Second time here and the food and customer service are always top par!! I love the outdoor picnic area and the lights around it. Last Friday, my husband and I stopped by, and no one was there. Heartbroken, we made it our mission to go there this Friday. The young man welcomed us with a big smile and told us about today's fish and chips special. My husband ordered the pulled pork dinner. There was even toasted a bun for him. Well, where do I start. My wife and we without kids and decided to go out to eat. Conveniently Paige's is right down the street. We jump on the golf cart and roll on down there. I was so looking forward to the grilled chicken sandwich. We get there and my wife asks if the grill is cleaned after each cook session to accommodate a shell fish allergy. The lady said no. My wife being deathly allergic to shellfish decided not to order anything. Well, I'm not not going to eat my chicken sandwich in front of her so I cancelled my order and my daughters order. Food used to be great. Quality is definitely slacking. Got shrimp n grits today hush puppies were soggy grit patty's weren't crunchy and the biggest laughing stock was the tiny little shrimp. When you pay 17$ a plate you expect quality and this was not it. Straighten up Paige's!! read more
