This specific Paco's is awful, after the pandemic they've went cheap. They fill their burritos with a lot more potatoes, food is bland, when you ask for a bag of jalapeños and carrots they will always tell you they are out. The older lady that works there is just straight rude. If you go to a different Paco's it's day and night difference, better food, have a condiment bar where you can get sauces and carrots and servers are nicer.​ read more

"San Diego's Best Burritos" was the first thing my boyfriend noticed about this taco shop. Being that Im a San Diego native, he automatically knew I would want to find out what the buzz was about. I love Paco's! The food is sooo good. I visit the Lehi location all of the time. Sadly, the drive thru cashier at this location needs to be reminded that she should be nice to customers. She got mad at my husband because he couldn't understand her. She speaks Spanish and my husband speak English, she needs to be more patient. I had to step in and order in Spanish. This cashier/place can not expect that everyone speaks Spanish to be able to order. What a shame! read more

Really good, authentic Mexican food! Awesome housemade hot sauce too. I got a fish taco and a carnitas taco and my partner got the Utah burrito--all was very good, the fish was crispy and hot, the carnitas could use a little more spice but their hot sauce makes up for it, and my partner's burrito was chock full of potatoes and steak. Paco's beats every "authentic" restaurant in Logan.. It's tastes in meats are fantastic. Growing up in LA (California) ive had great Mexican food. For Logan Utah, you cant find anything better. Especially the Steak or Carnitas burritos. I think bigger and better than chipotle, andd certainly better than Albertos steak/ Carnitas Burritos. The Horchata is my drink, and free refills. Just never understood the framed calf heads mounted to the high walls. They have a drive up window for pick up & plenty of inside seating. Always clean! It's located in the industrial park so you gotta look for it. read more

Well, the food is great. Too bad the woman that works the front counter acts like everyone is a burden to her personal well being. Didn't realize that asking if water cups were by the fountain was such a nuisance. Barking at me to be quiet for repeating the question when you ignored it initially probably wasn't the best response either... If you want customers to return, might not be a good idea to point a pen in their face when they ask if there's hot sauce and to scold them like a disobedient toddler. This place has the best fast food Mexican food I've had in so long! I've tried the asada fries the crunchy tacos and the enchiladas (over a few days of course lol). All have been fantastic full of flavor. The enchilada sauce is the best I've had in years. The young lady that checked me out at the counter was friendly and even gave me a sample of the Fresca! Great Mexican food, most of the time the portions are enough for two meals. The food taste very authentic and is very well prepared. The eating area gets a bit messy when they are busy, they could clean up faster. Sometimes there is a bit of commination problem but I have always gotten what I ordered. I try to remember that the service workers likely come from a different culture and they may be struggling to fit in. But that culture is what make the food so wonderfully delicious. read more

Paco's is a middling offering of Mexican food here in Cache Valley. I am certain that the middle of the day sees a heavy rush of people, but every single time I have gone in it has been nearly vacant. Until my last visit. I have been on the fence for a while about Paco's, as it is just a greasy spoon type place, but the service I received last time was terrible if not infuriating. The individual who helped me was more interested in flirting with the previous customer than taking my order. I had to repeat myself three times, with her actually walking away to make a joke with the other customer two of those times. Food is 100% what you expect, but the service truly takes it to the next level. read more

I'm wondering if Mr Paco (the long lost cousin of the owner of Rancherito's) decided to open up his own mexican restaurant here. The two places are very similar with the food on their menu, prices, and food quality as well. However, Paco's Taco's has one thing that Rancherito's does not: The king of all burritos, the one and the only, the mighty ALFONSO Burrito! I am being forced to type "ALFONSO" in all caps to show this burrito the respect it deserves. An $8.00 or $9.00 price tag might seem intimidating, but I can assure you it is money well spent. After ordering, the cash register lady eyed me up and down, then just laughed under her breath. She knew was I was in for. I bet there was atleast 5 pounds of meat on that sucker. Not one, not two, but three large-sized tortillas are folded together to wrap this thing up. The ALFONSO is loaded to the brim with everything you can think of: Meat, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, gaucamole... you name it. The contents inside were stacked neatly one on-top of the other, so you could taste everything together if you ate it like a normal burrito. (Good luck lifting that thing off your tray, though.) This thing could literally feed a small family. I ate that burrito until I hated myself, then I ate some more. I thought I was a man, until I tried this thing. I returned home defeated, with half of the ALFONSO still in my hand. After 4 months of preparation, I think I've finally built up enough courage to go and try to finish the whole thing. I can still feel some pieces of the ALFONSO inside me, clogging up my arteries and beckoning me to go and try to conquer the beast once more. The mind is willing, but the body is weak. We were excited when this new Taco shop opened up a few weeks back. I have been there 3 times. It is a lot of food, and a good atmosphere. My favorite so far is the #5, cheese enchilada and beef burrito (which is really steak, not ground beef). Their steak is actually pretty tender and tasty, not tough like a lot of the fast food (or even sit down restaurants). We only live about 1 1/2 miles away from this place, so we plan on going back. Since we moved to Utah this year we already tried all of the Mexican and Latin cuisines here, and this is the one we have been back to the most so far. We love Mexican food, and one of their #5s will last me for lunch the following day as well. It is only $6.50. They also have a drive through but I have not used it yet. We also have never gone at rush hours, noon or 6pm... usually before 11:30 and after 7pm. I have never tried their breakfast burritos but my husband LOVES them, and they are so inexpensive as well. Pacos is almost the same damn thing as Rancheritos. Same menu, the CATCH is: Pacos is better. Pacos uses fresher ingredients and it's tastier. I never get sick after eating at Pacos, which is always the case at Rancheritos. I hate to even bring that up. But I do, to assure you same menu does NOT =same foodborne illness. Pacos is safe! I always get the super nachos and share it with someone. Portions are huge! My husband loves the breakfast burritos. Today we accidently ordered the alfonso burrito through the drive thru. The plan was to share it. It's an $11 burrito. Me and my husband shared it but it was way too big. Its probably big enough to feed 3 or 4 people, but even then I wouldn't recommend it, because after getting half way through our halves of the burrito, we noticed the tortilla was soggy from pico/lettuce and there was WAY too much lettuce. I guess they gotta fill that gigantic burrito with something, and not break the bank. Stay away from the Alfonso burrito, its a novelty item. read more

I had tried pacos before and only had a beef taco, which was good. I did find it slightly greasy but flavorful. I was super impressed today when I tried their grilled chicken burrito. It was chock full of great tasting chicken, without gristle! It had a really great guacamole on it and some pico. I added two containers of their green tomatillo salsa and it was amazing. If you're looking for super delicious authentic breakfast burritos, this isn't the place. Honestly the worst breakfast burrito. A giant stale tortilla full of just potatoes, bacon and plastic cheese. Scrambled eggs don't exist here apparently. If you like rancheritos or betos then you'll love it here because it's all the same. Took 10 years to order my food, and when I asked for green Chile, they just gave me flavorless green sauce. Once again, if you like American trash Mexican food, this is your place.
