The moving crew did a good job and I tipped them accordingly. That being said, the billing office was poor. The gave me a range of 3-5 hours. I did not believe the 3 hour estimate. How do you go from Glendale Heights to Wheaton to Downtown Chicago while loading and unloading the truck in 3 hours? 5 hours seemed right and I was good with that. We hired this company to move only three items locally: a car-top cargo box, an IKEA bookshelf, and a solid wood sideboard/hutch that originally cost about $2,500. We also paid extra for both the home protection kit and the upgraded insurance coverage, expecting professional handling and full protection. Unfortunately, the moving crew did not wrap or secure the hutch with blankets, nor did they secure the doors. It was loaded into the truck along with other items without padding or separation. By the time the truck arrived at our new home, the front panel of the hutch had been smashed. Both crew members seemed genuinely sorry, but instead of documenting the damage, they offered to take the piece away. At the time, I didn't realize that removing damaged items is not standard practice, especially when a claim is expected. The hutch remained on the truck, and we have not seen it again. The claims process was extremely frustrating. Despite having paid extra for coverage and filing all necessary documentation, the company offered $650, which does not come close to replacing a comparable item (similar pieces currently range from $2,900-$3,500), and I ultimately never received that payment. Overall, we paid about $1,000 for a 15-mile move of three items, one of which was destroyed, and the claims process did not result in meaningful compensation. I recognize that issues can happen during a move, but the combination of: -Lack of basic protection measures, -Removal of a damaged item without authorization, -Minimal compensation offer, and -Claims that went unresolved, makes it difficult for me to recommend this company, even for small, simple moves. read more

Have had good experiences w other Two Men and a Truck moves in the past. This time had a broken item (nbd, it happens) and later discovered that $800-$1000 worth of items went "missing" from my moving boxes somewhere betwixt the cup and the lip and never arrived at the new place. Was offered reimbursement for the broken item but they essentially told me I'm out of luck w the "missing" items. They say that by policy they won't compensate for items they don't have in their possession. It's a contradiction by definition because that's exactly the problem: the items were taken and are GONE. Not in our lost and found, sorry, they say; file a police report and we'll cooperate w the investigation, they say. Uh huh, uh huh, yeah. I guess it's my own fault. Don't trust. If it's at all valuable and can fit down someone's pants, transport it yourself. Tape every box closed so no contents are visible and label the boxes across the tape. Don't just fold any of your box lids, it's too easy to rifle through your stuff. This location will certainly not get my repeat business and I'll be looking at different companies moving forward. ¡Caveat emptor! read more

Very disappointed during out most recent move. My family and I used Two Men And a Truck many times before and this was a horrible experience. They were very slow to load up a truck for a 2 bedroom apartment. It took them 5 hours! I've moved 11 times and I expect that time with a 4 bedroom house. In my experience, 1 guys is at the truck while 2 guys are upstairs. Then when they're ready, 1 guy goes downstairs with the boxes/furniture while the other stays upstairs getting things ready, putting shrink wrap on furniture, etc. Instead, both guys would disappear for 15-20 mins loading the truck with the 3rd guys. Also, half the time, the 3 guys were goofing off and joking around instead of, ya know, MOVING. At least they only took two hours to unload the truck at the house! I shared all or this with, Brittny, their quality control agent, and she said it was all based on more items, boxes and distance from the truck. We did not have more items or boxes than quoted and they knew ahead of time they were moving things out of an apartment. Where did they expect the truck to be located?! Third time - NOT a charm. This move was so disappointing in that there was damage to furniture and 2 items not delivered. Brittny's excuse for not covering my insurance claim for the lost items was 'we inspect the truck and do inventory every morning and night' and therefore it must have been delivered. That implies the box went "missing". If they inspected the truck, they would have notified me of a step stool that wasn't delivered which Brittny "found" in their warehouse. Her excuses don't hold water. Brittny also told me, the release form which I was required to sign to signify the job was complete (and stop the clock running) meant they no longer have responsibility for loss or damage. Yet, she told me I had 90 days to file a claim. And, I paid for the better insurance! I will never use Two Men and a Truck again. Actually, this review is 1/2 a star. My mothers move was estimated & coordinated by Mario and had subsequent conservations with Brittny. BEWARE: THIS COMPANY PREYS ON THE ELDERLY. My 92 yr old mother arranged for this company to move her TWO BLOCKS. The first fraud occurred when only 1 mover showed up and moved everything by hand with no hand truck or dolly. This slowed down the