Had great service today. I love the girls that work there. All very sweet, professional. All had great attitudes. The drinks tasted yummy.

I really don't like doing this, but I don't like wasting money even more. I also tried to call but didn't get an answer. I asked at your drive-thru today for a small blender, knowing my options are 16oz and 20oz, medium and large...a request for it to be made as a 12oz drink. It was truly like drinking a Hershey's syrup bottle from a straw....pure chocolate syrup and nice full 16oz. No espresso, ice cream, not even ice. Now I'm asked for over $7 and handed an Ipad with opts of $1, $2, $3 or custom tip? Putting my drink down, click the lowest opt, sign and drive away realizing I spent nearly $9 for something I can't possibly enjoy. Not again. read more

Was in the area and needed a caffeine hit. Haven't tried Ziggi's before but decided to give them a shot. I was super excited when I saw they had pumpkin pie iced lattes already! Choose a different location or Humam Bean The board says 4.75, They charged me 6.99 at the window - ordered a blended butter pecan,nothing special no changes 16 0z. The board says it is 4.75. The two "lovely ladies" on shift right now 12:12 charged me 6.99. I downsized my order from a 20 oz so I could tip them. Before driving up I checked the price. They deffended the 6.99 charge by saying they only update the menue board every couple of months. Sounds like BS, Get your menue board right or your employees. I couldnt afford the coffee anyways suppose to blended,overcharged, not a nice enteraction. read more

Been here a couple times now, they're a nice place for a morning coffee and Breakfast Burrito. Not overly distinguishable from that other big chain with a green siren logo from Seattle in either Price (like the big competitor a bit high priced) or quality (a Nonfat Mocha is a nonfat mocha). But hey if you're needing a cup of coffee or a quick breakfast on the road, they're worth it. read more

We tried the Coffee Toffee Blender and Unicorn Punch- loved both of them. Staff was super friendly and patient for our first visit which is always much appreciated- especially when carting around the tiny humans. Of the unicorn punch, I was advised it is "so so yummy!!!" And we are definitely a fan of the extra bend in the bendy straw- so fun! Thanks, Ziggi's- we will go out of our way to visit again. read more

This location is definitely not the fastest coffee option, but it is very tasty and has great service. Hubby ordered an iced Americano. They serve cold drinks with the fancy-dancy newfangled lids that you can drink straight out of so they don't have to serve straws. I ordered a hot dirty chai. They have three different options for chai, but I chose the spicy option. They forgot to make it "dirty" which I asked for, but they apologized and gave me a full punch card for later. I loved that they used a cute little holiday themed sticker on the mouth opening of the cup to keep it hot and from splashing. This avoids those wasteful plastic sticks that some other coffee shops use. I applaud this shop for their plastic reduction! I'll be back for sure! read more

While. I sting friends in Mead, CO I was pleasantly surprised to find this jewel. I'm the only one in the group that drinks coffee and I'm also the only one that gets up super early 4am my time 5 Colorado time. The whole staff was super nice and quick. I chose to sit inside and relax with my coffee while the drive thru was constantly busy. I also saw many of these stores popping up in the surrounding area so check them out. On their website it states they are open until 8 PM. We arrived at 6:59 to be told we cannot have any items because they close in a minute. Drive-through was not closed and their open sign was on. There was someone that was already at the window who then took an additional four minutes to receive their items. At that point you're stuck in the drive-through without any service. Not sure if this is a corporate policy or not but given the current situation as a small business owner it's interesting they are turning people away prior to their closing. read more

I love this spot. They have gluten free breakfast items and even vegan/gluten free items which is awesome for my celiac daughter. The employees are always so super kind which makes me comfortable returning multiple times per week. read more
