Every time I come in, I get a genuine sense that the workers enjoy what they do, and are actually happy to help customers with their paint needs. They are exceptional at answering any paint-related questions you have and don't make you feel rushed while you're trying to make your selections. What compelled me to write this review is the fact that there was a HANDMADE Christmas tree made from paint swatches/squares and specks of paint on the gallon can I was picking up. Completely unnecessary and unexpected but it restored my faith in humanity. Let me say that again: My faith in humanity was restored shopping at a paint store. Shop here.

The "Manager Rob" I spoke with was very defensive and insisted that the color was correct, but the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of patience and willingness to address my concerns. I believe that a more considerate and understanding approach could have helped resolve the issue more effectively. These Custom aerosol spray cans are NOT inexpensive. Maybe "Rob the Manager " could learn to handle customer service with more professionalism and courtesy.

Bashar was always reachable, answered all my questions provided any legal documents I needed and was able to make changes last minute to the design. Did I mention the work was high quality and reasonably priced? Him and his team worked throughout the day building the structure by hand and did a great job.