process immensely. The 2 other men only assisted in the elevator and outside the building because the 2 men did not bring masks. Why didn't they bring masks? The 1 mover with a mask moved a couch and all other items with his hands by himself. Slow The second fraud occurred when the 3 movers got lost trying to find the new building that was EXACTLY 2 BLOCKS EAST of the original apartment. Final paperwork said the 3 movers drove 1.5 miles yet the new apartment is 0.1 miles. They exaggerated and incorrectly added the mileage charges. Final fraud occurred when this company did not follow the rules set forth by Governor Pritzker & the Illinois Dept of Health Executive Order for COVID while performing the move. 3 men contracted to move but only 1 man moved everything by hand & the other 2 were in the elevator & outside. Why didn't the other 2 men wear the masks? It looks like they didn't wear them purposely to slow the move process and hence raise the moving charges. Disgusted at their over charges & lack of responsibility towards COVID & my elderly mother we encouraged them to reimburse her more than the $200 for the broken couch & lamp. We also brought to their attention that it looked like my mother was set up for an INCREDIBLE SCAM but absolutely no response, apology or reimbursement admitting their various faults during the move. This is extremely poor customer service. It is now very evident this company set up my mother in delaying the process of the move by: 1) not complying to the contract and 2) by 2 men not following COVID state guidelines which terrifically increased the move time & cost and finally, 3) by not following state guidelines. This was our second time hiring Two Men and a Truck and we will honestly never use anyone else. I feel like this company is the real deal - a legit, professional operation that cares about the work they do. Zero complaints, would recommend, and will hire every time I move (but hopefully I won't be moving again for a very long time!). There were literally zero snags on moving day - it was a total breeze. If you want a little peace of mind amidst all the other stress factors that go along with moving or buying a home - let this company handle moving day. You'll have nothing to worry about. They arrived right on time - calling a few minutes prior to arrival, which was nice. We did a walk-through together before and after they moved anything (both at the old house and again at the new house), just to make sure everyone was on the same page and that everything was in the right place upon completion. I used Two Men and a Truck to move my belongings from my condo in Carol Stream to a U-Pack truck at the terminal in Elgin. I did all the packing of the boxes and furniture - I was trusting TMT 'experienced movers' to pack the truck. I felt the price quoted was very high...but was willing to trust the packing of the trailer to experts. The team assigned to my move were not experienced. There was one (30 year old ?) adult and two young men barely out of high school. They laid my Queen mattress on the bed of the trailer 'to cushion' the boxes they stacked on top! They demonstrated no knowledge of how to pack a moving truck. I had reserved 13 ft of a 28 ft trailer with U-Pack. TMT spread my belongings over 25 ft of that trailer. We ended up unpacking - and re-packing the trailer into 12 ft of space. This cost an extra 2 hours time. I filed a dispute - requesting a rebate of the extra 2 hours of time. This lack of concern for customer service and satisfaction made an already bad experience even worse. I will not be shy to share my bad experience with this company. I've used two men before about 1 1/2 ago. They were out of Joliet. They were awesome! So moving again decided I'd use 2 men again. What a mistake! 1st off they said they didn't know I had arcade cabinets which was bologna because the estimator mentioned it. It was on my record from last move. So they said it would take longer than estimated. 1 they took 9 hours and cost $2000 last time it was 3 hours and under $1000 2 they broke the legs off my cherrywood dresser 3 they wrapped Vinyl chairs in plastic but not my expensive dressers 4 my drawers fell out and they threw all my clothes back in along with the mulch, dirt, grass and debris from the ground 5 lost the screws to my buffet and Bed frame 6 when I called to complain and file a claim (many times) they never got back to me. We just moved and they did not pay attention to how they stacked the boxes. Fragile boxes on the bottom of stacks. Bleach box was tipped and leaked all over floor. TV and cage were damaged during move. Scratched walls and doors. Broke many cabinets. The rug at the old apartment was muddied terribly. They did not put anything down for protection. Bad business, staff not developed enough to handle the job. If you wonder why your movers smell so bad it's because they're only given one shirt which was sweat in for days prior, and pair of shorts that don't fit, falling down as things are being carried in or out. Especially rude and unprofessional to have two movers stuck with a couch out a doorway, screaming for help from the third man who I guess didn't count or matter since he was tuned out and listening to music. After ten moves in Chicago and Chicagoland, this was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Our move took place over the summer and we were moving from a third floor condo (with an elevator) to a single-family home. All