Big fan of the slices here. I usually just get pepperoni but we've had them make custom pies for us and they were delicious. Much better than Zeek's IMO. Before I went vegan, Pagliacci was my favorite pizza! Sadly, in the last 4 years I haven't been able to have it. Recently, my friend told me that they got vegan cheese and I was so excited to try it out for takeout dinner tonight. So good! The cheese is a tad runny and so by the time we made it home, the center of the pizza was a little soggy. But that doesn't take away from the deliciousness! It was everything i wanted this Saturday. I was super excited to try this pizza, since I heard so many people talking about it. I was not impressed. To begin with the pizza was super expensive. A large pizza $24!!! This place is a regular pizza place like Dominos or Pizza Hut, $24 is a lot! The pizza was big, enough for 3 people. The pizza we ordered was the Hawaiian, and they put plenty of toppings on it which was nice. However when it came to flavor it tasted bland. There was no kick to the pizza. Usually with a Hawaiian pizza you get the sweet and salty combo, but I could not taste it in this pizza. I had such high hope for this place. We also ordered the breadsticks. I've never had a bad experience with Pagliacci before I usually get my Pagliacci pizza at the Sammamish location but this location ( Bellevue ) gave me the worst experience ever. I drove 35 minutes to get this pizza to realize when I got home that the crust was completely burned. When I called customer service they tried to give me a gift card but never apologized for it. When I move to a location or if I am going to be working in that city for extended periods of time it is imperative that I find my "Go To" food places!! A great steakhouse, an amazing Chinese restaurant, a fabulous burger joint, and of course, the best pizza joint in town. So, have you met my friends over at Pagliacci Pizza?!?! I posted an earlier review for Turnpike Pizza around Green Lake which is a darn good pizza and I am sure there are some great places that I have not even gotten around to trying yet but for right now, Pagliacci Pizza is my go to pizza joint and it is a freakin good pizza. These guys check all the boxes for me, thin crust New York style pizza, check!! Great dough strong enough to hold all the topping and not get soggy, check!! Top quality toppings that are fresh and bursting with flavor, check!! I have popped in here several times to buy a slice (cause any good pizza joint sells slices, fuhgeddaboudit) and I really enjoyed their basic cheese pizza and their pepperoni pizza and they were both great so I figured it was about time to buy a large pie the Kish way!! I ordered it over the phone, paid in advance so as not to waste any time when I swung in to pick up the pizza, show up and the place is hopping!!! They have almost no parking, deal with it, nobody in Seattle has any parking. I get my pie, I take it home, I put my feet up and I am in heaven, this pizza was perfect, no seriously, everything about the pizza was perfect!!!! I almost ate that whole pizza (don't judge, I'm a binge eater, well that's not true, I just eat a lot) and I loved every single bite!!! There are still some places in the Greater Seattle area that I need to try but if a wise guy from the old neighborhood ask me where to get good pizza in Seattle, I am sending them to Pagilacci's!!!!! I remember when Pagliacci pizza used to be good. The last few times I got pizza from here it's been a huge letdown. A couple of orders ago they delivered a pizza that was half freshly made and the other half must have been sitting on the hot table for a while, it was quite obvious. The next time the sauce was so watery that the crust was very soggy. Tonight I ordered a pizza from the app. The first try it declined my credit card because I put a wrong number. I went back and corrected it but for sone reason the app took off all my changes and I didn't know it. I ordered a small but got a large, I asked do have it delivered at 6 I got it at 5:25, I asked for no peppers but I got peppers. The pizza itself was just nit good. No flavor /bland. 2 slices eaten the rest sits in the garbage. Update They did reach out to me and try to make things right which says to me that they care about their customers. Decent place to come for a slice of pizza. Cheese slices are about $3 and with toppings, it goes up from there. Not a lot of space for people to sit and eat but there are about 6 chairs in the space. They make the pizza continually during business hours but the best time to go is when they the pizza comes fresh out of the oven and they slice it in front of you. Recently the customer service at Pagliacci's has been going down hill. I find myself ordering from else where because I don't want to deal with it. The last time I ordered a pizza, and was told I'd be notified when it was done. I was sitting in my car for 40 min and finally went in to check. Turns out my pizza had been sitting there for a while, so I collected a cold pizza. I don't know if it was because the pizza was cold, but it wasn't that good. Definitely not worth the money. I've been to the Crossroads location 3 times and each has been outstanding! The ingredients they use are high quality and there are lots of vegetarian options for toppings as well as vegan cheese if it's your preference. The seasonal Tuscan Kale was really spectacular. They definitely offer some really well thought out and interesting flavor combinations. My only criticism is that the thin crust is a bit hard rather than chewy when you get to the end of the slice. Take out and delivery only though there is a small inside where you can go to pick up your pizza. The restroom is very clean and staff is super friendly and helpful! read more

