Took my son in for a piercing and Stevo helped us. Phenomenal experience! Stevo is very personable and welcoming. He explained everything well and the piercing was easy. Multiple layers of sanitation were performed and the room had the feel of a doctor's office. Orlando Tattoo Company accepts walk-ins and the lobby is a fun space to wait with interesting artwork and even a photo op area to show off your new ink or metal. The shop is in a small shared plaza with a shared parking lot right off of E Colonial Dr directly across from the Walmart SuperCenter. Highly recommend!! read more

I got my piercing done by @thebighomiecali on instagram (I don't actually know his name because he never introduced himself) and he totally messed up my 3rd piercing on my right ear. He had ZERO accuracy when he was jabbing the needle so fast into my ear lobes. This led to the right ear piercing being at a crooked angle. And that was the only ear that was bleeding like crazy. I only noticed it was way off after I had left and called back to ask what they could do about it. They said I could come back in and they'd take a look at it free of charge. I told them I'd be there before 6 because it was a Sunday and that's when they close. But when I arrived at around 5:30 they were fully closed and locked up for the night. We searched for a reputable location for piercings, & came across Orlando Tattoo Company. It is not conveniently located to us, but we made the drive based on reviews. Just finished getting my eyebrows and bridge pierced by Stevo! I had the most amazing time. He's super sterile, super comfortable to speak with, and a dream to get pierced by. He worked beautifully to make sure that my eyebrows would be perfectly symmetrical, my bridge would be even, and that the combination of the two of them would fit well on my face, even with eyebrows raised. He checked in with me through every step of the process in a very comfortable and casual way, and genuinely brought such a comfortable, safe, and genuine vibe to the whole experience. I can't wait to get all my future piercings done with him. I really can't recommend him enough. -------- Checking back in after realizing that my original review didn't post to update with my experience with my next two batches! Finished getting my jestrum, both nostrils, and my nips done and wanted to share a tad more about how comfortable and great this experience was. Jestrum and nostrils were very straightforward, the same amazing amount of checkin and adjustments to make sure everything looks good at all angles and at all stages of smiling. Getting my nips done was something I had psyched myself out about in preparation to getting, not knowing if it would somehow be more awkward than my previous experiences, but I was so happily wrong! Stevo turned around while I disrobed, and it was as clinical and comfortable as possible, with absolutely no uncomfortable touching or staring. We checked angle and placement, and then all was go! He briefly checked in before swapping sides, but made sure to move quick enough that I didn't lose much of that runoff adrenaline from the first one. Just like my first experience, Stevo is really just a dream to work with. His work is absolutely worth the price, and his multi-piercing discount really is awesome. I would gladly pay more for all the work i've gotten from him if I had to start all over again. The experience and extended care post-piercing paired with his experience and attention to detail are what keep me coming back to him again and again. I made an impulsive decision to get my belly button done and it paid off!! Stevo did great, was super knowledgeable, and the pain was literally a 2. Honestly the clamp hurt worse than the actual piercing. It was kind of tender for a few hours afterwards but the next day it didn't hurt at all! Completely messed up my Tragus piercing. I went in to get my tragus pierced, been waiting to get it done for over a year now, I have 9 piercings already. Came in and felt welcomed and a calm vibe until we got into the room and immediately the energy shifted. The piercer seemed nervous, as if they had never done this piercing before, which would have been nice to know. Originally was not going to even mark the piercing to show me where it would be. And then it took them 4 pushes to get the piercing through, never had that happen. The most bleeding I've ever had from a piercing. The angle was completely wrong and caused a slit rather than a clean hole. Went home to clean it and immediately saw it was wrong. I went back and had it removed. The guy was very respectful and kind nothing against him as a human, just I would not recommend going here if you are getting anything more than a lobe piercing. read more

I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced. Mask where required to enter, I was the only one allowed with her typically no one is allowed but because she was under age I was required to be in the room. Every was nice, clean, and sterile. Kept distance as best as possible. She was nervous but he walked us through everything and she is so happy! read more

Update 11/27/2019 Piercing has been irritated and red so we decided to change the jewelry. We went to a different piercer I believe his name was Dan. When we returned to get the jewelry changed out they didn't sterilize the new jewelry or clean the ear before putting the new jewelry in. read more

First things first, everyone that works here is extremely nice and more importantly very professional. I went in wanting to change my navel ring thinking it was of bad quality. I got my navel pierced in Europe so I was skeptical. The piercer STEVE took a look at it and said the jewelry was fine but, suggested I read over how to clean it properly. I bought a cleaning solution and read the instructions on after care for piercings. He could have easily told me I needed to purchase a new ring but, he was honest and for that I'm extremely grateful. They were very busy when I was there and everyone waiting was patient. I would hands down come back for more piercings or tattoos. read more

Overall had a great experience at this shop and recommend it to all in the Orlando area. I came here this past April hoping to get my first tattoo but was skeptical as I had never gotten one before. For awhile I was planning on getting a full mural of Harrison Ford on my back but was talked out of it by my hairdresser Shelly. Instead I got a very tasteful heart on my left bosom and a very tasteful shamrock on my right bosom. Unfortunately I haven't gotten to show them off much since my gym banned full nudity in the locker room and since I stopped using Tinder Gold. I am not from the Orlando area anymore but if I ever come back I may add some ink to the canvas! read more