of our items were previously disclosed on the inventory and were boxed/prepped when the movers arrived. The crew arrived and consisted of four 19-20 year olds, who struggled to even lift standard items, like our queen sized mattress and box spring. They also scuffed our walls, stacked the heaviest boxes on top (causing the boxes below to be crushed, damaging items), and gauged our dining room table. Our move was estimated to take 4.5-6.5 hours, yet it took 8 hours. The delay was mostly caused by the movers' small stature and difficulty lifting items, but also because they took the long way out of our condo to load the truck. There were also multiple times my husband and I saw the crew standing around while one mover rearranged boxes. Overall, the crew's inexperience and physical inadequacy was the reason our move took nearly twice as long as the estimate, yet we were charged for the full 8 hours. More frustrating than our damaged items and being overcharged is that I have been attempting to resolve this for four months, yet the franchise refuses to even speak to me. I reached out to the corporate office for assistance, but they have not been helpful either. They insist the franchise rep will call me "by the end of the day", then I don't hear anything. The lack of communication is by far the most unprofessional part, yet the whole experience was terrible. read more

The move itself went great. The movers were great. HOWEVER, the company's "estimate" was 30 PERCENT lower than what they charged me. They charge you $236 per hour to "drive the truck back to the depot." And they "have to take the long route because of clearance on bridges." So basically they're going to charge you $350 more than you expect--just to drive the truck home. I gave them all the accurate info re locations, number of boxes and objects, and they quoted me "anywhere between $900 and $1400 and I signed. It was $1800 at the end. Use them if you want, but expect to pay 30% more than you think you will. BE AWARE: they will charge you $236 per hour to drive to you, $236 per hour to drive to your destination, and $236 per hour to drive themselves home. The time you THINK it should take (IE 30 minutes per leg--will be 1.5 hours, instead). Their estimate of how long the work will take will probably also exceed the estimate. The move out crew caused significant damage to several pieces of furniture due to carelessness in packing and storing. The team was lead by "SUPER" Dylan (who I told him to recommend) along with Bob & Tyjuan who did an outstanding job from start to finish constantly working nonstop, no breaks,complaints or anything negative. They are the most friendliest and upbeat group of individuals we've ever met. Everything was even priced very accordingly and the bill was well explained so I know he wasn't getting hit with extra fees. I HIGHLY recommend these movers to everyone. I had used this company in 2017 and had a great experience. What a difference a couple of years makes! Did the estimate on the phone for moving our furniture plus 60 boxes. We moved all the boxes ourselves prior to the move so all they had to move was furniture. They didn't check in with us prior to the move as promised and the team showed up and it became apparent quickly that of the four they sent, they did the work of two men. One guy walked around with his hands in his pockets, one was super inexperienced and the lead guy did 60% of the work himself. The truck they sent was too small despite not having 60 boxes to move and they rookies showed little care for many of our items. There was actually furniture we had to move in our own vehicles on move day! The move took 30-50% longer than it should have even after they sent a 5th guy to help. They disassembled several items that didn't need to be disassembled making more work for us, and didn't have the proper tools to reassemble the bed efficiently. All of this wasted time on the clock resulted in a much larger bill than needed even after they comped 90 minutes of labor. After several requests for someone to call us to follow up, still nobody has. Poor service and no follow up makes for a bad experience. Go elsewhere. read more

I have moved maybe 20 times in my life and have never had a bad experience. This franchise is the worst moving company o have ever worked with. I had an interstate moved booked today. The guys showed up with no energy and like they didn't want to be there. After I signed the paperwork I realized that o had signed for four guys and had only seen three. When I questioned it the "lead" guy said oh yeah the fourth couldn't make it. Asked why I signed for and was being charged for four. Also reminded them we were picking up chairs at another location. He said no it wasn't on the order. I told him supervisor approved it the day before (who didn't communicate it to anyone else). They said they had to go call. All three of them leave pull truck out of driveway and are sitting there close to an hour. Meanwhile dispatch calls me and I tell her what's going on. While they are wasting all that time a crew comes in to patch a hole in fro t of my driveway. All they had to do was wait ten minutes and pull in. Dispatcher calls and tells me that because of that the move is cancelled. I called corporate, filed a complaint, and told corporate that because of this another branch that was picking up and storing things for me also lost their business for tomorrow. After I make these calls the same dispatch woman calls me like nothing happened and says "so let's reschedule your move!" Are you kidding me?!! I wouldn't use this location if they were the last moving Company on earth. Found another company that was also $1k left. Beware. This is a shoddy operation (who also "prequalified" my card the night before which now has 3k hanging in limbo. read more

