CEVICHE MIXTO
Arkadiusz S.

This little restaurant located inside a strip mall is a hidden gem! Their seafood dishes are a must-try--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We come here each time we are in the area. Our favorite dishes are CEVICHE MIXTO and CAMARONES A LA CHICLAYANA. The friendly service and vibrant atmosphere make dining here a delightful experience. Whether you're a Peruvian cuisine enthusiast or a first-timer, El Gran Inka won't disappoint

I asked for the most ordered drink. It was an experience, indeed trying it, but personally I didn't like it..

Overall, I believe I have more delicious recipes to try, but for my first experience, it's a 4 out of 5 for me. I will definitely be going back.

Chaufa rice with chicken

Valentine's dinner at graninkamiami was exceptional. Our server was fantastic, very attentive and sweet. We decided to seat outside to enjoy the typical weekend atmosphere at Dolphin Mall with the live music. The chicken chaufa rice was delicious but a little hard however, enjoyable overall. The ceviche had a great balance between flavor and acidity, very well prepared. For dessert we ordered the maracuya cheesecake and it was superb, truly enjoyable. As I mention frequently, it is refreshing when you receive great service and don't have to be begging to have your water glass refilled. Great food and excellent service!

This restaurant located in the Dolphin Mall. The restaurant interior is beautiful and nice to look at. The dining hall have good space. They also have outs seating at the entrance to the mall. Although this is Peruvian restaurant, we really came for their fusion seafood. We have a group of 5. We order different dishes. I got the seafood rigatoni. This dish like Italian dish. It has large penne pasta. It is cook in truffle oil and yellow sauce. The ingredients include shrimp, mussels, calamari, octopus that cook with bake cheese on top. It was delicious. Our food is good but the price is high. They need to think to serve the lunch special.

How can i guess you can find a great Peruvian restaurant in a shopping mall !!! The excellent Peruvian cuisine along with very good service is winner recipe. I truep 3 appetizers as I wanted to taste a couple of plates. Anticuchos ( veal heart straps marinared with panka pepper along with corn and potatoes. The meat was very tender and delicious. Causa de limena ( like a shepherd pie but with mashed potatoes, tuna, lime and mayo. It was very good And I also tasted fried calamari that were excellent too. If you're looking for and excellent Peruvian restaurant in Miami area this is the place !

Definitely a surprise! This gem was in the food courts of a mall so I had very little expectations. However, the food was DELICIOUS. Everything was cooked perfectly and flavorful. I had the ceviche and salmon. The ambience was romantic and surprisingly empty. I would go here for a date or a group dinner. Definitely adds up though! For just me, I had an appetizer, main dish, and a drink for a total of $127!

Meh. Not that great. Def been to better Peruvian restaurants. The service was good, bathrooms clean for the most part but I went for the food. Mediocre at best. I didn't like how servers, bartenders and staff sat at the bar during service and ate dinner. None of them washed their hands before returning back to work. They were back and forth between serving tables, making drinks, walking people to their table and eating. Coming from the restaurant industry this is a big no no. I woundnt come back.

First time to try. Food was great, and our server was great. All were good till we got our check. It was 5 of us and they charged us 18% of service charge. As my family owned a restaurant in Doral for many years till last year, we were a bit puzzled. They thought we were tourists or it's typical at Dolphin Mall?

Sunday lunch. Service wasn't bad but the restaurant was empty so It was a bit slower than it should have been. they did bring the ceviche fas, we ordered to share while the food arrived, but it is raw fish so it didn't count. The waiter was nice and very friendly. The food was delicious, we loved everything we order. We had: Ceviche classic($15) Lomo saltado ($19.99) Arroz con pollo ($16) Barbarian IPA, Peruvian beer ($10) The service was big enough to share with my husband The portions here are huge I had half of my Lomo Saltado to go. There is an issue though. They don't have hand sanitizer stations, we were waiting for the waiter to bring us some for around 20 min before he brought us an almost empty little container... Overall an excellent place to eat. Food is good, service is not that bad, and it is a healthy option if you are at the mall and do not want to eat fast food. Bye Cyril

It was tart with a slight heat from the chili, with cilantro, thinly sliced red onion, sweet potato, and giant corn - nicely salty. The fish was fresh, and was nicely marinated. The Causa Ganadora was very good - cold mashed potato with Peruvian red pepper, oil, and lime, serviced with panko shrimp with a maracuya sauce. The panko shirmp was lightly crisp. The Lomo Saltado was good, too. The meat was tender, the fries were good, onions, and tomatoes with a side of rice. The Parihuela Acevichada was very tasty, served hot, with corvina, shrimp, squid, and musssels. To drink, I tried the Chicha Morada, with purple corn, pineapple, clove, and cinnamon was good. My server was friendly. It's a small place, with a small bar.

We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It's actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I'll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

Francesco started as a well known ceviche restaurants in Lima Peru which is known for their great culinary experiences. The interior of the restaurant is very elegant and homey located next door to the Miracle Mile Actor's Playhouse. The menu here is traditional Peruvian menu with a gourmet flare. To start we order two appetizers the acevichado de Tuna and the Murasaki roll. The acevichado de tuna was sliced high grade ahi tuna, sliced avocado and drenched in a Creamy Ají Amarillo Sauce, very fresh and flavorful. The Muraski roll consisted of breaded shrimp, avocados, and cream cheese topped with slices of octopus and olive sauce. This was a spectacular roll with plump shrimps and the tasty olive sauce. For the main entree we ordered the Seafood rice and their sliced steak with shrimp sitting on top of cilantro risottos. Both dishes were exceptional but the steak was perfection tender and well seasoned. The pisco sour here is also a must especially the coconut one. For dessert we ordered a flan which very creamy and solid. I highly recommend Francesco for a nice elegant night out in the town.
