This place is amazing. I highly recommend the waitress Joey. Everyone was so nice though. They answered all our questions and made suggestions based on my allergies. The food was delicious and the restaurant is clean relaxing.

We are in love with this place ! My favorite white pizza and my hubby loves ! Thin crust , extra garlic sauce , white sauce. Very family and homey place. Nothing fancy but will always here for us. Service is amazing. Thank you Michael for the pie.

Wasn't sure what to expect but my 18 year old son ate here before and enjoyed it. The restaurant was fairly empty but I found it very clean. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. Leyla was great! Got the fried mozzarella for an appetizer and found it tasty and hot. Substituted the chicken noodle soup for the salad. Should have been called carrot noodle soup, no, well one small bite of chicken in a generous sized soup bowl, served hot but needed salt or some flavor. My son devoured the shrimp Alfredo but what 18 year old doesn't. He said the Parmesan cheese helped it out. The baked ziti was meatless but cheesy. It was tasty but didn't knock the socks off. The portion sizes were very generous though, attracting the 18 year old stomach. Sweet tea was very good. A decent value for the money. I will likely return but try another dish.

BOGO PIZZA! $20.99 for a medium specialty pizza, which after BOGO was enough for 3 people, so pretty good deal. The BOGO only excludes the personal 10" pizza. When a couple of my vegetarian friends and I went, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Pretty attentive staff and the pizza was really good. We ordered the Spring Veggie pizza and the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean was my favorite of the two, lots of savory flavors and melty cheese.

My husband and I decided to give this business another try. The first time we ordered delivery, but on this beautiful fair March evening, we dined in. The restaurant sits diagonally across from the Sedona Taphouse. It looks like a little Italian eatery from the street, and parking was plentiful on a Wednesday night. The interior is average. There are some cute decorative features. The choice of music is fantastic! I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and my husband ordered a water with lemon. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and a small greek side salad with Italian dressing to start. Their pizza's are buy one, get one free (everyday), so we went with a medium thin crust works and a medium thin crust margherita. The salad was fresh and delicious! A variety of greens, some red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini , pitted kalamata olives and feta cheese. The mozzarella cheese sticks were great, but I didn't like the taste of the marinara sauce. The crust on the pizzas, were soft and the toppings were plentiful; the cheese was wonderful! However, the sauce, which in my opinion can really make or break a pizza, was unfortunately bland and weak. I wanted to really like this restaurant, but I can't get past the flavor (or lack of flavor), in the sauce. Our waitress from start to finish was perfect! She smiled, greeted us, was attentive, but not obtrusive. She boxed up our leftover pizzas, offered desserts and even gave me a refill to go. If it wasn't for the insipid flavor, I would definitely recommend. But it wasn't for us.

Your new go-to restaurant. Good prices. Large portions. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Nice atmosphere. I've ordered pizza from here many times in the past because their pizza is the best in all of Fredericksburg. But we finally decided to come in and sit down, and I'm so glad we did! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We tried some pasta dishes, and the portions were so large that neither me nor my husband could finish! The food was so flavorful; everything was made just right. Primavera is definitely a downtown favorite!

The cozy indoor dining room transports you to a relaxed, no-frills neighborhood restaurant you'd expect to find in Naples, Italy. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. They were attentive without being intrusive. We never had to ask for plates to be cleared or flag someone down when we were ready for dessert. We started with the calamari, followed by the lasagna, and finished with the lemon cake. I also had an Aperol Spritz. Every dish tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell nothing relied on frozen ingredients or store-bought sauces. If you're looking for authentic Italian food in the Fredericksburg area, I highly recommend Orofino. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town.

Our waiter, Jack, was an absolute superstar. He was knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and incredibly helpful with our selections. He truly made the evening special. We started with the calamari and a salad with goat cheese, walnuts, and pomegranate unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it, but it was absolutely delicious! The complimentary bread served with their infused olive oil was outstanding and worth mentioning on its own. For our entrées, my husband and I both ordered specials the Lobster Ravioli and the Halibut. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We also enjoyed an excellent red blend wine. By that point, we had enjoyed enough wine that I completely forgot to take photos of the specials! We finished with the cannoli special dessert, which was good, though not quite as memorable as the rest of the meal. Most of all, we can't thank Jack enough for the great service, laughs, and overall experience. It's rare to find food and hospitality that work together so perfectly. We'll definitely be back very soon!

I've become a tougher reviewer over the years because food is expensive, and if I'm paying for a…read moredining experience, I expect more than "good enough." I've been to this restaurant before, years ago, and I probably would have said it was good. Sadly, today's visit was awful. This is often presented as Fredericksburg's version of upscale dining, but it just isn't. The pasta tasted store-bought, the flavor profiles were flat, and the tomato sauce was overwhelmingly acidic. The mozzarella appetizer with lemon butter? Absolutely not. It felt like I was eating a culinary mistake from the 1970s. It looked like a grilled cheese sandwich covered in sauce and drenched in lemon butter. Nothing about it worked. The arancini was forgettable. My dining partner couldn't even finish the lasagna. It was extremely over-sauced, sloppily presented, and tasted only a small step above something you'd buy frozen at the grocery store. To be fair, the Pomodoro was the only dish at the table that was reasonably enjoyable. However, even that felt overpriced for what was presented. When you're charging premium prices for a simple pasta dish, I expect exceptional ingredients, technique, or house-made pasta. This wasn't that. It felt like a basic pasta dish with a premium price tag attached to it. Maybe my expectations were too high based on the restaurant's reputation, but at these prices, "decent" simply isn't enough. The lone bright spot was our server, who was attentive, friendly, and apologetic. Honestly, the service is the only reason this review gets a star. If I were rating the server alone, it would have been three stars. The atmosphere didn't help. It was cold inside the restaurant, extremely loud, and the lighting seemed to have an identity crisis. One minute it was dim, the next it was bright. If there hadn't been so many elderly people dining, I might have thought I had accidentally wandered into a rave. I couldn't hear my dinner partner without leaning across the table. Even our server apologized and mentioned that it's not usually that loud. I left genuinely disappointed. If you've never ventured beyond Fredericksburg, you might consider this fine dining. But if you've experienced great Italian food elsewhere, you'll likely know there's a significant difference. Significant. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on nearly every level.

Now, let me be clear: Nicole the bartender is the sole reason this place isn't getting the kind of rating you give a broken lawnmower. She was thoughtful, attentive, and smiled like she actually meant it--which is rarer in restaurants these days than a Baptist drinking a margarita in public. But then the food showed up and dragged the whole evening back down the hill. The flatbread pizza was so thin I'm convinced the crust started life as a Nabisco cracker. It was edible, in the technical sense. The calamari, on the other hand, was about 85% breading--looked like somebody dumped a bag of fried socks on a plate. Not greasy, I'll give 'em that, but mostly just a pile of extra coating searching desperately for a squid. So, yes, Bravo did better... but only because Nicole held the rope while the rest of the meal dangled over the cliff.
