Our waitress was really sweet. She was actually the best part of our visit. The food was just ok for me. Bathrooms were clean.

Fish and chips. Fried cod with fries and green beans. This was fantastic. I would definitely order it again.

I ordered a turkey Reuben sandwich. It was fantastic. It was loaded with all the good stuff and came with fries and I enjoyed it. It's definitely a repeat.

My first time eating here and I am quite surprised. I had the jalapeño popper dip and the Philly cheesesteak. Both were delicious. Food was fresh and hot and portions were on point. Emma our server was friendly and attentive! The bathroom was clean though the floor was slippery I'm not going to complain about it because I'm happy it looked and smelled clean.

    Best BLT ever!

Go and enjoy! We visited again, and had an excellent experience. Our waitress couldn't have been better; she was efficient, personable, and attentive. I tried the BLT, and was rewarded with THE best BLT I've ever had. With a fresh and flavorful tomato, a stack of crispy bacon, and toasted Texas bread, it was just the perfect summer sandwich. I like D&D because they've got a rotating selection of local drafts, and I'm always up for trying a new brew. I have yet to bring my dog to this family friendly, comfortably casual spot, but it's on my to-do list!

I've tried other Dog & Duck locations and this one was not busy at all. The service was fast and friendly. The one thing I love about the food at Dog and Duck is their super crispy fries! They are so good. I went with my usual favorite, the French dip and it was just as expected. Good place for a quick bite.

We got one of the last tables available when we got in, so it was busy! Our server greeted us right away, and gave us time to look over the menu. They have daily specials to check out too! We ordered some drinks and the 1/2 nachos. Wow they were big for a 1/2 order, I can only imagine what a full order looks like. We then ordered wraps which both of us really enjoyed but only could finish 1/2. While their they started bingo, it was a bit hard to hear what was going on, so we lost interest super quick. However, they were giving out gift certificates as prizes. They have outdoor patio that is heated, only downfall for us was people were smoking out there and I wouldn't want to be around that while I ate. As we saw food being brought out, portion sizes all looked large. We can't wait to go back and the service was great and everyone we interacted with was very friendly.

I have heard good things about Dog and Duck for years, but I just never tried it until this weekend. I guess it's a sports bar. They had basketball on the tv. They have outdoor patio seating, a bar inside, a main room with booths and tables and a cozy little side room with a few more booths. The patio was full last night since the weather was nice. Inside wasn't too busy. The only small complaint I have is that the sign says seat yourself but then they don't realize that you are there and you have to find someone to come take your order. On to the menu and food! This is where I say Dog and Duck really got it right. Their prices are very reasonable and their food is excellent. They have a good selection of drinks, and nice options for happy hour. I got a good blueberry sour ale which I definitely recommend. I ordered the pb&j burger which at first glance sounds strange or even spicy because of the pepper jam, but is actually quite a wonderful combination. It all goes very well together. And the green beans may have been the best green beans I have ever had at a restaurant. They aren't the squishy canned green beans you get so often (which I also enjoy as long as they are seasoned well), these are good fresh green beans with a bit of a snap to them and a beefy flavor. I will be back to Dog and Duck to try out more of the interesting food options here and maybe check out their happy hour.

Haven't visited Dog and Duck in a while, and it's still gives the same good tasting food. Ordered the mini dogs for an appetizer and the Wingless Yardbird as my entree with tater tots. Service was good. It was a little after lunch time and wasn't too crowded.

Everything we had was excellent, from fried mushrooms to the black bean queso, to the grilled chicken wrap. While very much bar food fare, food was solid, drinks were flowing and everything was very reasonable. Staff was kind. Would go back!

I'd begin by raving about the appearance of the place, but we didn't get through the door before the first person, and quickly the second, greeted us with a cheery hello. Whoa! The food arrived quickly, was beautifully plated, and delicious. The continuously refilled coffee was deliciously addictive and worthy on its own of multiple return visits. My last time was during December 2025, and we were seated at 5 PM and walked out at exactly 6:30. That's drinks, apps, food, a quick Happy Birthday, paying the bill, and out the door in an hour and a half flat. Perfect! Now onto the food. I have loved my food both times. I didn't want to have a ton of leftovers this time, so I opted to get a side salad and a side of lobster Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese is a must order! The cream sauce is super flavorful and the whole thing just works. And if you order an app, try their loaded country chips. It's fried potato chips topped with ground beef, bacon, sour cream and cheddar. It's cheesy potatoes. How can you go wrong! I'm excited to return soon!

