Can't say enough great things about Mitch and his shop. I had a small ding, less than a dime sized in the drivers side door of my new Tacoma. I went here when my 2 day old car had 2 dents put in the door by a box that tipped over in my garage. I was very worried As it is not a cheap/common car. The job they did was amazing as I cannot even see a mark of where the dent was. The owner says it was only 95% perfect, which I cannot see the difference. He's a perfectionist in what he does. I did read other reviews here And can say the negative reviews are false. The owner is the nicest business owner I've ever met and he couldn't possibly be rude. I was a victim of the infamous H.E.B shopping cart hit and run. Small nickel size dent on my front passenger side. Big enough that I noticed right away. I scrambled around online looking for a reasonable priced shop to fix the dent. After a few calls with mobile dent shops (way too high 125 and up) I realized that I may need to take my car into a shop. I ran across this shop via Yelp. I called and set up a 5pm appointment the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner (Mitch Rose). He quickly pulled my car into the garage and started to go to work. I was most impressed with his friendly attitude and professionalism. He answered all my questions / concerns. Other staff members asked me if I needed anything as I waited. They were able to repair the dent in under 30 minutes. They gave me a fair price. If you are looking for the cafe latte's in the waiting room with ESPN playing on a 4k television. Well, this is not the place for you. But if you want a handshake greeting and honest assessment without the feeling "This guys is up-selling me" then stop by. It's worth it. Took my car there to fix the paint that had faded on my roof and side mirrors. The owner was very nice and quoted me 25% lower than another shop down the road! I probably wouldn't have done it if the price wasn't right. They also buffed out my headlights and made them look new. Great price and great service. read more

Mitch and his staff are very honest and dependable. I brought my Camry in a few weeks ago for 2 dent repairs w/touch-up paint needed. A friend referred them to me so thought I would give them a shot. They gave me a reasonable quote and time-frame. Came back the same day to pick it up - they did repair both dents and touched up the paint but THEY were not completely satisfied with it so they did not charge for any of their work. The dents were definitely better than when I brought the car in but not up to their own standards. I offered to pay something but they refused to accept anything. I appreciate the way they handle their business and back up their work. They are certainly my go-to dent repair shop from here on out! read more

My experience at The Paintless Dent Shop was horrible. I brought my car in for a scratch to be fixed on the back bumper. When we got home with the car we noticed that the work that was done on bumper was not done well. It had a very dull look to it and a "drip" of paint on it. We also noticed that there was splotches of overcoat sprayed in several places over the car and windshield. We called Mitch right away. To make a long story short, we brought the car back in. The underside of the bumper still looks horrible and my car still has spots of over spray in several areas. I brought my car in for a scratch on the bumper and now I still need to fix my bumper AND the over spray left on it by The Paintless Dent Repair Shop. I would never bring my vehicle to this business again, nor would I recommend anyone bring their vehicle there to have any sort of paint or scratches repaired. read more

Completely agree with Harley! Made the mistake of taking my car to Paintless Dent and talking to Mitch about a certain job I want done. He agrees to do it, although a little grumpy. Go there a couple days later to see how things are going, ask him a simple question about the job and he angrily questions me back. I figure he's having another bad day. I leave and then return the day he agrees to have the work completed; I see that it hasn't even been started yet. I ask and his attitude gets uglier! Now, granted there are other factors that have stopped him from getting on the job, but there are ways you communicate that to a customer who doesn't necessarily know all that's going at his shop and what stopped him from doing the job. My family runs businesses too and attitude is EVERYTHING! Shame on me for contemplating spending my hard earned dollars on someone who doesn't even have basic people skills, and expects me to not ask any questions about the job I'm paying him for. Especially not in a city that has too many other options that can provide the same(and better) service with WAY better attitudes! Of course, I took my business elsewhere and got the job done the very next day and promised the owner more business his way. Why wouldn't I?! Stay away from Mr. sourpuss, and his "business" unless you're ready to spend your money while getting treated like a child. read more

Of course I was very upset with myself and couldn't believe I would be the one to mess up my BRAND NEW car. So I asked around for a good repair shop. This place was recommended to me by Hyundai. All I needed was a small paint fix and touch up. They quoted me a fair price but after doing the work lowered the amount dunce they couldn't buff the light completely which thru said might happen before they started. I took my vehicle to get a couple nasty dents out- one on each side. I was given an estimate a few weeks before, called when I was sure I'd have my husband's vehicle for the day and took it in for repair. They were seriously awesome, very much perfectionists and the results were far superior to what I was expecting. They had warned me there could be a chance that based on the location, the dents could be almost impossible to get out completely, but honestly, they look amazing and I can't even tell where they once were! I took my Elantra to the dent shop on Mays at the recommendation of the Hyundai dealership in Round Rock. I had a couple of door dents and a sharp, crease dent in the hood after I dropped my reciprocating saw on it. I was skeptical as to the possibility of the hood dent being repaired. When I picked up the car, the hood dent was gone and the spot was nearly invisible. The guys did a great job on the car. They come highly recommended from me. read more
