I'm pretty irritated honestly. I came for a specific reason. When I called I was told I had to spend a $100 to get the bag so I shopped around I even told the girl I need to add another item to get to 100 so I can get the bag, I even had to go run out and grab more cash to have enough because I spent more than expected. I asked for my bag and they tell me oh no you had to buy the bag. I was like wait a minute!!! The girl was like sorry, the manager was right there with her I was like are you kidding me!? That was the whole reason I came! She said sorry . They wouldn't cancel my order or change anything. This shop has changed and not for the better. You misinformed me over the phone and the girl helping me clearly knew what I was trying to do and didn't say shit. Cause I really went at 530 am to spend $130 on wax. This is why I stopped coming. Worst dispensary experience I've had. They gave me the wrong item in my order the first time. I called them about it they gave me a credit for a pre roll next time I came in. They said it was going to be on my profile when they put my name in and all I had to do was show up with my ID and name. I went back today and they said they didn't have my credit on file. I was very frustrated. Also, the security is terrible. I went one time before to try and use my credit and security said they were closed even though it was 5 minutes before closing. Also, I went back today the security out front didn't say anything to me or open the door for me even though he's an armed guard right in front of door with a bulletproof vest on. I've been coming here twice a week for months. I purchase stiiizy pods and edibles every time I'm in. The experience had always been good until today. I bought a stiiizy pod on December 1st it turned out defective. So I went to return it on the 3rd with receipt and original packaging and was denied. First they don't honor the 7 day return or defective pods they will do everything in their power do not switch the pod out, also if you order curbside 30 min before closing they will not attend you they will just leave you sitting in the car waiting while they watch and make fun of you from the inside. 100/100 deadass. This place is licensed and has licensed, tested products that are not fake like you find other places in SGV. Also, they have nug half O's for $50 by a legitimate company. Great 4/20 deals as well, make sure you come early. Also, their price includes CA taxation and they don't charge you for it after, the prices don't usually include change.
