Well I've tried this place a couple times, waited to give an honest review. The place has great potential but it is unorganized and chaotic. Tables don't get bused in time and it's near impossible to get a refill or another beer. We had to bus our own table. The whole seat yourself is a disaster during peak hours. You have to go to the bar to get a refill or another beer. The food is also... alright. I ordered a chicken wrap, that had ONE piece of chicken in it. There was another table in here at the same time that had to send their food back more than once and ended up walking out. When they first opened the food was mostly fried bar food. I went in today after about a year and the menu improved. There were grilled chicken items on the menu and I selected one. The menu stated that the sandwich came with One Side. No specifics about which one. So I ordered the "Tator tots" and the side list did not say anything about different pricing. When I got the bill she added $1.00 to it for the "Tator tots". When I said the menu stated one side she said no, only French Fries anything else is an upcharge. Well, management needs to state that on the menu so the customers are not surprised when they get the bill. I would have selected the FF if she would have said when I ordered OR if the menu would have said. I normally tip 25% and she only got 18%. Don't go for food at night. We ordered food and had to ask about it an hour later, the bartender was snippy but checked and brought us cold food as it had been sitting in the kitchen. During the afternoon service is better and food is awesome. I would recommend going before dinner hours and not on Saturday's. Went here last nite, Tuesday. Let me tell you all they have an excellent chef in the back someplace because everything is a wow! I highly suggest you try this place. The food quality here is fabulous! I had a tuna wedge salad that was superior, it only could be better with some wasabi. The wife had a Shrimp basket and onion rings and it was some of the best she's ever had. The place has no ambience and it can be loud, depending on the bar patrons. My husband and I came here for steak night. We were excited but cautious as we've never been here before. Steak night special was $30 for ribeye, salad, 2 sides and a dessert. Everything here far exceeded our expectations. From the minute we sat down, Ethan our server was attentive and listened to what we wanted. I'm lactose intolerant and Ethan went out of his way to make sure everything I ordered was safe for me. Even coming back to the table to let me know about one of my items. Instead he made us fell as if he was bothered by our presence. if my fiancé and I were confrontational, the experience would have went left. We have waited over an HOUR and still haven't even gotten silverware.. the "all you can eat" tacos are a scam- they have not replaced any of the meats upon arrival. Horrible! Waited 1 hour 45 minutes to get our food & most was not good & overcooked. We had the room & were told that we'd have our own waitress but did not. The room was good for our large party & the waitress was sweet but it was an awful experience. Asked for bread to hold us over(had several kids) with the long wait & was only offered crackers which they charged us for !!! She offered sauce with the baskets & then charged for the sauce! Food was decent. Service was awful. Couldn't even get a refill on water. Three tables sat down well after me and left before me when I ordered a wrap? The waitresses never even told me her name, I had to figure it out from the receipt. Shame because it seems like a nice place to vibe and hangout. We have been to Miller's a few times and it is usually good. Our most recent experience was not, however. We had to wait an extremely long time for food. We ordered an app, was told multiple times that it would be coming out soon. When it finally came out, some of it was missing and the server said the kitchen ran out of the ingredients but didnt inform anyone. We also ordered the steak and eggs brunch, where everything was drastically overcooked. Then just as we finally got our food and were trying to eat, they decided to crank the music so loud that we could not hear the person next to us. We couldn't even hear the server to ask for boxes or the check. It's sad, we were really enjoying this restaurant, but now I don't think we will be going back read more

OMG. I don't understand the good reviews for this restaurant. People must not know what good food taste like. This was awful. Mashed potatoes tasted like fake potatoes and they were cold. Parmesan Crusted chicken had a good taste, but the chicken was dry. Green beans were nothing special. Most of the 30 guests said the food was just 'Ok'. Some said it was awful. I had a party here and it was a disaster. I was told we would have a dedicated waitress, and that did not happen. Almost an hour before the waitress started taking our orders, and the last guests she took the order for waited another hour for their food. That order ended up being incorrect and she didn't eat it. I can't believe she paid for it! One family asked for crackers for their hungry child while we waited ridiculously long, and they had the nerve to charge them for the crackers! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! read more
