Love Padrino's III - it's walking distance from the house. The service is great and the Friday deal on wings and pizza and a 2 liter for $17. You cannot beat the price. Unbeknown to most their are pool tables in the back and they have beer on tap! It's a blast. It's like a college bar in the burbs. Love this place. read more

This place is not too visible from the road, and honestly, we had been hesitant to try it based on the lack of reviews on Yelp as well as no one we know has ever mentioned it. We decided to give it a shot, after all, we only wanted a cheese pizza and it was under $10. It wouldn't be a huge loss if we didn't like it. As soon as we opened the box up, we both said Wow! It looked amazing. We each took a slice and before we knew it, we were having a second slice and then a third. The pizza was very tasty, the cheese was perfect and there was just the right amount of grease on the pizza to make it enjoyable and not "too much". The prices at Padrinos are very reasonable and we absolutely will be ordering pizza from here again and again. We will also look into other items on the menu at some point. Can't really comment on the food...never got that far. Tried to order a xl pizza and use a coupon that is on their website and they refused to honor it because the coupon says "Padrono's V"....well, I was on the Padrino's III website when I clicked on coupons. Hope they read this and fix it. I feel like they should have honored the coupon, but its their business. Maybe I'll try them again in the future since they're walking distance to my house. read more

Came into this restaurant hoping for good pizza. We should've known by the fact that there was only one other family dining that this was not a good sign. From the seedy atmosphere, dirty walls and tables, and coca-cola in a can, this would not be a place to return to. Although the customers were sparse, getting our meal still took an agonizing 45 minutes. Our server was very friendly, but I did worry about one of her multiplicity of piercings falling into our food. Told order would be ready in 40 minutes for delivery. Had to call 3 times and didn't get delivery until 1hour and 40 minutes after placing the order! No apologies or offered anything for the inconvenience. I have ordered delivery from Padrinos several times and can say it's been a good experience every time. They have a varied menu but the pizza, manicotti, and philly cheese steak are our favorites. They are very efficient in taking your order and even faster with the delivery. They give you the usual 30 minutes or so expectation for delivery but we generally have our food within 20 minutes and it's always fresh, hot, and delicious. Love this place. read more

Ordered two lunch special steak n cheese. Called in the order for pick up. I wanted one 8" and one 12" which is a two dollar upcharge. They then told me 30 min til pick up. I arrived in 30 minutes just to find the food sitting on top of their pizza oven. Paid for the food just to find out instead of them making one 8 n one 12 they made two 12s and charged me for both. I was furious seeing as how this is not what I ordered nor what was agreed upon over the phone. I walked back in for him to look at me like I was the crazy one just to get a measly two dollars back. Just had a really good bacon cheeseburger and fries. This isn't gourmet, it's more like Italian-diner, but really good. Positively not healthy, just really good, tastier than the gourmet burgers we had downtown. We also ordered a gyro pizza, and that, too, was really good-nice chewy crust, but not too thick. the first time we ordered from here it was great. However, the last 3 times we ordered the order was wrong and when they sent food to correct it that was wrong too. The cheese steak has been awesome but we ordered chicken cheese steak and it was awful and tasted like scrap chicken left over on the grill salty and rubbery. We called again and were told they forgot our order and would give us half off and be there in 20 minutes. By 845 they still were not here. I tried calling repeatedly only to get a busy signal. We gave up and made dinner at home. At around 930 we heard the doorbell. It was the delivery man. Almost 4 hours later. We told him we didn't want the food and we wouldn't be ordering from Padrinos again. He said his truck went in a ditch and he had to get another vehicle. There was no mention of that when I called at 745. I gave my number when I ordered. They could have called and let us know what was going on, but they didn't. There was no apology and no phone call. Don't order from here. They food isn't bad, but their customer service and delivery is terrible. I have never waited so long for food before. I won't be ordering from here ever again.
