I was not expecting much when I entered this pizzeria. It reminded me of the pizzerias in New York City. I ordered a 7" meatball sub. It was the best meatball sub I can remember eating tbh. The sauce on the pizza has a lot of flavor and it makes the pizza. I wish the margarita pizza had tomatoes on it but the sauce still makes it taste good. The fries are very good. I went in there tonight with my daughter . I've been going there for years always get the pizza . Tonight we tried the baked ziti and spaghetti. The food had no flavor ! besides us being served last , no apology or acknowledgment for slow service. The lady at the front was very weird acting . I let her know the food had no flavor . she gets a smart ass attitude . So I speak to the owner. I just had the idea to swap out for the pizza . overall the experience and how my daughter and I were handled left a bad taste in my mouth! I'm not gonna state the odvious but we were not treated well. the lady up front needs to check her bitchy ass attitude and get better customer service . Also the back was dirty as hell! Unquestionably the best pie in Fredericksburg. Native Chicagoan that knows good pizza there and from a decade also in NJ metro NYC area. This is more akin to a NY/Brooklyn pie. Nice crust, ample fresh tomato sauce and fresh ingredients always. The calzone also top shelf, as is the sausage roll. Check for daily special - they make excellent lasagna. Brothers Pizza My husband and I tried this pizza for the first time in September 2018, as recommended by our realtor. We thought it was awful! Like, some of the worst pizza we'd ever tried. Fast forward to today. With all the positive reviews on this pizza, I decided to pick up lunch there today, and give them another chance. I ordered a 12 inch ham and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and 1 slice of pepperoni pizza. Hubby and I split the sub and a slice of pizza (just for a taste). The sub was decent. I'd probably order again if I had to order from here specifically, but it wouldn't be my first choice. This was my first time experiencing the subs. The first time that we ordered the pizza in 2018, we got a large. It seemed burnt and dry, with a layer of cold oil sitting on top. This time it was better, but still not good to us. The crust was pretty good, but it lacked sauce and flavor. Maybe it's something that has to grow on you? Either way, I wanted to like it, but 3.5 years later, and I still don't like it. At least it was edible this time. But again, would never be a place I'd choose. Also, in this day and age, who only accepts cash or check? Just my food review. read more

The pizza was great NY style pizza for this area, however the menu on here slightly differs from the real thing. The buffalo chicken isn't grilled chicken it's fried, it also has onions on it. We got the pepperoni, cheese, and buffalo chicken all great minus the onions. Will for sure be back. read more

Ordered the Brothers Supreme pizza, which was delicious. A small for 2 people was definitely enough. The cheese garlic bread and manicotti was also delicious. Staff are great, welcoming and friendly. First time visit, thought we'd give it a try. It's a quaint hole in the wall with minimal, on top of each other seating, but seems to have a good take out business. One of those places you might think twice about as you walk in. Walked in and the gentleman tossing dough didn't initially acknowledge us and after about two minutes a young lady popped up, took some phone orders and then spoke to us. We ordered two small pies, one pepperoni, the other cheese and an order of mozzarella sticks. Drinks by the can and fountain drinks are offered. The pies were both tasty and had adequate toppings and a nice crispy crust. The mozzarella sticks had a very flavorful cheese but the marinara sauce was a bit watery and bland. Upon the delivery of the pies, the gentleman was much nicer. It was a decent experience, gonna try some of the other pizza joints. read more

It's been awhile since I've been back to the place. Most of the time I was going to stop I didn't have cash. We ordered the pizza and it was good. Be careful when you take a bite make sure it's cool enough to bite. It's definitely a hot pizza. It's good though the crust is a thin but tasty. The establishment was clean and the service was great. It's definitely busy so seating is limited. They do have some out door seating. Make sure you have cash when you go they don't take credit cards. Will be back to try a few other things. read more

Very basic no reason to add to your list of places to go. Pizza is very blah, blah, blah. Sauce was very plain surely not freshly made. Toppings too abnormal in size making it difficult to enjoy eating a slice without toppings falling off. read more

We had a fabulous meal! We started with mozzarella sticks and onion rings which were crispy and delicious. Then we had 2 pizzas - extra cheese, and extra cheese and pepperoni. They were so hot we couldn't eat them at first. When they cooled a little the cheese stretched and hung and it dripped and man was it delicious! I want to go back and try other menu items. If you are Covid-paranoid then don't even think about dine-in as the booths and tables are relatively close to one another. While in the area I stopped in for a sub.... I grew up eating and loving Brother's Pizza and Subs in Dale City and hoped this place would be the same. It was similar, but different bread. Flavors were decent though. Service was friendly, but the lady who I paid (they only take cash & check, no credit cards) was wearing gloves, which I never saw her change (Hmmm?). The place was clean and they have a decent amount of business at lunch time too. Food was good overall, but nothing special. Other locations (like Brother's in Dale City or any of the Sam's chain) do better with subs. read more
