They're very honest and don't try to upsell you anything you don't need. I had to look for a shop after Costco was unable to install some tires I purchased. I went across the street to these guys and I'm glad I did. I actually would have gotten a better price for tires here. Next time, I'm skipping Costco and pulling up here. The guys that work on your car are friendly and professional. After talking to Tareq I realized they do more than just tires, so I will definitely be bringing my car here for maintenance. Extremely satisfied with their service. Got a low tire pressure warning on one of my tires w/10k miles on it. Rear tire so hard to see much in the way if there was a nail/screw or not but knew I needed to get it checked. Went to Just Tires. They said an hour and a half wait so I thanked them and left. Immediately jumped on Yelp and found Tire Pros. Drove over and explained the problem. Guy was very helpful and when I asked about wait he said they would get right to it, which they did. There was a screw just next to the sidewall. The guy working on it said he can't fix it because it was in the sidewall which is new tire time (which I already knew) but since it was close, he asked his boss. His boss said they would take the wheel off the rim to see of it was hitting the sidewall or not. Lucky for me it had just missed the sidewall and they were able to patch it up quickly and efficiently. Price was average to a typical patch job and I appreciate they went the extra mile and saved the tire. Also really appreciate the honesty and not just try to sell me a new tire. I had a nail in my tire, and this time the tire couldn't be repaired because of the location of the nail so I needed a new tire. Felix helped me order a new tire and the tire arrived at the shop early the next day. I thought the price was very fair for the tire, mounting, balancing etc. And the tire was changed out in less than half an hour. What really stood out to me was that I remembered when I bought my car, I purchased an additional tire/ window warranty from assurant. Assurant was going to pay for the tire for me, so I lucked out, but they still needed a lot of information from Tire pros so they could proceed with the payment. Felix was nice enough to stay on the phone with them for about 15 minutes until all the paper work and warranty info was sorted out. It would have been a lot easier for Tire Pros to just swipe my credit card and have instant payment, but the fact that they were willing to work with my warranty company and took the time to do that I felt was above and beyond great customer service by Felix as well as the manager. They are right on San Ferando Rd and Paxton, and I will use them in the future when I need a quick repair or when I need a new set of tires, I highly reccommend. read more

I got a flat tire a few days ago and waited for the weekend to take care of it. Since I am a female I wanted to come with my roommate who is a guy (so I wouldn't get ripped off. ) I ended up coming by myself and I am not disappointed !!! I was treated with a lot of respect! The costumer service is excellent here!! They found the used tire I needed right away and changed it immediately. They also checked the tire pressure on all my tires (including my spare) and I felt very comfortable with the price I paid at the end. This place was recommended by my friend. I took my car in for my brakes to be checked as they were squeaking badly. They told me I needed new pads in the front and new rotors and pads in the back, and a new emergency brake. The price seemed high ($1200 +) but I know materials are going up. Well, they gave me my car back and the emergency brake was faulty. I took it back on Thursday and they gave it back, but the car was now sounding horrible. I was at wit's end. I called them Friday and really complained about how could they let my car go without test driving it. So they took a look at my car and found the rotors in the front needed replacing, that resurfacing wasn't working. Tareq explained everything to me, after hearing how frustrated I was as this was my vacation and my car was vacationing at their shop instead of the beach or somewhere fun. They did the front rotors no charge and threw in an oil change. Some places may not have cared to try and make the customer happy, but they did. read more

Orlando's never seizes to surprise me I come for my oil change and it's been awhile since I had been to this location. When I came and Orlando greeted me I was waiting for him to ask me for my information but he didn't he surprised me by calling me by my first name and letting me know the total for the oil change I was so surprised me remember me he didn't ask for any information and he knew me by name. I felt very welcome. I decided to wait for the oil change and Orlando came in to check in with me and keep me updated with the work being done and recommended some additional services I need like a new air filter and a new filter. Nah. Reserved a truck thru uhaul for 4 hrs. at 5p Arrived to be told by Orlando the truck was reserved for THE NEXT DAY at 8 am and I could not take it. I was only moving a fridge and asked if I could drop off after hours. He declined stating they close at 6p and there's an 8 am pick up. NEVER MENTIONED AFTER HOUR DROP OFF WAS IN FACT OFFERED-- he decided to not rent to us for fear that we wouldn't return it as reserved in 4 hours....based on what??? Even if the case, we' be charged for the extra hours. I called uhual customer service who informed me there IS in fact after hour drop off and it was weird they weren't allowing us to rent. I'm not often so pleasantly surprised by human behavior, but today I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I texted my mechanic Tareq last nite when my ambiguous "check engine" light came on. He told me to bring it in this morning and he would take a look. He called me to say he thought there was nothing wrong with it, but he was going to bring in more equipment from another shop just to make sure. He was right, it was just a small leak in my gas cap.
