This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a shipping service. I paid for priority handling for extremely important paperwork, and they still managed to lose my package. When I called to get answers, they took my number, said they would call me back, and never did. No follow-up. No accountability. Nothing. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. Would love to leave a zero, this place and its owner is horrible to work with. They do not do more than one delivery attempt even though they quote three. They are rude and spiteful with packages, where they will hold them hostage and charge you inappropriate fees to relinquish them. I really do believe this place is fraudulent. read more

Take your business to the UPS store at Hickory tree shopping center in Chatham. It's close and they're way more customer centric at that location. read more

Fast and easy service. I came in for an amazon return. We scanned the code and the label printed. The clerk then took care of all the shipping. I was in the store for less than 5 mins. I had read a lot of the previous reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, but they were quick and efficient. I'll use them again, no issues. read more

Be careful of this place, just like other locations in the Madison, Chatham area, they jack up prices. For real they do. I just paid $27.00 to mail a pair of shoes. It felt messed up so I checked on UPS website. I plugged in weight and dimension of box. Sure enough, that con-artist whacked me. I should've paid around $18.00. Seriously, don't go here. If you do, prepay on the website and generate the shipping label there. If you go here or the Shipping store near La Rosa, you will get gouged. read more

I do not have a printer and he pointed for me to print it myself and then got nasty that the package wasn't sealed. I went there out of convenience but never again. Some of the surliest least helpful customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. I went in with a completed shipment and asked if I could add a declared value to it. The person behind the desk never looked up and just said, "No. Just drop it and we're done." That's verbatim what he said. I sent a package abroad and the manager (or owner) told me that he was going to call me when the taxes of importation arrived so I could come back to the store and pay them. He called and said it was 16 something dollars. Came in and payed them. When UPS delivered the package in the destination, they said that we had to pay again. I called UPS and they said it was because I payed with a card less than 20usd so it wouldn't be registered. So, I called the manager and told him that there was a problem with my package and immediately he started going crazy not letting me talk and saying there was no problem with it, that it was going to be delivered and that he had been monitoring it. Well, he didn't know it had already arrived and been returned. I tried to explain to him that what I was looking for was help since I assumed it was not his fault but UPS's. He kept yelling not letting me talk at all! Can't believe that for 16 dollars he decided to pick a fight when I was not calling to fight! Had to tell him he lost a costumer and I was hanging up the phone. Seriously don't use this place, if there is a problem with what you send you won't get a calm and responsible answer from them. I just went in there to drop off my package. The label wasn't on so I asked for a piece of tape to tape it and the packe. The desk worker looked at me and took a look at the label and reprimanded me for the size of the label and proceeded to take it from me and make a smaller copy. Muttering under his breathe multiple times how big it was. Very rude. Then he asked for 10cents!!! I was like are you joking? Big mistake to go with their printing service. I ordered 4 pages of prints online. 2 hours later I stopped by the store to pick them up and there was one employee chatting in a different language with two customers. After a long wait, he told me that he never received my order and that all of the online orders go to his boss' email. The boss left already so he's unable to retrieve the order (broken process). He asks me to leave my phone number so he calls when he's able to see the order. I do, he does call later to tell me that the order is ready. I go back again to pick it up only to find out that it is half of the order (2 pages). He said he couldn't issue a refund for the rest. Overall the worst experience with printing. They need to step it up a lot in terms of customer service. read more