When we were seated, we were given our menus as well as a piece of paper warning us of a long wait. While that's not a great sign, honestly I prefer to have that expectation set up front and having the chance to say "nah, not for me" rather than being grumpy about the wait. I highly suggest that you take this seriously and get appetizers. We ordered the nachos and they were pretty decent. Beef was nicely spiced with taco seasoning. The sign told us 10-20 minutes for the appetizers, I think we were closer to 30, but we knew to not expect super speedy food so I can't be mad about it. It took 50 minutes from the nachos to get our entrees (I wasn't timing it, but I took the picture of the nachos and it had the time on it), which was riiiight about what we expected from the sign we had been given. Again, setting expectations goes a long way to minimizing disappointment and Montana's did well here. My son liked his burger and fries. My daughter said her fried chicken sandwich was fine. My ribeye steak was roughly equal to what I would get from a place like Texas Roadhouse or Outback. It had a lot of seasoning which I was happy with and was cooked properly, but wasn't the most tender ribeye out there. The Mac and cheese was super creamy which isn't my preference but it was a good version of that. The potato logs were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with. Ice flavor. But this goes back to expectations... my total bill for the three of us to eat massive portions of food was $72 before tip and including taxes. That is a phenomenal bargain for a massive 1/2 lb burger, a fried chicken sandwich that looked like two meals, and a big steak with two sides. The food was good and I don't need to add "for the price" to it, it was a good country style meal, and a great value, and the wait expectations were managed. Our server Laura was friendly and kept our drinks full during the wait. It was a good meal. J.Ja

I have difficulty with steps but there were enough railings to make it navigable for me. The building was likely to have at one time been a small house. There were six of us in our party and we were initially told we would be sharing one bill and the gratuity would be automatically added. A couple of our folks expressed concern and intentionally ordered cheaper items and no drinks to make sure they had adequate funds to split the bill. Fortunately our waitress, who was a joy, did individual bills and did not put on an automatic gratuity. The policy had the potential to seriously reduce the restaurant's income. They should probably rethink this stance. As noted, our waitress was terrific and rapidly got drink and food orders sorted. The menu is pretty short, but probably a good choice for a small pub type restaurant. My wife and I both selected an on-tap local brew, both of which were good and reasonably priced. We both also selected the fish and chips. The order came with a side of cole slaw that was pleasant. The chips were obviously made on site and both properly cooked and well seasoned. We are always surprised at restaurants that serve obviously bagged and frozen fries. The fish itself was reasonably sized and nicely fried. Quite tasty, but we sort of expected good seafood as this is a sister restaurant to a local seafood establishment. For the price the portion sizes of all the meals at the table seemed just a bit small. So we will quite likely return. It's not fancy. It's not high end dining. It's a tad pricey for pub food, but overall pretty good. I note here that had our waitress not been a gem or had they enforced the one check policy, this review would have been a good deal more negative. I suspect they have an accessible entrance but it was not obvious. That may be a consideration for some and checking ahead of time would be prudent.

My sandwich was good, not a great Reuben but a good sandwich. They definitely needed to get more of the water out of the kraut before putting it on the sandwich, and it wasn't really real rye bread. But I liked it. The Brussels and burnt ends were fine but needed a lot more meat, especially for a $4 up charge over fries (and I think they were $9 menu price which is insane for a side). My kid liked his burger and fries and it honestly looked good. Service was fine, or complaints or anything amazing there. I'm usually not a fan of gussied up burgers and fries but this spot was decent and should be a four star place, but the prices were simply not OK. I could have had a whole steak from Outback for the price of a burger here. I've had much better Reubens in big cities like Chicago, NYC, and Montreal that were bigger and with better sides for less money. If I am paying $22 for a sandwich and side it needs to absolutely change my reality and I that just didn't happen here. Prices need to drop here by 25% or more to be fair. J.Ja
