Was given two cookie pizzas, (I only ordered 1), but one was clearly overdone/burnt. When I called put on hold for 5 minutes then Manager took the call, apologized for the mistake and resent our actual pizza ordered however took another 45 minutes to get the correct order. I went there for the all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It looked clean and there were two TV's - one with news and the other with sports.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lady that took my order was prompt to take my order, and offered me water when I declined the soda pop. A minor detail, yes, but it's nice to not have to ask for a water cup. Every time I got near the food or counter, she would immediately appear from the kitchen area to see if I needed anything, so service was attentive. The pizza was good - normal Mountain Mike's - not buffet shortcut skrimpin' type pizza. What really stood out was the salad bar. It had good fresh, extra green lettuce with no brown stuff, the cucumbers were super fresh, and so were the little tomatoes. The sliced mushrooms were also obviously very fresh and snappy. I mention all this because it makes a HUGE difference to the overall experience, especially a few hours after the meal. An hour and 10 minutes later I call, and an employee told me it would be a few more minutes, the driver was on the way. Overall I'd give them 3.5 stars but will round up to 4 because the delivery got to our house really fast and we were starving. The delivery guy was also friendly. We got 2 pizzas, one was veggie with no cheese to make it vegan for our friend. They accommodated it without question and he liked it so huge points for that. We got a sausage pizza and it tasted fine but was SO GREASY. Like the grease soaked through the cardboard and onto our floor and left a whole puddle of grease. I'm sitting at MMP for the Friday lunch buffet. There is wafting cigarette smoke from a kitchen worker who smoked near the open front door. There's only been one pizza pie on the buffet since I arrived 45 minutes ago. It's a weird one, and it is already stale. The soda machine was out of Diet Pepsi, and the counter staff was kind to offer a can of DP instead. That was nice. But there's no more pizza. One kind. That's it. Finally asked. They aren't making any more pizza, even though they took my money for a buffet. What. After a bit of prompting, the counter staff offered to make a personal pepperoni. Avoid the buffet, folks. I love Mountain Mikes Pizza so it's hurts to post this. The Service is horrible at this location. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, the guy on the phone said the total will be $18.10. When I came in to pick up the order the total came out to $23. I explained that my wife ordered the pizza and was told it would be $18. He refused and said "No" it's $23! Yes it's only a $5 difference, but if you give a price to a customer then change the total on them when it's time to pick up and pay, that is very bad business. On top of that, pick up time was supposed to be 6:45pm, pizza was not done until 7:05pm and the pizza looked rushed. Terrible!! I DO NOT recommend this Mountain Mikes location.
