We wanted to upgrade from a standard builder-grade door to a custom entry door and called GTL. Alicia took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and Tommy promptly came out to assess our existing door. He made excellent suggestions, guided us through the available options, and provided resources that helped us choose the perfect door for our home. Once we made our selection, the order was placed immediately. As soon as the door arrived, GTL coordinated delivery and scheduled the installation around our preferred date. Their attention to detail throughout the entire process was exceptional. They replaced the door, frame, threshold, trim, hardware, and even painted everything to match perfectly. I was particularly concerned about removing and replacing the frame because our home has stucco exterior walls.
