We chose Paco's Way to celebrate our father's 89th birthday because he loves Spanish food and our family enjoys both Spanish cuisine and flamenco. I made the reservation well in advance for 20 people. The restaurant is nice and clean, and the food was excellent. The paella, croquetas, fabada, parrillada, freshly toasted bread, and Tempranillo wine were all delicious and very well prepared. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We had to ask for water, there were not enough menus for our group, and several dishes took almost two hours to arrive. We repeatedly had to raise our hands or find someone whenever we needed something. My sister asked three times for a drink, my daughter's omelet arrived nearly two hours later, and my sister's fabada arrived much later than the same dish ordered by my father. The most concerning issue was that we ordered three paellas but only received two, yet we were charged for all three. When we questioned the bill, we were told that all three had been served. At the end of the evening, the waitress explained that she was serving all the tables alone because the other server had disappeared. I understand that staffing problems happen, and I do not blame one waitress for being overwhelmed. However, when a restaurant accepts a reservation for 20 people for a special celebration, adequate staffing and organization should be provided. The food deserves 5 stars, but the long waits, disorganized service, and billing issue made our overall experience a 3-star one. read more

I have mixed emotions... I contacted them to make arrangements to celebrate my mom's 80th bday. The person who handled the IG messages was great accommodating, setting us upright at the front great table was promised. Other little birthday perks as well. When we got there nothing was honored. It was as if, they got us there and it was a switch and bait. Did not honor anything they promised. Nevertheless food was good, service was attentive and the entertainment was wonderful. I was picking up someone at the airport and found Paco's Way to be quite near and with a really promising Spanish menu. If you're planning to grab some Spanish food at a place with great music and ambiance, I would highly recommend this place. Part of reason for 4 instead of 5 is really mainly driven by an interesting smell that I wasn't expecting, reminiscing of an old office vs what I would expect what a restaurant would smell like. The other thing that was a deterring factor would be the fact that we were never asked if we wanted water. Then, after I was almost done with our appetizer, I asked for water, and I was brought a bottle (so if you're like me, thirsty all the time, get ready to spend half your bill on bottled water). In terms of the food, we ended up ordering some patatas bravas, which were delicious and generously covered with the brava sauce and aioli , I wasn't too hungry so I decided to get the Galician octopus in the appetizer menu. In all honesty, I expected a bit more octopus and not a ton of potato with minute pieces of thinly slicked octopus on the top. However, the octopus was the softest I've ever had, it was truly really enjoyable, just wished there was more. Hence why I opted to then order the charred octopus on top of that when the charred octopus arrived, it was more of what I was originally expected to see and I really enjoyed it, great flavor and texture, although i personally do prefer a little more char. But nonetheless very enjoyable. Definitely worth a try. read more

An old friend of mine and myself that live in the Miami Springs area have been trying different restaurants. Today we came here for lunch. The hostess Yenny also ended up being our waitress. She was very friendly and had lots of knowledge of menu items. Please see the attached pictures for what we enjoyed. The service was great. It's the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. No complaints. The food is not great. The paella was ok and one can see it has a lot of artificial colorings added to it. The tabla was $45 a bit too much for ham and cheese to be honest. The worst part was the vibe. Unfortunately, it just feels like it's a place that wants to imitate Spain but gets lost in Miami with weird wallpaper and flashy lights. A bottle of caymus $210. It's a bit abusive. These are south beach tourist prices yet we are in a nice suburb. It would be justified if the price was lower. read more

I went to Paco's Way last Friday night for my birthday celebration. It was amazing. We were a group of 6. We ordered mostly tapas and 1 order of Paella . Everything was amazing especially the stuff peppers. The service was also excellent. Last but not least the entertainment was stellar. My group don't speak Spanish but we truly enjoyed the flamingo dancer and the Singer. Overall an amazing experience !! read more

We made reservations at Paco's Way - eager to try their delicious paella after seeing so many awesome posts on their Instagram. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! We ordered the Paella Mar y Tierra, freshly made with lots of seafood, chicken, and pork sausage. When brought out, the server plates the paella for you - perfect portions for two! We also ordered a side of the plantanos maduros, the perfect sweet bite to pair with the savory paella. Since we came on a Tuesday evening, it was very quiet and there was no entertainment. However, this made for the perfect, cozy and intimate experience for our anniversary. We'll definitely be back soon for the full experience - and for more paella!! We were in Miami for a cruise & stayed in Miami for another day. Found this place on Yelp and didn't disappoint. Their Happy Hour is from 4-8pm at 50% pricing on quite a few tapas & drinks. The food is great, the ambiance is beautiful and the dancers are amazing. The show featured live music, flamenco dancers and a belly dancer, all were exceptional at their craft. The only complaint that I have is that I was charged $45 unexpectedly to watch the show, $15 per person. I've been to many shows in restaurants and never been charged a fee to watch a show. I checked the website and it doesn't mention a cover fee to watch the show. Even though everything was amazing I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency of charging a cover fee that I was never aware of. The waitress was uncomfortably hovering over our table until we told her to give us a minute. The waitress kept annoyingly insisting on getting appetizers and drinks after telling her we didn't want any. Once we got our food she disappeared and hardly checked on us. They also automatically charged a mandatory tip of 20% or a party of 3, My conclusion is that I will not be returning. read more

