I gave her my vision from day one and she have additional backup plan for my ideas given my flower choice might not be in season. However, on the day of my wedding, she showed up with the flowers of my choice from the beginning and it absolutely looks beautiful and gorgeous in my wedding photos. I can't ask for a better florist for my wedding. She arrived early and made sure that we got all the flowers we need for the photography and other decorations. She also gave great suggestions on repurposing some of the flowers for different decorations depending on the part of the day. Definitely recommend her 100%. At that point in time I made peace with their response to my review and told them that we could move on. I thought that I could lay the matter to rest and focus on my family during this sad time. Four weeks after my dad's passing, I was beginning to open up again to the world, when I went to my in-laws' home. My MIL had a letter addressed to me; even she was perplexed. It was from Starr. In a gross violation of my privacy, Starr wrote me a handwritten letter using my in-laws' address from their order. In her letter Starr claimed that she did not have my information due to me declining to share it and so she used my in-laws' payment information to find her way to me. Her letter was one full page, front and back, of defending herself and telling me stories of how she is a truly exemplary employee, even staying behind at the store extra late for another order. This letter did two things: 1) it reopened my wounds from feeling like I was unseen and unheard in one of my truest moments of vulnerability and 2) showed me that she still had no awareness of the pain she had caused since she did not apologize and instead told me stories of how she treated other people better than me. I then reached back out to the manager via Yelp to ask for a phone number and good time to talk to discuss something. They told me to just call the store number and stopped responding when I asked for a good time to be sure to speak with the right person. I decided not to pursue the matter because, honestly, it hurt like hell having to deal with this on top of my grief. It has now been 3 months since my father passed, since this all started, and I tried to let it go, but I decided to write this update. Albeit delayed, I think people should know the way this matter was handled -- vindictively with self-interest and an outright disregard for the reason why people need their service in the first place. What an an absolute disgraceful display of professional conduct.

They worked hard all day to transform the venue into the pink peachy princess wedding of my dreams. I know we had a timeframe and could stop by anytime during the event, which was convenient, but being on busy A Street made finding parking a little difficult. Once I got to the event, they had a really nice selection of flowers to choose from so we could create our own small potted bouquet. I normally just buy a bouquet that's already made, so I actually had a lot of fun picking out the flowers and deciding what I wanted mine to look like. One thing I wish they had done was give us a few tips and tricks before we started. After I had already picked out several flowers, the very nice and polite florist looked at what I had chosen and pointed out that I had too many large focal flowers. She explained that since we were working with a small pot rather than a traditional bouquet, I really only needed one main focal flower. She had me choose my favorite and then took the other larger flowers out. It made complete sense once she explained it, and she showed me how to use the smaller flowers as fillers. Now, let's talk about Miracoffee! The drink I had was delicious. I believe I ordered the Maple Latte, and it was really good without being overly sweet. I really wish I could have tried their matcha drink because it sounded so good, but unfortunately it was a banana matcha and I can't have bananas. I mentioned to the ladies that I really wanted to try it but couldn't because of the banana, and one of them told me it was one of their popular drinks.
