A couple of exposed areas had to be painted an extra coat (no extra charge) because the stucco had never been painted before. And that "Caulking will also be applied in all areas where needed, and any holes or imperfections will be filled." When the job was completed, it was clear that there was minimal sanding. None of the paint drip marks and other imperfections were addressed. Moreover, they set up the door slab to paint under an oak tree, and all the debris from the tree fell on it and stuck to the paint. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told they would come out and touch up the paint (which still wouldn't have addressed the lack of sanding), but they never came out. Furthermore, he said we didn't discuss "deep sanding." This is something he should've explained before the job, as he is the subject-matter expert. It would've been nice to know ahead of time.