Never disappointing whether you stop in for a slice or order online for delivery. They make marvelous calzone and their pizza specialties are phenomenal. I have ordered salads, calzone, pizzas, and even gelato and drinks. And despite being a good cook, I order from them at least twice a month. When I got inside the restaurant, the employees were looking at me, but after several minutes no one welcomed me, or asked me to wait a moment. Pizza is a beautiful thing but why is it so darn expensive? 2 pizzas for $58 is just too much--that's for one large and one medium pizza at Pagliacci--that's $29 a pizza after tax. Add a tip and you're well over $60. On a good note, the large was a true "large" size and the medium was a true "medium"...Pagliaccis does well there. Also, the pizza was just fine, good topping, sauce, and cheese ratio. Service and speed of cooking / delivery was fine too. My issue really comes down to the price. The market is saturated with pizza options, and so to stand out, pizza really has to be unique and exceptional. The delivery is fast to my apartment, the customer service reps are amazingly efficient and make great suggestions, and most importantly the food is always fresh and hot and they deliver 'til 11pm on weeknights. Yay for all of the above! Try anything with white sauce [garlic-infused olive oil base] or anything in a calzone. Nonna's pasta is another guaranteed win. Oh! and you can't forget centioli, mmm. And I'm happy they're delivering their caesar salad now because it is quite delicious. I am glad that I tried this takeout place for gluten free pizza! I was a little hesitant due to the price and the fact the kitchen isn't a dedicated gluten free kitchen facility. I was worried that I might get sick, but I didn't! I suppose it depends how severe one's allergy is. It is worth the cost, and the ingredients on the pizza are plenty and high quality! I like the customer service, and the staff wear mask! My only complaint is that I felt the pizza was a little too salty. I love pizza and pasta. And from all the options I've tried in East Seattle, Pagliacci is the best! We typically get delivery since it's just nice to have someone deliver right to your door. Pizza is never cold, always fresh, and always tasting amazing! We like the large pie just because it's about $4 more to upgrade. This location serves cardboard with really good ingredients on top. This is mainly a review for the single slices as I've rarely ordered a whole pie. I don't eat Pizza often, but when I do, I want Pagliacci's. Over the past year the quality of pizza has dropped significantly at this location. Their single slices usually look like they are at least a day old. The last slices I purchased literally hurt my jaw to chew. Not sure if it's managment choice but there are rarely freshly prepared single slices when I've gone here. read more

Pagliacci AGOG primo hit the spot. The vegetarian junky that I am, it was a wonderful change from the normal veggie Pizza. Goat Cheese, Kalamata Olives, mushrooms and lots more-Yum! Pag's is definitely one of the better pizza places in Seattle. They have a new york style crust that's among the better ones I've had. I also like the sauce pretty well. It's the only place where I like cheese pizza best. The best thing about them is the customer service. They make it so easy to be a repeat customer. Here's how it goes: Pag's: Hi Sam, do you want what you had last time? Sam: Yep Pag's: See you in 30 minutes. Sam: K. They are always really nice. Maybe the pizza they serve in the restaurant is good? I think the high ratings of Pagliacci belie a chronic crack-smoking problem within the Redmond, and ultimately, the Greater Seattle area. Limp, slim, meh-inspired pizzas curse us to an underwhelming hell of lunches and late-nights. Nothing is terrible, but nothing is good. It, like so much in life, walks the middle road between suck and rock. Pagliacci gets the bad review because so many people love it and it cannot be avoided. If not the aforementioned crack problem, it must be the gray weather... not bad (e.g., SNOWMAGGEDON), but not good (e.g., Sunny California). Just meh. read more

Our job, Zach, has us travel throughout the country. And with that great responsibility comes great opportunity to eat everywhere! When it comes to Pizza, New York cannot be beaten, right Zach? Thin, floppy slices that aren't bombarded by toppings are the way to go. When it comes to Pagliacci, it may not be the best, but as far as chains go, it beats the rest. We're used to seeing thicker pizza the farther west we go, right Zach? This is easily seen with places like Zeek's. Some chains do offer thin crust. But the right ratio of components, along with a good dough, are the key to success. Pagliacci's is naturally thin, and isn't overwhelmed by cheese, which puts in in the positive by default. With that good base, there is no overwhelming need - by us or the establishment - to embellish in more than 2 toppings because the underlying pie is substandard. We usually stick to one topping, and with Pagliacci's it doesn't taste underwhelming to do so. Watch out for the italian carbonated beverages however. They are hard to stop drinking. One way to improve this location is to go by-the-slice. We would come everyday then, wouldn't we Zach? read more

What is wrong with people out here? I know Seattle isn't really a pizza town, BUT come on! Perhaps people think this is decent pizza because they've never had good pizza and everything is relative.
