While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. Their waiting room is nice, clean, and spacious. There are complimentary coffee and beverages, tv and Wi-Fi (and it's fast enough to stream an episode of Game of Thrones). I took my car in for an oil change, but they threw in a car wash and wiped some of the dust off my dash. They also performed a full visual inspection and recommendations for my next service. I felt the price was fair and not once did I feel like they where screwing me over like I sometimes feel at the dealership. As I left, Dave handed me an envelope that contains a free gift, but I must not open it until the next visit.
