This company/vendor and their staff are so incredible and they offer the most refreshing and visually beautiful beverages, anywhere on island! I met them during my first healthcare travel assignment when I went to the Saturday KCC farmers market. I first tried their Hibiscus and it was beautiful and light to the palate BUT I am a crazy woman for calamansi and omg, that drink was phenomenal! From that first day forward, I would visit the market and buy TWO of their beverages because I could never pick. Well fast forward 4 months later, after coming back to Oahu after working in Maui, i went to the market today specifically looking for this amazing vendor. I initially couldn't find them because they were located in a different spot but after making a 4th and determined pass to find them, I did and I again got TWO beverages because why not?! I purchased the Hibiscus and this time the Tahitian upon recommendation of the owner and wow wow wow!!!!! These beverages are hand created, hand mulled and genuinely made with every once of ALOHA! After walking the aisles, I saw their prominent sign at their stand as well as the crowd around it (). We studied the menu as we waited our turn with three people ahead of us. I was a little worried about the ginger flavor overwhelming the coconut and pineapple flavors but they were quickly dispelled. This was a refreshing drink and the ginger added a crispness to it along with the mint. I would get this again. My friend enjoyed his hibiscus drink. After ordering, we walked to the left of the tent where they made an expediting station. As drinks were made, the attentive gal called out order numbers. After a 6-7 minute wait, we were on our way. It was interesting to watch the mixologist craft the drinks akin to watching a bartender at work. I look forward to stopping here again and perhaps trying a seasonal flavor. Not being gingerly of how amazing Pacifikool is! Found them at the recent Food and New Product Show at the Blaisdell and the first thing I noticed is how stunning their drinks are :) me and my besties both stopped in our tracks and were just at awe at the same time trying to narrow down our choices to which one to have. As we are very similar in foodie like we both got the Peaceful Gratitude "Matcha Ginger Latte" which had the not of today's special and is the reason for ordering it as if it's not always available you need to try it and come on it's Matcha! Watching the staff put it together is like a bartender magic using 100% pure hand-crafted Hawaiian ginger is exactly something we both need as we both came straight from a long day at work the exhaust we both have was strengthen by this amazing sip we both inhaled...not before we cheers to ourselves lol! The vibe the staff exhume is just incredible so happy, friendly and willing for us to get that pic we really wanted as these drinks are just almost too stunning to sip. I discovered their booth at the KCC Farmers Market. After a long run, I decided to stroll through. Everything looked good. But what stood out was the Thai ginger ale. Packed with squeezed calamansi limes and Thai basil leaves. This cooler was a quencher! My only complaint is, I wish they came in a super sized portion. read more

Made from local Hawaiian Ginger, their syrup is SO REFRESHINGLY GOOD, the lines get so crazy and if you're a big fan of ginger, their drinks may convince you to ditch the soda!!! The price point for drinks ain't bad at all, and it is much better for you then the high fructose corn syrup concoctions. All natural, no artificial colors or flavors either! They've ruined other lattes for me, after trying their ginger coffee. Hawaiian ginger syrup, Kona coffee, coconut or oat milk. I asked about milk recommendation and was told the oat is smoother and the coconut brings out the richness of flavors. I chose coconut and was so glad I did. The presentation is also sooo fun! I'm only here for a week but I'm going to try to track them down again for a second. My partner got the ginger colada and it was so refreshing and crisp. Pacifikool, a ginger business: Their Ginger Syrup has been my recent favorite shopping items. I liked to mix the Hawaiian Ginger Syrup with Lemonade and water. It tastes great and helps me from getting sea sick. I have been getting the syrup at WholeFood Kahala and Costco Hawaii Kai. Costco might not carry them regularly but their price is the best $13.00. WholeFood sells with $16.00. There is a tent at the Honolulu Farmer's Market but they don't carry the Syrup. read more

The ginger syrup is made from local ingredients, and is reasonably priced. Pacific Kool was one of the high lights of our trip to Oahu! Let me explain. We took this trip to celebrate recovery from breast surgery and cancer. I had been nauseous and had been drinking canned Ginger ale. I would have had to buy canned Ginger ale had this stand not been there. It helped my stomach and made it bearable to eat food even enjoyable. But for those who are not sick, it is great too. My husband really enjoyed it and we went out of our way to sit at their part of the beach just so we could drink home made Ginger ale all day. They can make the taste to your liking. My husband being Asian is more used to fresh ginger. He asked for his to be stronger than mine. He tried all of the different flavors. I only tried one flavor and kept getting the same one every time we went back. It was so refreshing and so exotic. GINGER COOLERS! So many Saturdays mornings at the KCC Farmer's Market, this has been my highlight. PacifiKool makes the perfect sodas. I love the ginger ale, but my true love is the ginger cooler. The lemon and basil are the ideal balance for the sweet bite of the ginger syrup. Sooooo good on a hot, sunny Saturday. Try all the drinks on the menu. There's normally a long-ish line at the market, but there's a good reason for that! My friend even claims the Ginger Ale makes her trip out a bit. You can buy drinks at the PacifiKool stand at the farmer's markets -- that's what they're known for. But you can also buy their syrups and make the drinks at home, and they taste just as good! I've done this a bunch of times. They give you recipes when you buy the syrup, and they're simple. We love these ginger drinks so much, we served them at our wedding! We bought large jugs of the ginger syrup from PacifiKool, picked up the other ingredients at the grocery store, and hired a PacifiKool guy to make the drinks. They were a big hit!! read more

We have been a fan of Pacifikool ginger syrups since we first sampled them at Costco Hawaii Kai years ago. It is available at several Farmer's Markets and Foodland, as well as other locations. If is very refreshing and can be served hot OR cold. Our daughter likes it with crushed fresh basil and a squeeze of citrus, the way the sample was prepared at Costco. There is nothing like a Ginger Cooler to refresh you after a day of surfing at Waikiki. The Hibiscus Mint tea, made with their Thai Ginger syrup used to be my favorite drink until I tried the Thai Gingerade that is made with calamansi limes, wonderful! They serve their drinks at the KCC Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, but, especially during the summer they are very busy whereas the beach stand doesn't have the market crowds so there is no wait.
