After having lunch at Young's Fish Market my hubby wanted to get a smoothie from here. For some reason he wanted to try the mango and soursop. We both have never had soursop before. The smoothie was $7.50 plus $0.50 for two fruits and plus $0.50 for the boba. I tasted mango and only a slight soursop taste. It was ok. There is a counter with bar stools with the intent to enjoy your drink; however, most patrons use them to wait for their takeout orders. A clean, cozy, and pleasant shop. I watched the guy make my drinks, they're also very fast and efficient! I ordered and maybe no more than four minutes and it was ready. Their prices are honestly pretty good and I'd say on the affordable side. Two drinks for example is less than $20 , that's a steal. Since a lot of establishments love to up charge. Inside is very neat and aesthetic! Love the vibes! I ordered Avocado+Lychee with boba (funny story I had made my own combo of these two exact flavors at a dessert spot awhile back and I was curious to see how the two would taste together .. let's just say it's heavenly! It is a bit cramped in there and noisy when the blenders are going off but that's why gives this place its charm. My favorite flavors to get are the soursop, blueberry banana, and the watermelon smoothie when it's in season. Summers coming and this is a great way to cool down. We were thwarted in our attempt to have lunch at Chef Ramen (hand written note on door saying they were closed til Monday) and getting poi donuts at Kamehameha Bakery (ran out just three customers before us, should have called to reserve in advance!). Second visit, I went with the Strawberry / Taro Smoothie with Boba; Thang's offers combination options for $7 and this was advertised as one of their favorites on signage. It was disappointing as it was medicore. I think the taro threw it off. They use fresh fruits and they blend their ice into a fine shave. Today, I tried their Vietnamese Coffee Smoothie...quite good.
