Service throughout the visit was also lacking. When our appetizers arrived, we were not given individual plates, so the seven of us had to share and eat directly from the three appetizer baskets. Our drinks remained empty for much of the meal with no refills, and our waitress rarely checked on our table during the nearly two hours we were there. What disappointed us most, however, was how our concerns were handled. When we politely mentioned the excessive wait, management and the owner/chef became defensive rather than acknowledging the situation or offering an apology. I even mentioned that we are a military family and that my father-in-law served, but the owner seemed completely indifferent to our concerns. The food itself was average, and the loud karaoke setup directly beside our table made it difficult to have a conversation. We understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but basic service, communication, and professionalism matter. After this experience, we will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
