Possibly the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. They sent parts that were damaged. I was told to file a claim online, and I did. They didn't get back to me for weeks. I called and they said the only way to get in touch with their only support person is to email them. Obviously this person is unresponsive. I tried calling back a few times and they didn't pick up the phone. I could tell that they were ignoring my number because as soon as I called from a different number, they picked right up. Scumbag company. Do not order from them. BTW they have multiple websites with different branding, which is never a good sign. They obviously expect people to go to their "competitors" after receiving bad service. Other ones are paintedautoparts.com and chicagoautobodyparts.com. There might be more. I ordered a painted bumper for a 2023 Mazda MX-5. The bumper came in 3 shades off color, as well as the wrong flake color and flake size. It was HORRIBLE! When I called BEFORE I placed the order, I was told that I could not buy extra paint for blending, but that the bumper would match perfectly or be repainted using a sample body panel. LIES!!!!! When i contacted them by phone, there was no response, but left a message. I emailed with no response. After two weeks, I threatened to do a chargeback. I got a response to fill out a claims form, which I did IMMEDIATELY! After no response for a week, I again threatened to charge back and called and spoke with Alex. Alex said they would have NO PROBLEM selling me a quart of paint to blend the bumper and to repaint it to match a sample. He asked that I send pictures. I wanted to write this because I admit that I hesitated to order from this company due to a few recent reviews. I ordered a replacement hood for my 2006 Lexus ES330 and was pleased with the experience. It took 11 days from the time I ordered it to when I received it, which I thought was very reasonable given that it had to be painted. The hood arrived with no damage and the color matches well. I ordered a hood painted black for a 2013 Tahoe after seeing a segment on the Two Guys Garage tv show about this company. The delivery time was a bit slow but that is partly due to the hood having to be painted. The box arrived slightly damaged but there was no damage to the hood. After unpacking, some blemishes were found in the clear coat from the foam packing material pressing against the paint. The bigger issue was that the paint appeared a bit hazy. I installed the hood and it looked okay but not great. I will admit that a lot of people would probably find the part acceptable, but I am a little more particular with the finishes on my vehicles. Recently, I had the truck at a body shop for some unrelated rust repair on a rear quarter panel. I asked them to look at the hood to see if they could wet sand and polish it, the owner's immediate response when seeing the hood was that the clear coat was not applied properly and was too thin. They tried to scuff and apply clear coat but the paint that was originally applied lifted when the clear coat was applied. The hood had to be repainted. This was Just my experience; others may find the quality to be fine. read more

I bought a rear bumper skin for a 2009 Nissan Altima for around $350, and picked it up at their site in Chicago suburb. The part was a good fit, and installation was pretty easy with Youtube videos for reference. Paint match was not perfect, but a replacement and blend of paint at a body show would literally have cost ten times what I paid. read more

ordered a painted bumper, front fender and fender liners for my 2014 Honda Accord. After 2 weeks I received the wrong liners. I sent a couple of emails, with no response, but was finally able to speak to someone on the phone and they apologized and said they would send the correct ones and to just keep the wrong ones. I started looking at their reviews. I know that I should have done my research on them before placing my order but I am so glad I didn't, because with the reviews that I've read I would have never bought from this company. Needless to say I was very worried about what my parts would look like when or if I got them. I was worried and stressed and thought that I had just wasted $700. It took almost a full month for the parts to come in and arrived in a very damaged box. Luckily the parts were not damaged and the paint job was perfect. You cannot tell the difference between the new parts and the old, it's a perfect match. They did an excellent job for a fraction of the price of what other companies wanted. Yes the shipping is a little slow and they're not very good at answering emails or phone calls, but the work they do is worth the wait. Apparently this is a very small company and they are extremely busy which explains why everything takes longer than what we feel it should. People are much more likely to write a bad review than a good one, which is why I wanted to write a mostly positive review for them. I know everybody has different experiences but I am so glad I chose to go with this company and if I am ever in need of car parts I will definitely be using them again. read more

They pulled their money from my card in less than 48hrs but took almost six weeks to get me my hood. Called and called and never got called back. Only when the freight company reached out to arrange delivery was I contacted at all about this order. They say to unpack the part before the delivery person leaves but they couldn't wait long enough to do that because they must have had a mile of tape and bubble wrap on this...it took at least 10 minutes to unpack this thing which should have been a good sign...it wasnt. Once I got it all free I noticed a chip on one of the corners that had an intact foam corner pad and there was no trace of paint chips in it...so this means it was packed up that way. That alone is pretty unacceptable. The second issue, the underside of the hood was not painted completely. The outside looks pretty decent but who knows if that will last. Definitely will not order from these guys in the future. read more

Ordered a bumper for my toyota. Painted over cracked (broken) bumper and mailed it to me. Box undamaged and bubble wrap intact. I filed complaint with credit card company and the response of this company was that I had not mailed back bumper to them and they deserved the money for part. They also said I accepted delivery and should have opened in front of shipping company removing bubble wrap and inspecting bumper completely (next time I will open all items before accepting delivery). They do SHODDY work. DO NOT ORDER from them. They offered to refund painting of bumper and then ignored my e-mails and calls going on 2 months now. It will cost more to fix than they offered. Stay Away!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!! 1. I live in NV and Denver and make numerous transaction to be delivered where I may be at the time via my credit card. I was advised by this company by there customer service that it is not company policy to deliver to an address not directly connected to the card used at purchase. I was told that that was also bank policy and when I called to verify with my bank the bank explained that has never been there policy and is not there policy at this current time. 2. This interaction was demeaning. When I called to explain that the charge went thru and I was advised by my bank that the payment was made they requested I the customer call the bank and obtain an authorization number. I called the bank and cancelled the whole transaction. If the policy is to ship only to address listed on the card then what is the point of a website that takes orders. Most companies establish there sites with the hopes of widening there customer base not put down your customers and refuse to work with them. If you want to be treated in the worst way possible by a frustrated customer employee and a rude, disrespectful manager who will make you feel like you are the worst person ever and also want the privilege to pay for it then go ahead but my advise is to stay away even at the possibility of paying more. read more
