The artist's name was Noelle, I was surprised by the clean and sanitary environment. Much nicer and brighter than other places l've seen. Noelle was incredibly understanding and incredibly focused. She was able to keep the tattoo from hurting too much while I held my phone up for my girlfriend and I to watch Spongebob while she worked. Being sure to check on her, and warn her when she was about to do something different. But what really sparked my interest were all of the cute choices in styles! Much more bling-y which is what I wanted. The piercing went great, he offers medical grade lidocaine which I passed on because he did tell me honestly that the helix wasn't too bad. For aftercare he offers a saline mist to clean the area which I'm so glad I purchased ($11) because it gently sprays the area which was super nice.