These guys are amazing. The price was decent ($416 for 4 hours and moving enough stuff to fit in my 475 sq ft apartment) and far under the original estimate of $610 and the guys really took care of me. At one point, some random guy walked into my apartment and started asking about painting and shouting in spanish.. I didn't know what to think. The movers (Vince and Vance if you want to request them) told me straight up "don't let him back in here" and did plenty of big-brother-style glaring at the creepy guy on my behalf. As a single woman moving alone, I wasn't sure what to expect, but these guys absolutely blew me away with their professionalism, good attitude, and ability to carry --what I thought were-- really heavy boxes. I had them put all my belongings into a storage unit until I close on my VERY FIRST HOME in 3 weeks, and I've already scheduled Vince and Vance to do the second leg of the move from storage to my new condo. One of the movers had a temper tantrum because our elevator door kept closing while he was trying to move furniture out of the elevator. We contacted them kinda short notice (3 days in advance) for a move of just some furniture, and they were fantastic about being able to accommodate us. There was an online form we could fill out to itemize our quote, then someone (Robert) called to review what I entered, and ask questions. Based on the questions, the initial quote was reduced, but I still got the impression that Robert was trying to err on the side of caution so they didn't underestimate and surprise us. All the information on the phone was also sent in email, and was very thorough. Our team was Augustine, Rob and George. They were very efficient and friendly. During the initial walk through, Augustine told me that he thought they could complete the move in under the estimated time, and they did. They were very thoughtful in asking where everything went in the rooms and making sure we were happy with everything. They were just fun to be around. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but will definitely use their services when we do! read more

I scheduled 3 moves with the Carol Stream "Two Men and a Truck" location. my move from Wheaton to a storage unit was a disaster. The team destroyed and lost $9000+ worth of my things. The moving team they sent to deliver my things from the storage unit to my my home said it was the worst moving and packing they have ever seen. They took pictures and apologized profusely. My late wife's urn was broken and much of her ashes were lost. They send college kids to do all of their work. The kids packed things I asked them not to and didn't pack things I asked them to pack. Over 2 months after submitting the damage and loss to their insurance company, they offered me $1500. I am filing suit for the loss of property as well as pain and suffering and have contacted local press. I lost art work, presents my late wife gave me, every piece of china, glassware, vases... everything that could shatter they shattered. I have boxes and boxes of everything broken in my garage with all of the broken furniture. Do not even think of taking a chance with this company. read more

Sadly I am writing a very negative review on Two Men and Truck out of Carol Stream. In Feb/18 I moved a mile from a townhouse to a house in a western Suburb. The experience was extremely poor with a massive over-billing scheme that I have reported to the Better Business Bureau as well my credit card company. The experience started off well a month in advance of the move as the estimator spent an hour on the phone detailing the move from my two bedroom townhouse. The original estimate of the amount of furniture to be moved was accurate and I thought it was reasonable that it would take 5 hours for 4 guys/truck to accomplish the task. However, when the movers showed up on the day of the move it was apparent that they were very inexperienced. They didn't know the best way to angle the furniture to get it down the stairs and my suggestions about taking off a door to give them more roomed seemed like a foreign language. I was shocked during the move to go outside and see my expensive rugs laying on the wet rain-soaked pavement and my expensive metal lampshades from Restoration Hardware were laying on top of each other and scratched up. Things were going slower than expected (i used to move for a summer job) as the supervisor told me that it was his last day and his crew was very inexperienced. Then one of the guys got hurt. The crew spent two hours staring at each other wonder what to do. This put us seriously behind schedule. They finally called for a replacement but i'm estimating that a total of 8 man hours were lost (4 guys x 2 hours) due to this. They didn't have a good sense of how the truck should be loaded and were standing around wondering if it would fit. This probably cost them at least an hour of time as well or 4 man hours (4 guys x 1 hour). After a lot of loading and unloading at the initial site they finally had it loaded. I went to the move-in location only to find out that they got