Had a wonderful time. There was great music and entertainment. Belly dancers and flamenco dancers as well as a live band. Really enjoyed myself. I really need to learn Spanish but one the server realized I wasn't fluent in the language (I tried my sad best) he was still super friendly and an awesome person. Saturday night I took my wife for her birthday with my mom to dinner at Paco's Way and we had a wonderful time. The service was wonderful. The food was excellent. My mom and wife shared the seafood paella and I had the lobster. Although the lobster there is prepared with either creole sauce or garlic seasoned, I requested that it just come with butter sauce and it was succulent. The paella with the Sangria was wonderful too. The show was highly entertaining and they asked my wife and another lady celebrating a birthday too to up on stage to dance with the professional dancer. The restaurant ended things with a classy touch by giving a bottle of a rose wine to the two ladies celebrating their birthdays. Great night. Great place. read more

I stopped by Friday for a quick rainy afternoon dinner; apparently they took over the pharmacy and 50's looking sandwich shop that was in this space. It's been open for a relatively short time, and especially with its live music stage (I was told it's Friday & Saturday nights) it has lots of potential. However, during my visit, I feel there are a few bugs that need to be addressed first. First, and this is a big pet peeve, is that they charge $4 for a basket of 4 rolls. Bread service is typically comped so this nickel and diming was a major turnoff and a big cause for my review not being higher. The serrano ham platter was also a little oilier than I've enjoyed at other spanish restaurants. My order of patatas brava was also served looking more like thick cut fries, but the buffalo sauce definitely had a nice spicy kick to it. Spanish ham croquettes were served as round balls,and my crema catalana dessert had the right amount of crisp to the crust and sweet to the creme. I plan to come by in a few months, hopefully improved, and plan to check out their stage show. Here's hoping they overcome their growing pains. read more

Let me give you the good before I give you the bad, or the ugly the music and show are good. A few of the appetizers including the sausage in wine, Patatas Brava (spicy potatoes) are good, and it's a shame because I really gave this place a shot. I guess I have to be fortunate, because I didn't get charged the cover that I read in some of the other reviews. I guess it was due to the fact when I made my reservation they ask me "are you coming for the floor show" and I said no since we were coming at before 8 o'clock and the show begins at 9. As for the service it was great at the beginning, I couldn't figure out why the waiter was hovering around the table constantly trying to take our order, I thought it was just good service. But I found out later after the order was in, and the food was delivered we never saw them again. The tables never bussed, and asking for water became a chore. I didn't figure it out until the bill came when they added 18% gratuity on to a party of four, which I have never seen before anywhere. I guess the service doesn't have to be complete if you're going to get the 18% anyways. But this will be the first and the last time that they make this happen out of my pocket. If you want to go for the show, pay the $10 cover or $15 depending on where you're sitting, have a glass of wine and one or two tapas, you better be ready to spend $100 for a party of two. To me they have a good concept but bad execution, they would've been better off being totally transparent with a customer. Oh, also if you're not into paying two dollars for a basket of bread with some butter don't ask for it. It's nowhere on the menu (which is hugh and will take about 30mins to read) and they don't tell you ahead of time. And just to let you know that I'm not just talking to speak badly, I'll tell you everything I ordered: chorizo al vino good, Fried calamari terrible, patatas brava good, fried garbanzos good, Tabla mix jamón terrible and stale, ox tail salty, Churrasco stringy. Cesta de pan (bread) $2.00 on $167.00 bill "Bad management". Like I said first and last time they ever see us or anybody that we know or recommend. read more

Paco's Way is a great spot to dine with a large group. My friends and I dropped in a little after 7pm on Friday with a group of 10 including adults and kids. The staff was very accommodating and put together two tables quickly. We decided on Paco's Way, as a friend of mine had called and asked when Happy Hour ended and was told 8pm. Apparently that's only M-TH, so we were slightly disappointed when we got there and learned that there wasn't any Happy Hour specials. We ordered 2 pitchers of Red and White sangria for the table. The white was delicious but the red tasted like the wine had spoiled, quite vinegar-y. We ordered the seafood platter and the carne platter, which were both really good and easily fed our group. We left as the live entertainment was setting up but it looked like more people were coming in and it was going to be a busy night for them. I plan to return again soon to try out more items on the menu and hopefully I'll make it in time for happy hour, too! read more
