Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. More than any other place I've been, this checks that box. If you're looking for a conversation about how your family is doing, make an appointment with your PCP. Our provider chose Quest probably because they are cheaper than others and they produce the results…read morequickly. The issue is that they believe automation makes them not have to do anything else but they need labor (people) to draw your blood and arrange the inventory of supplies. When you walk in you see stacks of boxes of inventory and the person doing the blood draws wastes time because the inventory is not well stocked. They should also build in an empty slot every hour to catch up because some people take more than their timeslot. I am very efficient because I know people are waiting. I roll up my sleeve, answer the questions efficiently and keep it moving but I did notice others waiting to go to the bathroom until their time was called...really? (It wasn't that kind of test!). Anyway, even with an appointment lines are long, don't both if you don't have an appointment. They need to staff better - would it kill them to have 2 people working?! Otherwise they sent the results back within 24 hours, very fast.

They will send you to Collections for a small statement, even if you have paid several large ones in the meantime. As with many aspects of Evergreen, the Phlebotomists and Physicians are exceptional, but the administration and support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Tamara is my new favorite person!…read more I had an 8:15 appointment since I was fasting and wanted to go early and was seen around 8:22. She apologized and let me know she was the only one working that day. She also let the walk ins know that they might have a wait since she was the only one in office, and let them know a few other locations close by. I asked if I could lay down since I'm very afraid of needles and she was happy to oblige. After seeing that I was really nervous and that my veins weren't showing a ton, she let me know she would use a small butterfly needle and that I would barely feel it. Usually I get super nauseous but I barely noticed the needle. In the past, other nurses have had to move the needle around a lot or poke twice which makes me really sick, but she was in immediately. It was also SO FAST! I've had my blood drawn probably 100 times in my life and this was the quickest and easiest. If every blood draw were like this I probably wouldn't have any needle phobia. Such an amazing woman and impeccable care. Next time I need to go in for blood work I will call ahead and make sure she is working. Truly exceptional!

She gave me a trained look, clocked my panic and suggested we go in another room where I could lie back while another employee distracted me with conversation. The stick was in the first try with minimal pain. she had those vials switched out so fast, four were filled before my brain had time to spiral. This is not my only good experience here. Last year I had another phlebotomist who very kindly calmed my irrational fear and worked with the same level of professionalism. This is the location to visit if you have blood draw anxiety! They will get it done quickly and compassionately.

After we went home, both of us developed severe bruising and noticeable bumps. I'm almost 30, get annual physicals, and have had many blood tests before -- I have never experienced bruising this bad. When I went back two days later to discuss the issue and request a refund so we could redo the tests elsewhere, the owner's attitude was shockingly rude. He insisted everything was "normal," blamed it on dehydration, and claimed he has "seen plenty of people like us who barely understand anything and just want a refund." He also argued that because we didn't complain during the blood draw, the outcome was somehow our fault. We were simply being polite -- mild discomfort during a blood draw is normal. Severe bruising afterward is what made us return. Instead of taking any responsibility, he denied everything and repeatedly demanded that we leave "his facility." The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unacceptable, especially from someone providing healthcare services. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Please leave now." We consider ourselves civilised and reasoning person, and in our whole life, we've done many blood tests, not one time did we get this large of bruises, and not to mentioned both of us get the bruises at the same time.

I asked the tech if she had done this before on an infant and she said she had so I didn't feel it was necessary to tell a tech how to do her job. In hindsight tech is an overstatement. She squeezed the foot too hard and wasn't capturing the blood fast enough, was clearly frustrated and hurried, at this point she was unable to capture most of the blood and spilled plenty all over the floor, my leg, bc i was holding my baby, and the sani pad. If she were competent with her job all the blood lost would have certainly provided enough sample to test. Next, she insisted that i stand up to hold my baby facing me, which she said was a proven method to draw the blood more efficiently. So as I'm standing there holding the baby and watching her not capture most of the blood dripping on the floor she tells me the blood has coagulated and that I might have to come back, but ASSURED me they would let me know if that were the case by the next business day. Of course she lied, PAC LAB never got back to me so when I follow up with the baby's child care provider the report they received was that the parent refused to have the needle draw and the recommendation was to return. I think witnessing the blood bath that ensued as a result of the PAC LAB techs inability to perform a simple blood draw is enough to prevent me from ever going back there much more so than their failure to follow up and mislead the Dr. So PLEASE if you have to take your child to these jokers ask more questions than I did.