the truck stuck in the mud/ice. They all got out of the truck and stood around wondering what to do. By this time (multiple hours later) the replacement for the injured worker showed up and after another hour of standing around figured out how to get the truck to move. At this point the crew was tired and dragging because they were so inexperienced and it was taking soooo much longer than expected. Every piece of furniture went into the house slower and slower. ugh! The crew scratched up the stained floors and dented a number of walls. It was now nighttime and they still had a lot to go. They wanted me to sign a form saying that I agreed to the overtime. I reluctantly did as the supervisor had the gall to call his supervisor to threaten me with a lawsuit if I didn't. I told them I was very disappointed. At this point I noticed that there were more than 10 items that experienced substantial damage (furniture and damage to home) with a cost of fix of more than $5,000. Additionally, I found that one minute I was talking to them and then I walked away for 15 minutes. They left the grill in the front lawn and put the remaining furniture in the garage even though it was marked for specific rooms. This was shocking. They took off and left the front door and garage open without saying a word. Wow! I found out the next day that they added on about $1200 to my original estimate and charged my credit card. The additional time was ridiculous as they correctly accessed the furniture to be moved and the size of my unit. An inexperienced team that was not motivated along with somebody getting hurt and the truck getting stuck is not something I think a customer should have to pay for. We will see how all of this plays out with the Illinois Dept of Transportation, Better Business Bureau and my credit card company but I would strongly advise to not use Two Men and a Truck out of Carol Stream. read more

I used this company out of the Carol Stream office for a move at the end of October this year. Extremely dissatisfied. They showed up almost an hour late. They sent 5 young men , 3 of whom were very inexperienced and just stood around. When they came in they said they were not even supposed to be on this job, but they were sent out at the last minute and had to be on another job in another hour and a half. When I said that was unacceptable, I was told that it happens all of the time, and the sales person does this all the time. I was upset, and the team leader spent most of his time arguing with the dispatcher at his office. When I spoke with customer service at their office it was very argumentative. They left with half of the job unfinished. I had to hire another company that came the next day to finish in an hour and a half. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT use this company. read more

I called because my movers were late and the office staff informed me that I had cancelled my move. I informed them that it was untrue and I had confirmed the move a few days earlier. They called later and told me they had made a grave mistake and that they were working on sending movers. They came three hours later. The movers were very nice and did a nice job. I moved 4 months ago. The crew was fabulous. They worked really hard to move us and we had no issues with them. During the move, one of my cherished wood chair's arm broke. The crew leader said that they have a service to fix these issues. So, I signed the paperwork, and they were paid. I have left at least 6 calls to the Carol Steam service line and no one has called me back to fix my chair. I've used two men before and had an awesome experience. This franchise was horrible. I have documentation of over $5100 in damages and repairs needed. I submitted the claim with photos and itemized receipts of all the damaged furniture, flooring and walls; they offered $426 for damage compensation. You would think that because I was paying per hour that there would not have been any problem, right?? I payed $3000 for 13 hours for four movers. To be honest I was a bit apprehensive as this was a different franchise, but the team out of Carol Stream did just as great of a job as the team who moved us out of St Louis! The office staff were great with my numerous questions concerning of the weight of our 75+ boxes of books and whether or not they'd take a check from my new employer instead of a cashier's check. NEGATIVE 15 BILLION STARS!!!! If you enjoy reading about other people's misery, this review is for you! The missus and I were moving her stuff out of her place in lombard to a storage facility in West Chicago. We had everything but a few minor things boxed, and we had a sofa, love seat, some bedroom furniture, a queen mattress and box and a dining room table we told them not to be careful with because we hated it anyway. All in all, not too much. We wound up fitting it all in a 10x10 locker. So we decide to call this place and the guy on the phone asks us a whole bunch of questions about what we are moving and where to. He tell us based on this, the entire move out should take 4.79 hours, or 4 hours and 4:45 minutes for those of you who are Mr. Spock. At 150 an hour, which was for 3 guys and the truck, it should have been about 700 bucks. Keep in mind you are charged from the moment they leave their place until the moment they get back. So they start "work" at 8:15 and get to us around 8:45. By 10am one of the guys leaves saying he has asthma problems. I