Great Italian style restaurant, small and intimate. The service was great, the owner himself was serving and shaking hands with the customers. The rest of the staff were fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I ordered were lamb shank, lined with a bed of mash potatoes, and veggies, with the most delicious gravy. I ate the whole thing in about ten mins. Carbonara and Lobster raviolis were ordered as well. Both were excellent, but the lamb shank was the best in my opinion.

After another long wait, he brought us the appetizer bread, which came with an extra charge. We never ordered an appetizer and reasonably assumed he was offering the complimentary table bread. At no point did he explain there would be a charge. A different waiter ended up bringing out our meals. Our assigned waiter was virtually absent for the rest of the meal and didn't return until it was time to drop off the check. The service was inattentive, unprofessional, and lacked even the most basic communication. It was frustrating to have another server step in repeatedly while our own waiter was nowhere to be found. The short rib was lukewarm and the sauce had no flavor. The veggies on both entrees were so salty that they were not edible. The only part of the dinner that was enjoyable to eat was the dessert and the lobster bisque soup. For a $200 dinner we were underwhelmed and a bit annoyed but didn't complain (maybe I should have though). This was our first time here so a little bummed this spot didn't live up to the reviews but maybe you'll have better luck. Not worth $200 in my opinion.

She sincerely apologized, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I've experienced similar delays with other servers during previous visits. I also noticed the bartender place coffee beans into an espresso martini using her bare hands. Although I didn't say anything at the time, it made me uncomfortable from a hygiene standpoint. When I ordered another drink, Brittany used a utensil to place the coffee beans into the drink, which I felt was much more appropriate. There always seems to be some kind of upbeat musical entertainment going on when go there. Last week we had a college graduation party for our youngest daughter. We opted to have Wise Girls cater for us. The food was ready on time. It was delicious and the guests loved it. We will definitely be going to Wise Girls again and use them again for our catering in their area. Thank you again Wise Girls for such a great job and taking a huge amount of stress off of us.
