I only ship at Pack 'n Ship. Unlike the post office, there's never any wait for service and they are the nicest people anyone could ever hope to do business with. They are super knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you are getting the most cost-effective method if shipping. The UPS Store on Algonquin can be overpriced and the P.O. on Warner can be crowded, so what's a guy to do? He can Pack N' Ship. :) Since it's just across the street from Starbucks on Bolsa Chica, all I have to do is drop my things off, pay $4-$5 for shipping/envelopes, etc. and be on my merry way. Simple as 1-2-3. Pack N' Ship is more efficient (no hassle unlike the post offices), closer than the nearby post office(s), and cheaper than UPS (obviously). read more

My mom has known Tony since she sold UGG boots on ebay in like 2003, and she still goes there today! My mom has always mentioned how awesome and nice he is, and when I went there, I was given not only the best customer service, but he was geniunely a friendly and great dude! If you want full service that is incredible for an all in one business mail hub. Tony is your guy. He really understand customer service and you can get all sorts of mail services, from packing to sending certified letters to sending fed ex, etc If you are expecting something important and let him know, he is always happy to give you a text the minute it arrives. Tony, the owner, is probably the nicest and most helpful guy I have ever met hands down. I have worked in the area for years and he is always there to help with more than just postage or sending out packages. He makes keys, he sells anything you could ever need if you were sending out a package or really in everyday life lol, to local artist painting, and even cell phone accessories. You will leave his business knowing you got a great deal on whatever you bought and your packages will always arrive on time and taken care of. read more

Tony is the kind of small business owner that you so want to see succeed. This sounds crazy, but I actually look forward to going to my PO Box! I have been with Tony at Pack-n-Ship now for years and will never go anywhere else. I now live in Laguna Beach and still drive up to Huntington Beach for certain packages and mail because I know I can trust Tony. When my mom died, I had all of her sensitive trust, estate, and legal documents sent there. I told Tony which important ones I was expecting and as soon as they arrived, he texted me right away. The personal service he provides is priceless. As soon as I walk in the door, he already has my mail ready and waiting for me with an ice cold water and a warm smile. If I'm running late, and he has to close, he has even kept the doors open a few extra minutes to make sure I get my important packages. They just don't make 'em like Tony anymore. It is businesses like these that we need to support to keep the American dream of small business ownership alive. If you are looking for a PO Box and are ANYWHERE within a 15 minute drive of Huntington Beach, please, just take a drive over to Pack-n-Ship and try it for 6 months. The worst case? Tony operates this center beautifully. I rented a Mailbox there over twenty years. He is so nice and so helpful it's hard to imagine. When he would see me pull up, he'd run out to the car and hand me my mail. I got involved in a charitable endeavor where I sent a few boxes of goods every month. Tony said he wanted to do his share, and he provided the boxes free of charge. His center is full service. Fax machines, copiers, shredding and more. Can sing his praises enough. read more

Tony is one of the nicest and most honest business owners I have ever come across. I ship things on a regular basis due to my photography and off-roading hobbies. I never have any doubt in my mind that he will take care of my items. I frequently leave items with him worth hundreds (occasionally over $1,000) and they always arrive to my buyers in perfect condition and immaculately wrapped and packaged. I would NEVER leave an item like that with one of the larger chains. When you can get far better service AND support a local business, why go anywhere else? read more

They assigned our business a mailbox that was already being used by someone else, which resulted in another person receiving and taking our mail. We later discovered that important filings had been sent to that mailbox and never reached us. When we raised the issue, they denied that any mail had ever been delivered there, despite clear evidence that documents went missing. Correcting these filing issues is now going to cost our business a significant amount in fees and time. What's most disappointing is that they refused to take any responsibility for a situation that was entirely caused by their own mistake.

I had my return label ready to go and the box fully packaged, but I had just run out of packing tape and was short one strip across the top -- about 12 inches. In the past, I've always made sure everything was fully taped, and I didn't think one missing strip would be a big issue. Unfortunately, I was told I would be charged for that small piece of tape and that I needed to pay cash. I was also informed that I would have to pay for tape to attach the shipping label as well. Because of this, they refused to accept my package as-is. The interaction left me disappointed. I understand businesses have policies, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming over something so minor. It's unfortunate, as this has long been a staple business in our community. Based on this visit, I won't be returning. I do wanna mention a woman is standing behind me, was also denied help because of few minutes later I saw her at the post office, with the same box that she had in her hands.