didn't see any asthma problems....I didn't see any work out of him either the entire time. But whatever, people do get sick. They don't replace the guy but do say they'll change the hourly rate from 150 to 115, which is 25% less. Ok. So with one guy less, you'd think the entire move would take 6 hours instead of four. You'd be wrong. It took them 6 hours JUST to empty the apartment! They moved SO slowly, whether it was on purpose or not I don't know. They had dollies and an elevator blocked off just for them and I could have moved all the boxes down there myself faster than they did. To make matters worse, the damaged the back and side of our 8 month old couch getting it out the door and finally had to take the door off to do it!!! Granted, getting that couch out was not easy, but we kept telling them it could be done without removing the door. When we bought the couch we saw two guys smaller than them bring in the couch in when we bought it. Not only that but they had to do it twice because they brought the wrong one in the first time. Neither time was there any damage and the door was never removed. The missus and I took a similar couch, the old one, out ourselves without doing it. So at 2:30 the molasses train is finally ready to leave the station. By this point I have to leave to go to work, leaving the missus to deal with this mess. I wish I hadnt. So they say they are getting some water and something to eat, then they'll head to the storage facility. No problem, a guys gotta eat, right? TWO HOURS LATER, at 4:30 they show up with another truck and another guy claiming they needed help because the truck broke down. No phone call or anything telling us what was going on so the missus and her mom cooled their heels looking at a storage locker. They load up the locker and FINALLY get done at 6pm....10 hours later! We can't even see how well they packed the unit because they put all the boxes in front, floor to ceiling. Then the bill padding starts. Not only did they make us pay for the sick guy who did nothing, but then tried to say he was there longer than he was! They also tried charging us for the third guy from 2:30 instead of 4:30 when he actually showed up claiming he came had to come help them fix their truck, which is clearly not our problem. They did fix those when we refused to pay but other than that we paid for everything they did right down to the cent. No consideration for our time or bother, no consideration for the sloppy move or the unprofessional way they do business. Nothing. The grand total? 1300 BUCKS!!!! Yes, almost twice what they quoted. So even if they aren't a bunch of shady, bill padding crooks, what you have is this: 1) unreliable employees, 2) unreliable equipment and 3) wildly inaccurate quotes. It's the last one that gets me mad. I can understand being off say two hours maybe even three. But if you've done your job for any length of time, I can't believe you'd be off by 6 hours....two and a half times the estimate. The only explanation I can come up with is that it was low balled on purpose to trick you into signing a contract. Never again. They even tried to gloss over the damage to the couch conveniently didn't have a damage form with them either. They will tout their 96% customer satisfaction rating. Here's how that works: at about an hour in a boss come and says he's checking on things. We say fine: it's an hour in. He starts his survey and asks if we are satisfied, we say so far yeah. He says, "so can I put down a 5 then"? Whatever man we're in the middle of a move. And that's how you get "satisfied" customers. Look here instead. In the last two years there's 5 one star reviews and 1 five star reviews. That's the real satisfaction rate. My brother and I flew in for 1.5 days to help my senior parents move into an 1100 sq ft condo and we had issues from the start. Their motto is "Movers Who Care About Their Profit". Two Men and a Truck in Carol Stream only cares about profiting and nothing else. I was given a window over the phone 12:30- 1:30 by Paul and their men arrived at 2:45 (BTW bill shows they arrived at 2:30, remember profits $$). I tried to call them no answer on Saturday, called again, no answer. The two employees worked a previous move and they were starting to tire (GM at 2 men said, his men "are conditioned to handle two moves without sacrificing efficiency"). Hate to break it humans get tired, no matter how in shape they are. They also left screws for bedding at my parents home, delayed us 45-50 minutes (took off 30 minutes off the bill, remember all about $$). They were a little careless and slow moving, I even jumped in to help them because they seemed to be dragging. My friend moved his family of 4, their whole house (and moved 18 miles and paid between $500-600 from Wolly Movers, my parents moved 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and coffee table 14 miles for $1026. They want to deny all wrong doing and hid behind their paperwork. Please do yourself a favor just STAY AWAY. Read the other posts, their reviews are not GREAT! Save yourself the headache and money! Their phone message says that they treat their clients like they treat their grandmothers. I'd hate to be their grandmother. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. They wasted time (at $165 an hour) every chance they got. I couldn't tell if they were really as incompetent as they seemed to be or if they were intentionally screwing up to pad the bill.
