This business also owns Main Auto next door....I was a customer here for years ....I've fixed my car here multiple times as an Uber driver....I've also had a couple of accidents and always took it to their body shop next door....when I fixed my car he always told me "life time warranty on his work" but that's all BS....I never hit my car after he fixed it (which was now over a year ago" I saw the owner at a local shop and told him about a piece that came out from the side....and told him he said he had a lifetime warranty on his work....he said he never told me that which is false....then I said YOU did....then he said "well i'm now canceling it".....this owner will tell you anything to make you feel satisfied that he did a good job but don't believe any trash that he says....I've spent thousands here and he talks like he doesn't need anyone's business.....and I told him....THAT'S WHY I DON'TBELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SAY" and he said I'll learn like my mom pahahahah (my mom has taken her car here before and he tried to overcharge her...my mom then went to another body shop and they fixed it with no issues and treated her right ....so who loses here? These guys are really great! When my car got totaled in the middle of a 5 car accident, Yuri helped me out. He gave me excellent service by handling all the details with my insurance agent. My car runs like a champ several miles later. The second time I had some minor repairs which Yuri and Oasis handled on time as promised. Oasis Auto Body is a scam operation. Shoddy parts and even shoddier service. My front bumper needed to be re-attached and painted. A few days after Yury claimed to have fixed it the bumper came detached again and the paint completely scraped off. When I returned hoping that maybe there was a reasonable explanation Yury told me I must have damaged it myself again. In the exact same two places. Less than a week after bringing it in. He was practically smiling as if to say "What are you gonna do about it? I already have your money". The more I pressed for some kind of reasonable recourse the more hysterical he became. I took it a second repair shop who confirmed my suspicions about Oasis, and for a few dollars more, fixed my bumper without issue. Lesson learned. This is who they are. First time I ever needed a body shop, and Rick was awesome. He did a minimum amount of work, which saved me money, and my car looks brand new. Other garages wouldn't even quote me for repair, claiming it was impossible. This repair was on my door, as I had a collision with the door open and smashed the edge of the door in two places. Everything on the door worked fine, it just needed to be un-smashed and painted. Rick repainted just the back half of the door and blended it in on both sides. You cannot even tell it was ever smashed! I'm really thankful to Oasis for saving me hundreds of dollars by not doing unnecessary work! read more

In a day and age of scamming auto shops, you cannot trust ANYONE. Anyone except for Oasis (and Main Auto). These guys are honest, would never offer any "you need ten filters, blah blah blah" unneeded services, and give the best prices out there. I have been taking my car there for over 10 years now, and they have never failed me. Yuri, Alex, and Rick have great credentials, are BBB certified, and provided excellent and prompt service, hands down. I had some vandalism repaired on my older SUV this week. My car has 100K miles on it and I've put off having this done because I couldn't justify an insurance claim to cosmetically fix a car that might last another couple years. First I took my car to a national body shop with these instructions, 'this car is old, I don't want a showroom fix, I just want these keymarks off if you can' The response was that the only way to fix it was to disassemble the whole panel, take off the windows, etc. $1400. Estimate 8 days for the work I found Oasis on yelp. Took the car in to Rick with the same instructions. And these are BAD scratches that they're estimating - $700. We set an appointment, I dropped my car off, one day later it was done. The car looks brand new. Total cost - $600. I couldn't believe it. I could not believe it. These days I presume everyone is working to steal from you. It was refreshing to see Rick's shop give me exactly what I needed, no less, and at far less cost then others. Trustworthy, appropriately priced, funny, truly believes in his business... I'm a tough critic. I'd be perfectly honest if his work was shotty... it was perfect. The price was exactly what we thought it would be to fix my busted tail light. I didn't even file an insurance claim. Enterprise car rental is in walking distance. They own the mechanic shop next door. Was able to throw in a couple much needed fixes as well... Just a great business all around... These are your guys. read more

I went there before they changed owners and had gotten good service at a good price.. just went this week to get my front bumper replaced and found out there's a new owner. Long story short he was very nice and gave me a real good price for my bumper.. my car was ready and in 2 days like stated and the work looks great. I really like the fact that he game me a choice of type of bumper I wanted instead of pushing the most expensive. He also owns the shop next door.. north of it.. I literally moved parking lots and had them repair my tire also at a very good price and excellent service. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Rick and Alex are competent, honest, and straight talking people in a business usually run by sociopaths. I had my Honda Accord towed there from ANOTHER shop because of the games at the first shop. Rick immediately identified what was wrong and what was right, fixed it on time and slightly under budget- and it drove like a Honda should! This should be the only place you take your car to for repairs- mechanical or bodywork. They are top-rated on BBB and their mechanic is ASE certified. Since my first visit there three years ago- it is the only place my family take their cars and the only place I recommend. They are honest. Best darn auto repair shop out there! I took my SUV here after an accident. They claimed they fixed my car. There was Visable damage to what they said was fixed, an inch gap between fender and car. I made them fix it. 6 months later the car fell apart. Another mechanic reviewed their work, they didn't do what they claimed to do. State Farm was not happy with this group and they are also looking to remove them from their referred services, as they lost money due to this shops poor repair. read more

I brought my car in for an estimate 6 months ago to repair the left side which had gotten swiped and gouged out over the rear tire. It had begun to rust and was hideous. I had been quoted over 4 grand to fix it at other places. Rick at oasis gave me a free estimate for the work for about $1000. I finally took it in on Wednesday. Rick still honored the original quote and I had the car back Friday afternoon. I was in shock when I saw it! My car looked like it had never been hit and the paint and body work was seamless. The only problem I have now is it makes every other scratch and dent stand out more because it looks so good. I will have them fix any other repairs I need from now on. Rick made me an estimate which was almost half of what Gerber had given me. Also I have been told that the damage cannot be done painless and I was OK to go with traditional repair. I left the car and Rick called me the next day with good news that he was able to repair the damage using painless method and the charge is about half of what he initially estimated. I was skeptical, because it was too good to be true, but when I saw the car I couldn't believe - there is NO way to find out there was a damage there. Terrible place, stay far away. I took my car there after it was in an accident. When I got the call that it was finished, i saw visable damages still to the car. Huge gap between back bumper trim and car where there should be no gap. They fixed it after I complained but they were reluctant. 3 months later another mechanic told me that there was mechanical damage still. Also they charged me for a new part but they never put it in! Insurance company paid to have someone else fix what they claimed to fix but never did. It cost my insurance company an extra $3,000 to fix damages becase Oasis did such a bad job. Don't be fooled, nice to your face but are very deceiving, and poor quality work. read more
