The pizza was good as usual and the workers were kind once we got talking. We probably stood at the counter for a few minutes with no greeting, and the workers saw us standing there ready to order as they were walking around. There were people that seemed like personal friends with one of the workers that were hanging out in the restaurant to talk to the worker while he was on the clock. But these friends were telling customers what to do like they had authority, even mentioning amongst themselves that they don't even work here. As well as the outdoor seating having bird poop on a few of their tables and chairs, and a big rat running along the side of the building as I was eating my pizza outside. I don't think I'll be returning to this location, something needs to be improved here. read more

They had me at unlimited toppings and I used to get the pizza but have switched to getting salads. I usually get a mini and load it up with toppings. I especially love the selection of cheeses and veggies. There's also a solid amount of meat choices and I essentially make a chop salad with grilled chicken and salami. Being able to get pretty much anything you can think of at a price of $11 makes it more valuable although it's still pretty pricey. The minis are pretty small so keep that in mind but mine comes out to 430 calories so that's awesome. You can of course also get pizza which is really awesome with unlimited toppings as well. They have a "mini" size and they are perfect for me. Always make sure to add some mama lils peppers and pesto drizzle! The service is as efficient as it can be at a place people get so many options. Definitely an affordable and tasty option if you're in the area. read more

They always greet you and it's always a warm welcome, never stingy with the toppings and they're always hyping you up to get even more toppings! It was really good. We were there at lunch so it was very busy. My friend got a mini pizza and a slice was missing out of the pizza which was kind of funny. Since she's on a diet she didn't want to say anything she said it was the universe saying I support your diet while supporting your pizza for lunch. I tend to like to keep it simple. Their oven is great and crisps the dough nicely. You can even choose your dough type. Side garden salad (2): Had to call this out. The only way you can mess up a garden salad is if your veggies aren't fresh or you just mess up the ratios. This was the latter. Not much actual greens. Lots of tomato and cucumbers. But the MAIN thing was drenched in dressing. Felt like I was drinking dressing. Pretty gross if you ask me. Get your dressing on the side! Took a chance and went inside to order a pizza around 6pm Thursday 10/9/25 and the first thing I notice is there was only 1 table with a family sitting talking, eating. Where do I start? I tried to order online. The system had an error with its maps. Would not work. After fifteen minutes, I finally ordered on the phone. Couldn't get delivery. Apparently I'd have to order $2 more. I didn't want much more than a pizza after the app nonsense. I walked down there to pick up the pizza. Place is packed: Wall to wall high school women soccer players chowing down budget pizza. I've got nothing against budget pizza, mind you. Blaze, an East coast chain like this, knocks out a pretty awesome pizza. So, yeah, this is just kind of embarrassing cheap sheeple chow. The kitchen was in full swing. The pizzas coming out were super thin, more like a flatbread. I was told to pick up at a time. It was ready fifteen minutes later. The guy at the counter was nice and apologetic. Not helping the case for eating here though. The pizza came. I marched back to my hotel to try it. The white sauce is cheap garbage. The ingredients on this sad little cracker with topping were sparse and not of the most amazing quality. The dough is dry and crunchy. I ate one piece and chucked it. At least it was only $14-15. It reminds me of a pizza place we have in California, you make your own pizza with the topping while you are there and get it freshly done within 5-10 min. The workers there are super nice and sweet. I enjoy going there and seeing how happy they are to be there and working. They are super careful with the gluten free when I tell them gluten free even tho yes you can't grantee the environment as there is definitely cross contamination. I've gotten take out here a couple times and every time it's been a great experience. You can order for pick-up on their website or through their app. If you download the app you'll get some rewards too. When you order online you can select your scheduled pick-up time. The big sell about MOD is the build-your-own pizza for ~$9. They have pre-built types of pizza but if you can put whatever you want on the pizza for the same price, why wouldn't you?! For me, I love meat on my pizza so I just select all the meats and all the other toppings I like such as garlic, mushrooms, pineapple (don't hate), corn, red onions. They also have a lot of sauces (both as a base and as a drizzle on top) such as BBQ sauce, pesto, and Mike's hot honey (which is really really good). They have a small parking lot so you can park and pick up your food. If the parking lot is full though you're in a pickle because there isn't much other parking in the downtown area that's close by. This is my go-to place if I'm craving pizza and want something quick and cheap. I love the ability to choose any toppings I like (which is a lot) for no extra cost. read more

I don't write reviews but i had to with my experience yesterday. I went in with my boyfriend and we were helped by 2 great female workers, one was mexican i believe and one was white. I wish i had gotten names. Those 2 workers were great with their service and made our pizzas. The manager of the shift was the most rude person I have been around, not to us but to his coworkers. Out in front of the customers he was degrading them and at one point tried to talk about it with us the customers about how bad his coworkers are. At every Mod pizza i've been to, the person who is cutting the pizza will ask if you want a sauce finish or any ranch. We asked for a finishing sauce and ranch from the manager (who was cutting the pizzas) and he looked at the other 2 girls and said "look this customer wanted a finishing sauce and ranch. why can't you guys ask if they want that? it's not that hard, i don't understand why you guys aren't getting it!" The manager said that in front of the whole store. Then he put us as customers in a terrible spot by asking us "Am i rude? Or are they not getting it?". My boyfriend walked over to the girls and told them it was no big deal and that they were doing great. He said they looked like they wanted to cry. This manager does not need to be a manager or shift lead. I didn't get his name but he was a tall white male, definitely had some work done on his face. I hope that corporate sees this and does something about it. read more

What's better than having the freedom to build your own pizza?! There's a lot of food places now that give you the option to "build your own" and honestly, pizza is the most fun! I like to get creative and try new sauce and toppings combination each time. The quality that MOD pizza has is 5 stars for sure! I went to dinner with my husband and daughter. Service: 5 Stars Pizza: 5 Stars Lemonade: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars I normally order a Mod size pizza (11 inches) and that fills me up. Tonight I had a mini (6 inches) and left hungry. My four year-old always finishes her mini. She orders crust, sauce, cheese, pepperoni and more cheese. They do have a menu of pizzas, but I recommend making your own as you go. They have a lot of choices and are usually generous with the toppings. You can order salads as well. They are really good and a great way to fill up without a lot of calories. I also recommend the lemonades, both flavors are very tasty. read more

I don't know why I never wrote a review for this place but it's definitely my go to pizza joint. I love that it's Chipotle style where you can choose your own toppings and size. You can even customize their creation!! The best part is that the price doesn't change! I got the mini Olivia with added chicken and sausage and it was delicious. I love the fig sauce that is on it and that it's made fresh. I usually go for thicker crust but the crispiness of the thin crust here is decent as well. Extremely rude service, I waited 1 hr to pick up a single pizza. When I checked the pick up rack for my order (after 45 mins had passed), the worker YELLED at me that I was being inconsiderate and that there were only 3 people working there (I didn't say anything to him). Over heard him talking about how annoying my pizza was to make with his other coworker. He also yelled at his coworker with down syndrome. Absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fired immediately.
