Customer service here was nice. The lady behind the counter explained that there are no returns on sales items because it's final clearance. Store was clean inside and everything was organized. Located on the upper level, next to T&C Surf Designs, Local Motion has the nicest employees and a great selection of name brands like: Hurley Billabong O'Neil Quiksilver There are a lot of t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, tote bags, towels, surf accessories, etc. to choose from! I had purchased some shirts last year and the size wasn't right. The normal exchange policy is within 90 days. However, they let me get a different size and I gladly paid the difference! The jewelry items tarnish very quickly. I found a ring without a price tag in a bowl of rings clearly marked at $9. I even pointed out to the associate that the ring didn't have a tag. Instead of honoring the displayed price or confirming it with me first, I was charged $14. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt. When I immediately returned the ring, I expected a refund since the pricing issue wasn't my fault. Instead, I was told I could only receive store credit. Requiring customers to accept store credit after the store overcharges them is poor customer service. If an employee makes a pricing error, the customer shouldn't be forced to spend more money at the same store. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction isn't a priority at this store, and I won't be returning.

Love to take the drive out here as it's just so quite and nice besides I didn't get a chance to visit the newest addition to this Windward Mall location on the second floor and found it nice as it's obviously new though the inventory is up too high here as what they have in the reachable area is very limited to I had to ask for help to reach the very tippy top box which the staff was more than helpful to do so but would be nice if I would be able to try it on my own as I already knew exactly what I wanted but if I didn't know and had to keep asking for assistance that would be a bit annoying for me personally as I like to do it at my leisure. At the time of purchase the salesperson said TNF has a lifetime warranty on their product and I appreciated the heads up. I take good care of my jackets and today I wore it for protection from the heavy rain. When I got home I noticed the inside lining of the hood was peeling. Other than that the jacket was in mint condition. Non fading, no tears, all zippers were in good working order. Fortunately, I still had the receipt so I went to the TNF store at Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what can be done. Salesperson 969009 assisted me with my issue with the jacket and after answering a few questions he then inspected the jacket and agreed it was well taken care of and in good condition. I filled out a form and to my surprise I received a full refund in a gift card. Not prorated but a full refund! I immediately looked around the floor and found another light jacket to my liking and purchased it from the store. Just want to say the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. If I still worked as a store manager for Nordstrom I would have recruited him immediately.
