad to okay (Mingles). Pacifica made a pizza that was closer to an east coast pie. The salad was also very fresh. They are under new management. Not yet great, but worth the money. read more

It's pizza, can't really mess that up. Are they doing anything special here? No. do they make a good pizza sure! Would I recommend it over any other pizza place ? Probably not. But if they are close to you and you need a pizza delivered I say go for it beats the hell out of dominos. read more

This is my favorite pizza in Martinez/Concord/Pleasant Hill. I even think it's better than Napoli (at least the Benicia location). They're not the friendliest but they get the job done. All the basic components (crust, sauce and cheese) are so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I wish I knew what kind of ingredients they use! My only negative experience was on one occasion they wouldn't honor a special deal from one of their coupons; they claimed it was a misprint. Otherwise I always pick up a pie when I'm in downtown Martinez. read more

I highly recommend this pizza parlor. I ordered their veggie pizza with the garlic sauce and add sausage it is amazing. The kids that work there are always super nice and we'll customize it however you want if I want half vegetarian and sausage and half pepperoni they are happy to mix and match. My coworker suggested this place for lunch, and it was bomb! The crust was just the right amount of crunch and softness. We had the funky chunky chicken and added some BBQ sauce and that was the best idea ever. The ranch is perfection. Greg and David were extremely friendly, and helpful. I first had pacifica pizza years ago when I was in downtown Martinez seeing a concert with friends. I thought it was some of the best pizza I had ever had. I highly recommend the funky chunky chicken although the ingrediants have changed over the years. I personally like it with Chicken, Bacon, Jalapenos, and the garlic sauce. OMG!!! What is going on I have been a customer here for three years. Today I ordered an 18inch price buster combo for pick up. I was told 15-20 min I arrived in 27min . Drove all the way back home only to find a pizza that was way under cooked and way too much cheese. I called immediately and was offered a free small pizza. Well don't know how that will feed my family so I asked if they could remake it, cooked and with less cheese. So round two, told again 15-20min. I again arrived 25min later. Pizza was just coming out. The employee gave me the remade pizza, asked me if I wanted to keep the old uncooked pizza, that I can't use and said "my bad". I told him absolutely not and proceeded to open the box and show him the horrible first pizza. I then just took the new one and left. I wasn't offered anything for my two trips to pick up a pizza or my starving family. I again got home and this pizza still had way too much cheese and now the crust was burned. So had no choice but to feed an over cooked cheesy pizza because it is now almost 8 pm, a school night and I don't even want to bother calling again for another messed up pizza and drive in the rain. I have decided that I will not be able to eat here any longer. It has truly ruined my taste buds for Pacifica Pizza. read more

I've ordered from here several times over the last few months and it just seems to have gotten worse and worse. Ordering for pickup might be a better idea as the one time I've done this everything was "ok". Ordering for delivery totally another story... they always say it will arrive between 45 mins to a hour but that's never the case, the last time taking a hour and 30 minutes when I stay less then 3 miles away and frequently brought to my door cold and not even inside a pizza warmer that you see delivery guys use. I've ordered there wings on 3 different occasions and there good when there not burnt to a crisp. The only time they weren't burnt was the first time when I ordered for pickup. 2nd time they were dark as night but I didn't call and complain I hoped it was just a fluke. 3rd time again they were burnt and this was the last time I ordered from them when they took a hour and a half to get it here. So I did call and complain and asked the employee or whoever it was for some type of compensation. They offered me half off my next order of wings which is laughable (your saying you'll give me half off a order of burnt wings). I haggled them into giving me a free order of wings which I'll prolly never use as I won't be ordering from them again. Teenage kids run the store and I'm sure the owner pays them very poorly read more

This is now our staple spot for pizza delivery. When we recently moved, we found ourselves ordering many pizzas, since we were too busy unpacking to cook. This place was definitely better than any other place we ordered from. To start the pizza was good and solid- not absolutely spectacular, but very good. But come on , it's pizza delivery, what do you expect? We particularly enjoyed the Kona Coast pizza and Gourmet Veggie. What earns this place 5 stars in my book is the service. It has always been extremely friendly but not in an annoying way. I really appreciate that all the workers speak English very clearly , which of course makes ordering over the phone much easier. The delivery always arrives in a timely manner, fitting in the time frame the give us and the order is correct. I don't ask for much, but Pacifica Pizza covers all the bases. read more
