I've came into this store a total of 6x within the past 3 weeks. And every occasion I walk to the back of store, I'm greeted by the workers from their station in the middle but that's where it ends. There is zero customer service here. I come in here and frequently look at the new shoes they have, and because of their lack of customer service and lack of providing their customers with adequate service, I go to champs next door and buy from them instead. They do not move from behind their registers or station. They simply talk and when one of their friends come in, they begin to banter away with no care to the customer. I've got to say, probably the worst customer experience I've encountered. I will continue to not shop here until management somehow provides them with the training to be customer oriented, and customer friendly. read more

Everytime I walk into Windward mall Pacsun, it's always a bad experience. I never get greeted, the workers are always talking by the registers not even acknowledging their customers, & everytime I go to check out, the person ringing me up is always butt hurt when I don't want to either give my email or phone number. The only reason I shop at this specific Pacsun is that it's close to home and easy for me to grab a top fast. Other than that, the workers at Pacsun need to work on customer service or just acknowledging that they have customers in their store. well of course PACSUN! if you're the type of person that loves cool and comfortable trendy clothes, you go to this place! Their collection is super cool, they have all sorts of style! I'd say the loose shirts and skinny jeans are my favorite. They usually do seasonal sale so everyone should watch out for that. Ambiance: trendy, very hip, they play the same soundtrack that HCO plays ( I just noticed) gives you a lil bit of soCAL feel. Price: $$ moderate Staff: is friendly but sometime MIA when you need them to open a fitting room but it's alright since they do help you get the right size you need. I came in on July 5, 2016 and as soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted nor asked if I needed any assistance. Me and my sister where browsing around the store where there was about 6 girls and 1 guy working, that spent majority if not all of the time on there phone or gossiping. At approximately 2:15pm the alarm went off and a lady walked out all they did was gasp and stand while they watched her leave with the stolen item. After about a minute or two one of the girls decides to walk out to find the lady but managed to do nothing. This is by far the worst I've seen a store ran and I shall not return ever again! Love this Pac Sun. Workers are awesome and they have tons of shirts. Had a coupon that was 10$ off a purchase of 25$ or more. I had a hard time using it so the worker helped me and applied it to my purchase. Love the rewards program that gives you points to accumulate. I consistently get small rewards that allow me to us it on things to make it cheaper. read more

I didn't care for PacSun before because I felt they had the generic end of surf/skate brands. BUT let me tell you, I am a new found PacSun fan. Maybe it's because a lot of the things here were SO CHEAP. There were a bunch of things for sale. A lot of the things were REALLY cute too. I think I'm going to go back soon to grab a few tops and shorts. I found a bathing suit here. I got it for $28! There's a deal going on right now where if you buy a bathing suit top you get the bottoms half off. Naturally I wanted to get another bathing suit, but I refrained. I want to check out Ala Moana's PacSun now to see what they have to offer. I would definitely recommend going here instead of Local Motion if you're on a budget. I've came to this Pacsun MANY times. I didn't get a greeting once I walked in, but I overheard that everything was buy 1 get 1 for 50% off. I was looking for some high waisted shorts and I finally found 1, then looked around for half an hour for another thing so I could get it 50% off but couldn't find anything. So I decided not to get anything else but the high waisted shorts. So this young guy was ringing me up, told me that everything was buy 1 get 1 50% off and I just told him that I didn't really want anything else cause I couldn't find anything, he says "Okay" and rolls his eyes. He told me the total and so I gave him my gift card and told him there was $15 on it and it kept getting declined. He looked at the balance and said there was exactly $15 on it and kept trying. He kept getting declined but kept trying and seemed like he was getting more frustrated. While he was trying he kept telling me, "Are you sure you don't want to find another thing to get it half off?" And said it 2 MORE TIMES!!! I kept saying "NO, I don't want anything else, just the shorts" I mean it's a great deal, but I literally couldn't find anything I would've worn, and why would I buy something I wouldn't like? The card kept getting declined and so I just told me id call customer service and never returned. read more

I want to make this short and simple, I wasn't greeted at the front door, no one came to help me find my items I was looking for, the clothing for some of the items had small on one end and I found some larges all the way in the back near the shoes and not once did anyone notice me !
