Awesome car wash, so glad Pahrump finally has a very clean, organized and the best part a friendly staffed car wash. I have a membership on each of my vehicles and with multiple memberships I get a discount which was a nice surprise, so definitely worth putting all your vehicles as you save more in the end. Love the staff, car wash is super fast, the microfiber cloths to dry, get the tiny extras the wash didn't, easy to wipe away. The vacuums work great. Went for the monthly, tire shine, too! Well since we've had a lot of dust in Pahrump this past month and my usual car wash at the Valley Auto mall is closed, I thought I'd give this brand new car wash a try. It's located on the main hwy 160, kinda hard to pass it up. There are a few employees outside promoting business. It's a drive through. The attendant at the entrance explained the different types of wash, I opted for the basic $12.00 wash. The attendant at the entrance used a card only no cash accepted , I proceeded to the entrance, the employee sprayed the car. It was a pleasant experience, I got to stay in my car. lots of suds and super dry with infrared red heat. My car was really clean except for the bugs on the grill. The manager was very nice and she had my car go through again. The bugs on the grill really needed maybe a good hand wash to get them off. Overall, this is a nice and quick place to get a car wash, great location. Lots of people are going now. I'm very pleased with the wash and very friendly service. I went to get a wash today and the girl said there is a problem, your car has been flagged. She then went to the back of my car and wrote my license plate number down. Then she called for manager and they hurried and put an orange cone in front of the wash,like I was going to try to go through. My card was compromised from here a couple of months ago. The day the charge came through I never left the house. I had to call my bank and they told me I had to get new card. I went through the hassle that comes with that and after receiving the new card I have used your wash several times. I didn't do anything wrong here. Why was I treated like a criminal. I just told a group of friends how much I liked your wash. Now I cannot use it? I guess I need to know how to resolve this. Please contact me on messenger. read more

BEWARE: Pahrump Wash Co Damaged My Car and Refused Responsibility As we entered the car wash, we heard strange noises under our vehicle. It continued to rumble throughout the wash, and we even saw an attendant walking through the tunnel while it was operating--odd at the time, but telling in hindsight. When we exited, our tire was shredded, the rim was damaged, and the bumper was scratched. The manager said she "couldn't do anything." We had to have our car towed home. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the business refused to take responsibility. Their excuse? My car is more than 7 years old. This wasn't a bug guard or an antenna--our car came out disabled. The damage had nothing to do with its age. They have cameras throughout the wash and know exactly what happened. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I went in here with a SUV, they made excuses that the had to stop various brushes because it was a SUV. All they did was spray water and soap on the car. I became a member when this car wash first opened because it was worth every penny. The wash actually cleaned my vehicle, the staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about the customers. That's why I had no problem paying $40 a month. Now, I've watched this place go completely downhill. I'm paying $40 a month, just like many other people in this town, and I honestly have to ask where that money is going. The towels they provide are almost always soaking wet, if there are any at all. The tire shine is either completely out of service or it sprays so much of it that it ends up all over the sides of your car ( that they will Not help with ). The last three times I've been there, every single trash can has been overflowing. I've also noticed that many of the great employees from when this place first opened are gone. The employees who are there now often seem more focused on standing around talking than helping customers or making sure the equipment is working. This business has the potential to be the best car wash in town, but instead it feels like it's been neglected. Loyal customers continue paying premium membership prices while the quality keeps declining. I want this place to succeed, but management needs to start investing back into the business and showing members that their money is actually being put to maintaining their equipment and quality customer service. read more

We moved here about two years ago and a quality car wash was basically non existent until Pahrump Wash Co. opened their doors! What a relief! A REAL car wash here in P-Town! Very friendly people, reasonable rates, a great wash with free vacuums and dry towel use. We have never been disappointed especially since we drive a SUV and it sees a lot of dirt roads for work purposes. We keep our vehicles clean, so we have been through this wash probably 50 times with our SUV and full size pickup since they opened last summer/fall with no issues whatsoever. read more

The workers of pahrump wash co kicked me out on December 5th because they said "my car was too dirty and was full of chunky rocks, when in reality I had some minor dirt clumps in my wheel wells. They saw my car pull in from 20+ yards away and made the executive decision to kick me out and tell me to pre wash my vehicle before I came back when it wasn't even rocks just minor dirt clumps, they have an attendant with a pressure washer wand at the front before the car wash if they gave a shit and actually understood motivation and gumption and hard work they could've easily spent 15 extra seconds putting the wand in my wheel wells to help me out but instead they'd rather say that it's just too much work for them and kick me out, I had to cancel my membership over it because that is just unacceptable. If you tell me I'm too dirty for your wash when you have the full capability to help me out you just have lazy ass workers that don't give a shit. And I tried to call to express my complaint and I just spent 10 minutes on the phone with an AI answering machine. Nothing spells friendly small town business like a group of people who just kick you out and think they're above you then aren't even willing to talk to you themselves they have to leave a computer for it like the cowards they are, you want to act like a small town friendly business but want to act city and prissy when the time for real work shows up because it's "just too much" for them get REAL. read more

I went to the car wash for the first time 12/04/25. For $24.00 I got a dirty, wet, incomplete wash. I did not have time to get out and inspect my truck after the wash but drove to my appt a mile away and was amazed at the poor quality. Unreal. Circle K on Basin is 100% better and much cheaper. Also, if you have a longer truck, it is a very tight turn getting in and out. I have used every wash in town, this one is the worst. read more
