And honestly? We keep coming back. I know everyone compares it to Ahi because there really aren't that many sushi places in Eagle, but they fill different moods for us. Ahi feels more like somewhere you go for a quieter dinner or work conversation. Glory is where we go when we want an easy 45-minute lunch without making it a whole event. Their lunch bento boxes are super affordable, portions are solid, and we've never had trouble getting seated quickly. It's casual, low-pressure, and easy to pop into in the middle of the day. No long wait, no complicated parking situation, no "do we need a reservation?" discussion. We've gone quite a few times now and it's become one of those reliable local spots when you just want a quick sushi lunch that doesn't destroy your budget. For Eagle especially, that alone makes it worth supporting.

If you are looking for the absolute WORST sushi experience in the entire Treasure Valley,…read morecongratulations, you found it. I have never dealt with such atrocious service & their Sushi was subpar at best & that's being generous. Right out of the gate, it was a total disaster. The waitress brought absolutely nothing to the table--no utensils, no ginger, no wasabi, nothing. You know, the standard basics that literally every other sushi joint on the planet drops off on autopilot? We had to literally request every single item just to physically eat our meal. Then came the food--or whatever you want to call it. I specifically asked if I could swap tuna for yellowtail and asked about getting what I actually liked instead of just settling for "chef's choice." They completely ignored me & brought the exact opposite of what I ordered. Nothing we got was correct. My guest ordered a lobster and fish roll, and they handed her a plate of literal, unidentifiable mush. There were no actual pieces of fish or lobster to be found anywhere in it. Just mush. And the scam they pulled with the ikura was unbelievable. I ordered two portions, which is supposed to be four pieces total, which again is commonly standard at any other Sushi restaurant. Instead, they brought out two pieces. When I pointed it out, the manager actually came over to our table to argue with me, insisting I was going to be charged full price for half the food. Literally $5ea for 1 piece of Sashimi that tasted like shit. Outside of the painfully incompetent service and the manager's garbage attitude, the fish had no flavor, They didn't even bring out all the food we ordered, but we were so fed up and disgusted by that point that we just paid the bill and walked out. I don't know if this is how they run their business every single day, but it was bad enough to warrant this warning. There are plenty of incredible sushi spots around here. Do not waste your time or your money at this absolute trainwreck of a restaurant. I guarantee I will never step foot in this place again.

It was a little later in the afternoon so it did miss the lunch rush. I was instantly greeted and sat. There are quite a few tables and a fun sushi bar to sit at. Today's review is kinda hard since I didn't really get a chance to try anything but the miso soup. I'm on a liquid diet for my upcoming procedure so I stopped in to grab some miso to go. I did have a bowl to eat while I was there. The miso came out warm. I would have liked it a little hotter but it was still at a good temp. It was flavorful and rich. The salt level was nice, it wasn't overly salty. I wish I was able to get all the goodies that came along with the miso but I'm sure it would have been that much better with all the stuff in it. I enjoyed as much of my bowl as I could and took the rest home. My to go portion was huge! They had it all packed and bagged nicely for me. I look forward to eating it tonight as an option besides chicken broth. The next time I go to this joint, I'll have to make sure I try a little bit of everything. Overall it was a nice experience even though I only had miso soup but I do look forward to their sushi, Tepanyaki and Ramen options.

They have a great variety of rolls and the service staff are welcoming and hospitable. The indoor dining space is small, but even when it's at full capacity it doesn't feel overcrowded. The server was rude and treated us like any question or order we had was an inconvenience to her. She didn't give us menus for about 15 min, upset when we asked for chopsticks when our food came out, upset when we asked for low sodium soy sauce and frustrated when we asked for soy sauce saucers (little plates). She spent some time talking with another table and kept joking with them that they're not even her table. For reference, we have never been served by her before and come often. We waited a long time for our check too which isn't a deal breaker. Overall just a crummy experience and hoping management sees this to help train any new staff.
