We have been coming here for the past 5 years every time we travel through Tremonton Utah and one thing remains the same every visit . The service is always very good and prompt and the traditional Mexican food is always great. The prices are also very fare and you are welcome to eat inside the bus or outside under the canopy or take out is always available as well. We always take our food back to the Aspen Grove RV Park. This place is truly a unique experience with great food. In my travels and experience ask a local and always try there recommendations. My husband didn't like the salsa in his burrito. It was definitely different of what we have had before. The place is very noice due to been next to a mayor street. I suggest to take the food to go and enjoyed it elsewhere. They have 3 tables outside if you want to eat there. The young employee/cashier was very nice. I attached a picture of the menu, prices are low and portions are big.

We had to drive a little ways from the freeway to get here, but it was worth it. The house made spicy salsa was so flavorful we bought a container to go. I messed up and ordered some dish that was described as less carbs or something. Don't do that. Order the full fat, carby, traditional Mexican dishes and you will not be disappointed. Particularly good mole sauce! And we've had some good ones in CA. Kudos to the chef here. Really flavorful. I'd say the best I've ever tasted. I would take a detour here if passing through Utah again. Parking: Street parking. Plenty of spots along the street when we were there (enough to easily park our Sprinter 170 extended).

It looks like a small place from the store front, but upon entering, it is quite deep from the front to the back of the seating area. They had one TV on the wall midway into the seating that was playing classic music videos which was fun. We chose our seat close to the TV so we could watch and guess who was coming up next. We were greeted quickly and brought menus, chips and salsa, and 2 water glasses and a pitcher of water. Our friendly waitress came to the table and took our food and drink order. The menu was pretty simple and gave options for senior over 55 years old as well. We chose our orders from the combination options. I ordered a Chili Relleno with a Chicken Burrito that came with rice and beans. My husband ordered the Chili Verde Burrito with a Chicken Enchilada, rice and beans. The portions were not too large or too small for my appetite, but some may think they were on the small side. My Relleno was on the small side, and I wished it had more cheese filling. The chicken burrito was the winner on my plate, and came with a flour tortilla filled with moist shredded chicken breast meat, and smothered in enchilada sauce. I'm not a huge enchilada sauce fan, but this worked well with the burrito. My husband said the Chili Verde was the winner on his plate and was very flavorful. His chicken enchilada was basically the same as my chicken burrito but had corn tortillas instead of flour and the same shredded chicken breast meat. We will likely return again when we are in the area.

I didn't think I would like the green one but it was my favorite. Chips were warm and just the right amount of salt. I always over order so I can have leftovers for lunch. I had a 3 item combo with a cheese enchilada no onion, ground beef taco, and a relleno. I always have to try a chile relleno when I go to a new state. I had to ask how they made it cause some places make it different than what I am used to. There was an option in the menu that read $2.99 for an authentic relleno. I had to ask. The server explained that what comes with the plate is like an omelette style with the chile cut up (that's what I understood). I was thinking, "Really! I have to pay $3 extra to get a traditional style item. That should be offered automatically if you are serving traditional food." I paid the extra cause I wasn't going to have the 'omelette' style. The taco was ok. The ground beef wasn't hitting me right but I ate it. The rice was good. The beans started out ok but then started to taste funny. I stopped eating them. The relleno started out really good. Nice flavor, easy to cut, lots of cheese. About a 1/3 way through I couldn't cut the chile with my fork and the flavor started to change. I couldn't eat anymore. I took the enchilada and rice with me and left the rest.