Made an appointment for a quick cartilage piercing (for my friends birthday) and had to wait almost an hour past the appointment due to the piercer feeling bad that other people were waiting. Went in a few months ago to get my nose stud switched out to a hoop. The piercer didn't seem like he knew what he was doing; my stud was L-shaped and he tried to yank it straight out instead of checking first to save me the pain. Over the next several weeks, the piercing kept growing keloids. I would get rid of one, only for the bump to reappear days later. It was incredibly frustrating. So, I went in to a different shop to have the hoop checked out. Turns out the jewelry that was in my nose was actually meant for a helix piercing. The weird notch where the hoop closed kept getting into the piercing in all the wrong ways, and my skin was trying to grow into it and couldn't, resulting in the constant and painful bumps. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for piercings - not sure about their tattoos, for lack of personal experience, but yeah. read more

Went for two cartilage piercings, dan charged me $130 for the two and the hoops he put in my ear were too tight. He did not account for the swelling in my ear and the bottom ring cut into my ear resulting in a slit. As an incredibly experienced piercer i would've expected him to use a bigger ring if there was a risk of swelling, yes i know i am not an piercing expert but with everyone i've talked to said the same thing i have. read more

The customer service here is excellent, however, I took my friend here to get their septum pierced and they has found out from another piercer that the piercing was crooked. My friend and I also came here a month ago, inquiring about a custom tattoo in which one of the artists said "it was too much work" even though the design we referenced to him was minimalist line work with no intricate designs. We ended up going somewhere else. read more

I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

However, HOURS after her appointment she was experiencing, itching, oosing of puss, redness & could barely sit or stand due to the piecing not being LONG enough for the procedure. Even though she requested gold jewelry it was not. And on top of that, she did not get the PROPER Jewelry to ensure that she healed properly. Instead she received below average service and got charged $365 for improper service, standards AND met with non apologetic beings. She SHOULD have received what she asked for. But if they did not have proper gold surgical jewelry to provide her they should have vocalized that. Instead. They gave her non surgical jewelry. On top of the jewelry being non surgical, the Jewelry is also FAKE. After speaking to multiple sources... she then decides to rectify her experience in person at the shop, where the team there said it wasn't there problem. How is it not? When you provided a horrific experience and left her to the deal with the damages. Not disclosing your true inventory and luring her into paying a fee that was NOT worth it. She showed them pictures of her tummy after hours of procedure, even though they claim there is no proof... DO NOT go here. SCAM ALERT. I know the economy is bad but treating good paying customers like this will not be tolerated.

He fit me my daughter and her friend in to do four piercings. He takes his time and marks you up and let you look before piercing. He likes to make sure you are happy with everything. The aftercare instructions were very clear and products were provided. His shop is very cool with memorabilia from all over the world/celebrities and he has a story for everything. Highly recommend!

FIRST EXPERIENCE: I had my first tattoo done at Chicago Tattoo Co during Covid. The artist did an…read moreamazing job, it's beautiful, I practically fell asleep during the appointment, the lines were clean and the steadiness of their hand was impressive. No blow outs or anything. They made sure I was happy with the size and placement. Wonderful experience. Unfortunately, that artist seems to have since left their business. MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE: The second interaction I had at Chicago Tattoo Co was with Tim. I recently lost my dog who was a huge part of my life for 14 years. I was looking to get a piece done of her that looked "faded" as if she were just beyond the veil. I brought an awful sketch with me that I did in about 30 seconds in my car before going in. I can't draw, but I wasn't trying to create something good anyways. Just something to express the "faded" idea I had in my head, since I couldn't explain it with words. Instead of trying to understand what I meant, Tim's first reaction was to judge the drawing. He said things like "I'm trying to be nice" and "no one will know what this is" "it could be a pig"... Once we got past the -its just an example- conversation, he moved on to the size and details of the piece. He said "good" tattoos have to be a certain size and I needed to go bigger. I was not willing to go bigger. By the end of the conversation, he had insulted my quick sketch, my idea, and many people who have tattoos currently that don't live up to his standards. I felt bad for those who have tattoos they love that he crapped all over. He literally called them "shitty tattoos". RECOMMENDATION: I cannot recommend Tim for literally anyone, despite his obvious talent and skill. A man that only appreciates the work he'd do himself is not an artist I'd want tattooing me, because they're likely to have trouble listening. However, Chicago Tattoo is a hub of very talented individuals in general, and its a clean environment. I have attached an image of the sketch I brought in and another sketch that took me about 8 minutes. The second is closer to what we discussed in person, but I can't imagine the first is SO bad that he really couldn't understand what I meant through conversation...it was just a visual aid anyways.. Side Note: Wether someone else likes or recognizes what your tattoo is shouldn't matter. It's what the art piece represents to the person getting it done. Get whatever you want. :)

The shop itself is very nice and clean on the inside and everyone else is friendly in there as well. You will pay more to get a piercing done here but that's in part to the fact that they only use high quality jewelry for the piercings.
